Abilities:
Wish Granting- An ability that all Djinn are born with. But unlike normal Djinn who can flit from Master to Master, granting wishes as they please; Si'lat can only grant 5 wishes in their Entire Life. However a Si'lat wish is far more powerful than a normal Djinn. Raising the dead, falling in love; these are all things that can be granted.
(I promise to put a Wish Counter on my Character Tag and change it if he ever grants a Wish. But I will defer to your judgement on this. If you think I will abuse this ability feel free to let me know and I'll see about finding a different ability for him.)
Fog Form- While in this form he can only observe the world around him. He cannot interact with the outside world and the outside world cannot effect him.
Shape-shifting- Other than his Si'lat and human form Kadir can shift into any living creature he wishes, even other humans. But he cannot stay in that form for more than an hour before he is weakened and becomes sick; unable to do anything until he has rested.

History:
Kadir was born to a very small clan of Si'lat in a remote oasis. There he lived with two older brothers, his mother, and his father. Their life was peaceful and uneventful. The young Djinn spent his days lazing in the sun, bathing in clear pools of water, and reading from his fathers scrolls. While his nights were spent memorizing the positions of the stars and hearing his father tell the stories of the constellations while they sat around the bonfire outside their home tent. At this time Kadir, lovingly called Shihab by his mother, was only two-hundred and forty years of age. An teenager of about fifteen years of age. Though to the Djinn he was still considered an Infant.
On a night when the sky was obscured by clouds his family went to bed earlier than usual. Because of the strange feeling in the air Kadir woke and left the tent to go sit by the small pond just a short walk away. Playing beside the water, chilled by desert moon, he heard a sound coming from the direction of the dunes. Staring out at the sand he remained still as the thundering grew closer. The cloud cover shifted and revealed thirty horseman galloping in the direction of the oasis. Staring in horrified fascination the young Djinn was rooted to the spot he stood.
When the horses crossed into the grass of the oasis the boy turned to flee, but it was too late. One of the horseman reached down and grabbed him by his hair, dragging him for a time before the horse slowed and the man dropped him, squalling, to the ground. A few of the men stopped and spoke angry words at the man who had hurt him. But it was in a language he didn't understand. They seemed to argue for a few moments before another rider came back to see what the problem was.
Rising from the ground where he had fallen he began crying and trying to crawl away in desperation. Sliding off of the horse the most recent man came over to him and gripped his shoulder tight, stopping him from moving farther. Speaking the same language as the rest of them he said something in a jovial tone and the others laughed. For a moment he thought that they might have made a mistake and where apologizing. Shyly he tried to move away but the man's hand just dug into his shoulder tighter, until it began to hurt. Wincing he tried to pry the man's hand off of his shoulder to no avail.
Fom that point he can't remember exactly what happened. He remembered being struck and then nothing. Not until two days later when he woke tied to a pack horse so that he wouldn't fall off. Scared, and not knowing what had happened, he tried to babble at the nearest person. After a glare and a loud bark from the man the young Djinn decided it was better to stay quiet. One of the men yelled and Kadir finally began looking around. While sitting on top of the horse he could see for quite a ways. Sweeping his eyes from the front to the back he realized he was in the middle of a Caravan train.
With sharp weapons within easy reach, old and worn clothes, and the state of the horses he somehow felt that these men where bad news. Probably Raiders or Thieves. Either way, he knew he was in trouble.

Occupation: Raider/Translator
Skills: Languages (she speaks four common ones fluently and is able to roughly translate three of the lesser known. She has some knowledge concerning the ancient language), Dancing, Stealth, Gathering Information
Special Abilities: None

Likes: Dancing, Different Cultures, Horseback Riding, Adventures
Dislikes: Slavery, Exhaustion, Scorpions, Merchants

Weakness: She tends to get involved in things that don't involve her, generally causing trouble for her companions. She's too confident in herself which, at times, is a very dangerous vice to have, especially when she doesn't have a plan for failure. She can't cooks. At all. You wouldn't want her to attempt it for the unknown result.
Strengths: Alina holds a special affinity for languages, making it easy for her to learn and take them up. She's also very talented in blending in with her surroundings. She's terrific with gathering intelligence in not so moral/ethical means, usually involving manipulation of some kind.

Weapons: Concealed throwing daggers

History:
Alina was born into the slave trade, causing her to be separated from her mother when she was a baby. She grew up in a small village, one of the many servants to the slave merchant, submitting to his every whim. The village, despite its size, was a tourist attracted location, so many people who traveled came through. Quite a few of them were from different cultures and Alina learned to pay attention and eavesdropping, allowing her to learn a little about them. As her interest grew, so did her reckless impulsion. She began sneaking out to listen into language classes at a neat by school, stole books on language, and basically did whatever she could to learn what languages she could. Doing this made her feel more connected with the outside world, that there was more to life than just that village and than just being a slave.

However nothing is kept secret for long in such a small community, meaning the slave merchant found out. Alina got multiple lashing as punishment. This happened every week for a few months until a band of raiders rumbled through the town. During the turmoil that follow, the slave merchant's house was one of the few that burned up in flames, demolishing all the papers of ownership, legally freeing the slaves of the village. This was how Alina became acquainted with the raiders. It wasn't long after that she joined, through lots of effort, of course.
