I want to say: Fortunately, the shoes are also not difficult to walk in.
Does this make sense?: 幸いにも,靴で歩くことも困難ではありません
Saiwai ni mo, kutsu de aruku koto mo kon'nande wa arimasen

That's basically correct. You're saying "Fortunately, also not difficult to walk in the shoes." Japanese uses different grammar, so although that might seem wrong to us, it is not necessarily wrong in Japanese. I am not a fluent speaking, but it seems pretty accurate in my mind...?
