~~Physical~~

Name: Phillip (Pip) Pirrup
Hero, Neutral or Villain? Chaotic Neutral
Villain/Hero Alias: Sgt Bedlam
Age: 14
Gender: Male
Grade: 9th, Freshman
Birthday: November 15th
Allergies/Disabilities/Scars: There are quite a few scars scattered over his body (including old burn marks, and scars from when he was stepped on by Mecha Streisand) but most of them healed fairly well. There are several pail or indented patches of skin, but unless your character is getting a good look or he points them out, they aren't likely to notice easily. His nose is also slightly crooked from having been broken.

~~Psychological~~

Gender Preference: Pansexual, though he's only ever had interest in girls up to this point.
Likes: Reading, Archery, Charlies Angles, Lord of the Rings, European Lore, and Classic Doctor Who.
Dislikes Bullies, the French (and anyone calling him French), and The Coon.
Goal: To make at least one friend. Just ONE.
Fears: His aphasia or physical condition getting worse.
Personality:

Pip - Just a little too friendly, overly polite, and quick to forgive, Pip has always made himself an easy target for those willing to take advantage. He's never been particularly good at standing up for himself, and this wasn't helped by the school counselor Mr. Mackey instructing him to bottle up his anger at others and just let things go. Generally he tries to solve any problems he has with others by politely reasoning with them (despite how ever unreasonable they may be), and is pretty hard to anger. The
very few times he has gotten angry though, he has been known to turn surprisingly violent.

Sgt Bedlam - Bedlam is at the moment a bit unpredictable, serving as a kind of cathartic wish fulfillment, the drive of which can change daily. While he'll seem likely to help people and the town, he won't go out of his way to stop the "villains" of South Park most of the time (unless they do something he's personally offended or effected by), and in fact he may be found aiding them on some days. But at the same time, he's also not likely to tangle with the "heroes" unless they mess with him first, or get in his way. That is with the exception of The Coon, who he's likely to hit with a dodge ball no mater what side he's playing for.

Bio: After his parents died Pip was raised by his older sister and her husband in England, where he attended Stratfordshire Primary in Stratford. As part of an exchange program he started going to South Park at eight years old, staying with a family that volunteered to take him in. To say he was unpopular at the school would be an understatement, but he hardly ever let it get to him too badly. A year latter, a rampaging Mecha Streisand stepped on him after he tried to politely convince her to stop destroying South Park. Though it didn't kill him, it did cause severe physical damage, and brain trauma. When he had recovered enough to safely travel, he was sent back home, where he was home schooled while he continued his recovery and physical therapy. Now, years latter, he's insisted he's well enough to continue his schooling outside of the home, and has gone back in to the exchange program. God knows why.
Anything Else?: After being stepped on by Mecha Streisand he suffers from a herniated disk in his back, which causes problems such as varying degrees of numbness, and back pain, that worsen after standing or siting for too long, or putting too much strain on it. He also suffers from anomic aphasia, and still occasionally experiences mild to severe migraines, and nausea.

~~Statistics and Special Skill~~

There should be a score of 1, a score of 2, and a score of 3 in each part. 1 is the worst score, 2 is the normal score, 3 is the best score. Put one number after each stat name under the title. Each number may only be used once for each group of three stat names, so pick wisely. This may not be changed in the future.

~Physical Skills~
Strength: 2
Energy: 1
Agility: 3

~Social Skills~
Speech: 2
Leading: 1
Following: 3

~Special Skill~
Marksmen: He's an excellent archer, and when he's angry enough he can lob a dodge ball hard enough to land a person in the hospital or at the very least (and more likely) leave them with a nasty welt.

~~Other~~

Theme Song: Trouble is a Friend - by, Lenka
Anything not put above?: As Bedlam, Pip doesn't speak if he can get away with it. Not unless he really trusts the person/people he's with.
