Kiro sprinted through the roof tops as he could hear the sound of the Metal Sally's starting to slow down. "She must be losing power.", he though to himself as he looks back at the corner of his eye to see her hovering behind him and paced at his speed.
As she caught to to Kiro, the metallic female mobian points both her arms out at the young hedgehog and as both her claws turn into laser gatling guns.
Both of Kiro's eyes popped out of his head the moment he realized what she was actually planning, "OR NOT! eek ". Kiro kicks it up full throttle trying to dodge the bullets. But all he could do was weave and turn to avoid Metal Sally's targeting range. It's times like these when Kiro realizes his limit. He is as fast, but not as nearly fast as Sonic just Metal Sally said. But there was no time to grieve for his weakness. Her need to find some cover fast before he gets turned into swiss cheese. He sees a building with open windows coming up from the next street on the right-side of his path. He quickly kicks of the building in an aerial side-flip dodging every shot and acrobatically makes it just by and inch into the first window. he sprints down the hallway the moment he touched down. The laser streams began tearing through the hallways just inches behind him when one shot ends up grazing his left shoulder. The burn made him stutter for a moment and almost tripped, but regained his balance while maintaining his momentum. He could see the last window coming up head that leads to the street. All he could do was get ready to jump.
Like trapping a mouse, all Metal Sally has to do was waiting and aim exactly where Kiro was gonna be. She shifted her other arm into a pulse cannon and quickly charges up enough power to completely incinerate the young hedgehog into ashes. Her aim was suddenly pulled away as the hedgehog light intervened plowing right into her with his homing attack. The laser fired several feet away from where Kiro was gonna jump and ends up destroying the entire building in an explosive ball of smoke and dust. Metal Sally didnt move much from Light's attack but the blast of debris was close enough to engulf them both
Kiro manages to leap out of the explosion just a second in time diving down and rolling for a soft landing. While quickly putting out a flame burning on his shoulder, he looks back at the scene quieting down and calls out,"Light!? LIGHT!?", he calls out to Light after catching a glimpse of him at the corner of his eye from inside the building in a form of a streak of light hitting Metal Sally. He didnt know whether he made it out, got caught in the explosion or was crushed by the rubble. Either way, Kiro couldn't bare the weight of another life lost because of him. Kiro then sees a silhouette figure in the smoke. But his lightened conscious thinking Light made it goes to a close when he sees Metal Sally Flying straight at him too fast to move away from.
She charges in with her arms back into energy blades and strike at the young hedgehog.
Kiro braces all of his strength and strikes back with his sword. he holds at hard as he can from the impact and ends up getting push severl feet back caught in a deadlock of blades. Being able to take that kind of impact from a powerful hard metal force was astonishing but victory was far from his reach. Al he could do was glare into Metal Sally cold gleaming gaze.
"The Power Sword. One of the Acorn Kingdom's most powerful weapons. This concludes way my energy sabers couldn't penetrate.". she said. This could cause more trouble now that the information of the lost weapon was still active along with it's wielder. Even Though the are both from a separate alternate time, it's still the same weapon. Now that Metal Sally know's the data banks have been automatically updated. "The very weapon forged from the very sacred item used to defeat, Dr. Julian Robotnik. With it, it can create enough ring power to restore Master's central power. It would be better to be left at the hands of a true Master and not possessed by a mere child. It would pity my former self knowing that the very weapon created to save Mobius will bring it to its greatest downfall. Just like it's greatest hero."
After gearing such harsh words from a familiar voice with a familiar fake face, Kiro could no longer stand it. His eyes widen with blinding anger that he cant believe even a fake Sally can have even a nerve to say something so harsh about both his long lost friends, Sonic and Sally after everything they gave to protect the world they both loved. But what hurt most of all was the tone Metal Sally spoke in as if she was actually trying to mimic Sally's voice perfectly to put him down when it only provoked him. "rrrRRRRRAAAAAAAHHHHH", Kiro screams as the acorn symbol on the blade lights up for a moment and unleashes a force to thrust Metal Sally off him. He goes in charging in a furious roar and locks himself in combat with both Metal Sally's blades. Kiro strikes with precise precession with his blade and speed at every clash with Metal Sally's energy swords. "SHUT UUUUUP......IM....SO.....SICK...OF...LISTENING....TO YOOOOOU!!!", he shout at every strike from the right, left and top strikes coming at him as he starts pushing the metallic mobian woman back as sparks flew all around. HE was ready for one more powerful blow to finish this a** he could see Metal Sally's guard slipping. At the last strike swatting away one blade, he plows into her with a homing attack with the sword to push her back and runs at her for one final blow. Suddenly just when victory was a second away something surprised him.
Metal Sally's guard was widen open and momentarily stunned from Kiro's attack. But little did Kiro know, she didnt need to move as her eyes lit up and fires a beam laser at his chest.
The shot wasnt fatal but it made Kiro flinch as the laser only burned off the front of his shirt and exposed the cross-shaped scar on his chest. She was aiming for an uppercut with the blade but it suddenly shuts off and ends up plowing her metal fist into his jaw. While sending the young hedgehog in mid-air, Sally boosts in and plows another blow with her other fist into his guy, knocking the breathe out of him.
Kiro falls back tumbling and quickly tries to get up. But the blow has left him momentarily stunned. He coughs out in pain as he tries to pull himself together.
"Drop your weapon and you will receive no further damage", said Metal Sally. But it seems the young hedgehog was now willing to part with it. So she swats him a powerful slap and grabs him by the throat holding him up. She clenches her metal claws on his arm holding the sword violently grips it. "Hand over the sword or you arm will go with it",Metal Sally demanded.
"ergh...grrughh", Kiro grunted silently as he felt his blood circulation cutting of and the bones in his arm beginning to crack. He felt Metal Sally's grip tightening until his arm broke in two place. "AHH!! GUHH!!", he yelled out. Yet even after all that pain, Kiro still has a firm hold of the sword. His mind started to fade as every moment of his life since the day he finally escaped the Deadlands all winded in reverse deep in his mind. But then it stops th moment the Power Sword was given to him by his master at his dying breath. A moment he couldnt never forget. Darkness crept all around him as he could feel himself slipping from reality. He could see the remains of his master fade away into ashes as little Kiro cried and pleaded to him to stay. Then he remembered something Kouta told him the moment he passed the sword. He cant remember the words but they are etched in his soul, which is why he refuses to let go. "I cant....I cant let go. Never.....NEVER", his mind went back to the thought of Sally's face and the faces of every friend he lost. He snaps back into reality and violently kicks away from Sally so hard, she lost her grip. He slides far back and lands on his knees and spits out blood from his busted lip. He could hardly move his mangled arm, but still managed to sheathe up his sword. His face looks toward the ground in deep thought or maybe shock. Either way, Kiro doesnt look like he wasn't gonna make it much longer.
Sally Stuttered from his powerful kick, but she knew that must have been hidden reserved strength and that Kiro must be dried out. Yet he still tries to fight to protect his sword as if it was a part of himself. it was too late to try and take back Kiro to Eggman from how badly his injuries are. "It seems you have uttered yourself useless to become a robot. Your current condition will result in very minimal chance of surviving robotization. Though the Power Sword will be enough compensation for my Master", he spoke in a light tone as she walks up to Kiro taking out an energy blade in her right arm.
Kiro could only sit there like hunted animal clinging to life at the hands of a cold-blooded hunter. With his eyes closed, all he could hear are the sounds of a close beloved friend in his ears in the form of threats. A form a mockery he yearns to silence. But from the beating he just took, he could hardly maintain himself with how light his head was after getting nearly choked out. Then he began to mutter something repeatedly,"....how dare you......how dare you.....".
"As I have repeated, you are merely a child. And now just another fallen lifeless husk as I am. The only difference I can concur is the true meaning of a superior being and a lower lifeform. Robotropolis Will Rise and Mobius will Fall. A mere result of natural selection.", she chattered more of her robotic morals when her sensors began to pick up something strange.
"How Dare You!!....", Kiro's tone changed from weak to an angry growling dark tone. In that moment, the wind began to distort and swirl all around. The Scar on his chest suddenly began to pulsate a dark purple glow. Anyone with supernatural abilities with in a five mile raduis could sense something dark and ominous is taking place. And any Chaos emeralds close by will be pulsating the same color as Kiro's chest. No energy changing, but a warning.
"Warning...Warning...Anomoly detected. Picking up energy from unknown origin. Results....inconclusive...", Metal Sally was just a standing there a few feet away trying to find out why Kiro was emitting this Unknown power.
