My computer is crap so I wont even go down that road. Console wise. Its a mixed bag.
I've got Wii and WiiU. They are my favorite consoles. Nintendo makes games I like to play. Games that I have a good time playing, get tons of laughs out of the sheer stupidity that ensues when family plays together. (I multi with my sister and my online friends and the crap that goes down when we play games together is freakin hilarious.) Wii and WiiU are also backwards compatible so this has given us our biggest collection of games ever. 3DS isn't part of this question but I also love the crap outta that thing.
Now, Wii and WiiU dont have many rpgs (Tales series specifically), so I look to our PS3 for that. Theres tons of other games I like on it. Dynasty Warriors and Samurai Warriors (on PS2) are the main ones. I also use it for NeonAlley (A 24 hour anime channel) Other than that, I just don't like mature games, so while PS3 gets a lot of play, but you wont find me playing things other people like to play.
Then theres our Xbox 360. Which we got for 2 games originally (Tales of Vesperia, Eternal Sonata.. and I think Soul Caliber was thrown in there) But generally any games we have for it which is only around 5, are exclusive to that console. However, I just really don't like Xbox. Its big, clunky, noisy, I have to pay to play games with my friends (and I have very few friends so that does nothing to justify paying for multiplayer..)
So I don't really think one console is better than the other outside of general favoritism.I favor nintendo consoles, however I use each console I own for something different. And I know what kind of experiences I'm going to have on which systems.
