Introduction
Hi there Shinobi,
I've got some pretty big news and I wanna tell you all about it, so please, read everything that will be posted in this thread. If you have any questions about what is being said, please leave a post bellow and I will get back to you as soon as possible regarding your question!
Now, as I have come back, let me give you all a reason:
Recently, Roxas' Life has become quite hectic and he does not have the time he used to have. He has done a wonderful job as a captain when he has been able to be active, and that is something we like to recognize here at WotS, so let us take a moment and say Thank you Roxas, I appreciate you running the guild and enhancing our shinobi ways here in WotS.
With that being said, He has chosen to give the guild back to me so I can do something fun with it. I know that recently the guild has been dead, but we're going to try to polish things up now and get back to what really matters - Role-play with an ever growing community.
What this means for you
As a Member of Way of the Shinobi, you will be entitled to some helpful little tidbits! First off, I want you to recognize that you may keep your progress to this point with any characters of your choosing, though you may need to change around some jutsu based on what will happen in the guild(I may or may not be revising profiles) The changes to come are going to be fairly large, though I just want you to feel like you are in a giant genjutsu that you are now waking from(the moon did it!)
So, I suppose that you can already guess what this truely means. This means that we will be doing a guild wipe of areas only and you get to keep your characters. All of the villages are going to be remade, but you have to hear about how we are going to do this, you just have to!
Your Part in the Massacre of WotS
So, usually the member base plays a part in the reconstruction of the guild somehow, and this time is no different! I want to make a guild for the members, by the members, so this is what we are going to do:
1 - Submit your idea for a new village(it can be custom or canon)
2 - Vote on other ideas you like, or leave a comment on what you think about them.
3 - Apply for our new Architect rank for Crew, then help build the creations of the guild!
New Moderator Rank Information
I have decided that the ranks for the moderators will have a purpose that should help the moderators understand their jobs a bit more clearly. As I am not sure if the moderators are willing to be active or not, all of these ranks will be discussed with the moderators who choose to stay, and any who are inactive will have a chance to reapply in the future should they come back to WotS.
The Ranks are as follows:
Architect -
This rank is for moderators who are at Crew Status. An architect is a moderator in the guild who is able to moderate role-play, as well as build new things within the guild. Anything built will be assigned by the Council, and anything that is too much trouble for the architect to make a proper judgement on for role-play can be brought to the attention of the Council as well. The architects will also have another job that will be announced in the future, though I will say that it will be more fun and give them a big part of our creative curve.
Council Members -
Council Members will be performing the job of our more senior crew, and they will have the responsibilities of running the approval area, as well as coming up with the events that would be fun for the member base. The council will be in contact with the Head of Council at any point in time to talk about any problems of progress the guild is making, and to speak of things that the guild would like to see happen if a member has been in touch with them.
Head of Council -
This is the position that the Captain will take place of. The Head of Council will investigate any larger topics that have arisen, as well as speak with members at random regarding the direction they think the guild should go. If a dispute should spawn that the Council or Architects cannot handle, the Head of Council will speak with the Council for advise and come to an ultimate decision on what should be done regarding the situation.
