Personality: Outai had once been cheerful and outgoing - much like Usagi, though better in school - but somewhere along the way she changed. She is now quiet and a bit on the shy side, and comes off as being cold and distant.
Bio: Outai - her real name was Aurora, but she changed it - grew up on Earth with parents who were wealthy enough to support her while she lived on her own, but too busy to spend any time with her or raise her. She essentially raised herself. They had found her as a baby in a strange pod and raised her as their own, as much as they could when they weren't busy with work. They lived for a time in America when she was a child, but moved back to Japan before she was ten years old.
As a child, Aurora had made friends easily and in spite of her loneliness without her parents, was otherwise a happy person. However, one day not too long ago, a strange cat came up to her and showed her it's memories, giving her the memories she had lost as a babe. She learned she had come from outside the Milky Way galaxy, from a planet that had been peaceful, but had been destroyed a long time ago. She also learned she had been born to save the planet, using the power that everyone worshiped, but had been too young to train in it, much less use it to save the planet. In her real mother's last moment of sanity, she had sent her baby away with her guardian and the crystal that held the power they worshiped so that they would be safe.
With these new found memories, Aurora learned that she was not only the chosen savior of her planet - which she had failed - she was also Sailor Andromeda, Guardian of the Andromeda Galaxy, and she had been awakened because the power that destroyed her planet had come to Earth. The weight of her failure, and the weight of what she must do - combined with her own taint, gained at infancy and controlled tightly by the power her planet worshiped - sank her into the cold, deep depression she suffers from now.
Spells:Moon Halo: Binding spell. Casts three rings of light that binds the subject at shoulders, waist, and legs so they cannot go anywhere.
Galactic Halo: Dome barrier spell. Nothing goes in or out but air.
Asteroid Belt: Wall type barrier. Stronger than Galactic Halo, but only creates a wall, rather than the complete and surrounding protection of a dome.
Sunlight: A beam of pure energy that kills.
Star Children: An explosion of spheres of light that can hit multiple targets, though it will only maim, and not kill.
Gates of Heaven: Purifying spell that kills the taint.
Moonlight: Healing spell. Heals all physical injuries within an area. Used on multiple targets.
Starlight: Final spell. Stronger than Gates of Heaven, but at the cost of her soul. Meant to take out the taint wholly and completely. Currently, it is not strong enough to do that just yet.

Guardian or Civilian:Guardian. Takes the form of a cat when anyone else is around, but keeps his human form when it's just him and Outai together.

Likes/Strengths:Likes: Fish, Outai's cooking, friends, playing around. Strengths: Martial arts and his Fire element.
Dislikes/Weaknesses: Dislikes: Beef, anyone who threatens Outai, the taint, Otuai's moodiness. Weaknesses: Water, the Taint.
Personality: Mooney is chipper and playful and outgoing. It's rare to find him in a downer mood, or to find him angry, though both are actually possible. Making him angry, though, is usually a bad idea. He is very protective of his ward, Outai, and secretly loves her.
Bio: Mooney was the captain of the Holy Guard, the youngest one yet. Though their planet did not need a military, one was trained anyway, due to the prophecy that Holy - their deity and the power they worshiped - gave them long ago, about an evil coming to destroy the world, and a child who would be born to save the world. He was particularly adept in his elements, smart, and quickly moved up the ranks becoming the youngest captain to date. However, the evil came before the child - born between the strongest priest and the strongest priestess on their planet - could be trained to use Holy, and was sent away for her safety. Mooney had followed along in his own pod, swearing to the child's mother to protect the child no matter what the cost. He came to Earth shortly after Aurora and found her as a child. However, she had been tainted, just like everyone else on their planet. He gave her the crystal, which made it's home in her body, in hopes that it would purify her taint. However, she had been with it for so long that doing so would have destroyed her, and left her for the taint to re-take, so it merely sealed her taint so she could not be overcome, and so that it would not spread from her. Having to be satisfied with that, he watched her from the distance as she grew to be a young woman. Then trouble came.
He had sensed the taint one day, and knew it had somehow followed them to Earth. He wasn't sure how or why it had, only that it had, and he knew he had to awaken Aurora to what she really was. He gave her his memories, and the few she had lost as a baby, and gave her the stick that would allow her to transform. He became her guardian once more, and has watched as she slowly declined into the depression she suffers from now. He blames himself for this, but he knows it was the only thing he could do, that if he had not, the taint would destroy Earth as well. He knows that Aurora is this planet's only hope for survival, but he doesn't have to like what it's done to her.
