Background: Toto's parents were both complete whores even before he was born. By the age of two, he had 6 step brothers, 8 step sisters, and another younger sister on the way, none of which shared more than a single parent. Being one of the youngest and scrawniest in a household full of kids, Toto never got much attention. He went to school, came home, hung around town, you know, normal kid stuff. Truthfully, life was dull. He didnt have friends, couldnt afford games, and his parents never did anything. That small kid inside kinda just shriveled up inside of him.
It wasnt until his older brother gave him an old pair of worn out rollerskates that life gained a slight spark of life for Toto. With nothing else to do, Toto ended up spending most of his time learning to skate. He wasnt the strongest of kids, but he was light, which made him agile enough to pull off some sick stunts. He even got creative enough to combine some parkor in with his tricks. Skating quickly became Totos only escape. He began to save up money for new skates, equipment, and even made a few friends at a skatepark in town.
Eventually though, he got caught up in the wrong crowd. A group of his friends decided to rob a convenience store. Their get away vehicle: their skates. With skii masks, fake guns, the whole charade, they all entered a small quick stop and nabbed monsters, candy, and whatever the resister had. ((they are only dumb teens now)). When the sirens started up, everyone scattered, skating away as quickly as they could. A human can only go so fast, and against policemen, they didnt make it very far, at least, everyone except Toto. It didnt take him much of anything to launch himself onto the rooftop of a building or two and lose the cops, though, he only made it out with a monster.
Still, the experience was exhilarating, and truthfully, he loved it. With a new found 'high', Toto began to test his speed and luck by robbing more shops and stores, getting gutsier each time. He's come close to being caught, but had never once been found by police. Because he always wore an owl mask (he likes owls) the police didnt know who to look for. Eventually, he just became a legend. "Owl Boy" most people called him. Sure, not the most spectacular name, but still, he loved his newfound freedom.
Personality: Childish, spacey, and quiet. Toto doesnt talk much, and doesnt usually hang around long enough to even have a decent conversation. He barely ever takes his skates off, she hes always on the move. He likes simple things, like birds, or kids. The government and anything that screams oppression irritates him. He doesnt like being tied down, but enjoys having friends to somewhat keep his head from floating into the clouds. He has an odd love for owls, and is a complete kleptomaniac.
Weapon(s): Hes pretty good with hand to hand combat; get wacked in the face with a rollerskate and tell me how you feel? He carries knives on him sometimes, and knows the basics for shooting a gun.
Likes: Owls, skating, music, bands, people, weed, the sky, the moon, night time, pretty sounds, wind, food, taking what he wants.
Dislikes: Icey sidewalks/roads, alarm systems, policemen, lightening, not much of anything really.
Orientation: He doesnt know. Never really took the time to think about it,

Strength: Speed/flexibility, brilliant thief, and an absolutely perfect trained lair.
Weakness: Isnt very strong at all and doesnt always pay enough attention.
