Gaia's Popular Guild's Algorithm is Definitely Broken!!!

I mean just look at how most of the guilds shown in this screenshot of the list are not anywhere close to popular. Hell 20% of them displayed in the screenshot don't even have any posts and 65% are under 100 posts.

Still funny to see so many Guilds with under 100 posts considered to be popular by their top secret formula especially all the ones that have 0 posts.

Location: Silicon Valley.

NO WONDER this site is teh suck.

They are trying to hire talent in only one location, where 100% of the jobs are located for this company. They won't open an office outside of Silicon Valley because they believe that there is no talent out there. Yes, SV is that out of touch.

If they bothered to open an office elsewhere in the USA, they'd find tons of talent, cheaper than in SV, and this place would rock. But nope. SV is out of touch and does not listen to outsiders.
