	Hey. Super here. Still new to guild post. Anyways, I made a clan for zomg today and I need oppinions on it if it's good for people to try or not. Details is on my profile and clan profile. The clan is called Zomg Mercenaries. Please help me with what could be better for it and i also want to see if any of you want to join.

	Hello there! Personally, I would have suggested that you join someone else's clan first (and an active one). That way, you can see how other people manage their own clans, as well as get accquainted with other players. Also, you get to gain experience in playing the actual game by crewing up with other clan mates. (You can browse clans here) You can only join one clan, so it will be hard to recrewt people to it (meanwhile, you can join as many guilds as you want, which is why this guild is a Guild), but you might want to find other players in game who are around your level and ask them if they want to join. c: Usually newbies like to work with other newbies.

	ok. i know about only joining one clan. i want to try to make something that is usefull for players. sis did all the pricing. though i edit it so it wasn't too much gold. lol. I hope it's low and reasonble. i can get worried a lot when it comes to making choices. I might not be ready as a leader, but i'll try. But i forgot what i was going to ask....oh. i remember. if this clan gets a lot of members in it. and with the job listing as it is. how well will it run? I'm just doubting myself and need answers. (edit) I also want to donate earnings from jobs to the guild. but i don't understand the donation thing, even after reading about it. lol. i feel stupid.

I supposed (from quickly reading over it) that you would keep a tally of people's work? It would be hard to prove this work though, so perhaps require some sort of proof, like screenshots or something? Then you can keep an amount of how much a person should earn, and they can cash in on this award when they want. That way, you wouldn't have to keep trading them every time. In order to donate money to your clan account, go to the front page of your clan, then find the input box at the bottom saying "Donate to Clan" Type in a gold amount and your password, and it puts it into your guild account. From there, the funds can be used to send clan announcements, make new subforums, or purchase a chat space.
