Aura & Dante's Dorm

[Aura Wintergreen]

Aura flopped down onto her bed and let out a loud sigh. After the combat round with Gabriel, she felt slightly better but not by much. She was still very much annoyed with Michael and she was still angry and upset over the events of the past 72 hours.
Tears were once more spilling from her eyes and she let them fall.  

[Aura Wintergreen]

Aura lay back on her bed, her eyes closed.
"Are you sure you don't want me to get someone from the infirmary?" he asked, worried about his sister.
"I'm sure Cain." Aura answered. "I'll be fine after I've had some sleep...and I've got my Dante with me."
"I'll leave you to get some rest." Cain said.
{Cain exits}

Aura reached for Dante, "Stay with me for a little while." she placed a protective hand on her stomach as she drifts off to sleep.  

[Cerberos Bellator]

Dante lays down beside Aura and kisses her and says to himself "At least Michael is on our side now." Dante falls asleep next to Aura and has a nightmare about his past and wakes up startled  

[Aura Wintergreen]

Aura sat up, her arms going around Dante, "Are you alright, my love?" she stroked his hair, "Tell me what happened."  

[Cerberos Bellator]

Dante said "I saw the families i killed when i first lost control. I saw the burnt skin and the hate in their eyes. I saw it all and it terrified me when i saw Cerberos burning everything with eyes and a voice that wasnt his." Dante kissed Aura and said "i love u"  

[Aura Wintergreen]

Aura kissed Dante softly, "You shouldn't let yourself be haunted by your past; we've all done things we're not proud of and things we've come to regret." she stroked his hair. "All that matters now is the man you are today. The man that I love and the man that is the father of my baby." she kissed him again. "I love you Dante."  

[Cerberos Bellator]

Dante smiled at what Aura said and he said "My past means nothing to me as long as you are in my future." Dante put his arms around Aura and held her close and said "Our child will be so loved by both of us." Dante smiled and kissed Aura again.  

[Aura Wintergreen]

Aura smiled, "Our child will be so loved." she agreed. She hugged him, her head leaning on his shoulder. Her face saddened as she remembered back to the day she left Dante...

Aura was standing in a kitchen, the sun streaming through a window. Hearing a noise behind her, she turned. "Dante, is that you?"
"Guess again, sweetheart."
Aura went to a scream but a hand was clapped over her mouth, "No screaming now. Soulles black eyes stared into her lively purple ones as the hand lowered.
"I've been looking for you for a long time Aura and as you know, I am not a patient man."
"What do you want?"
'Sweetheart, must we dance this dance again? You know exactly what I want."
"No." Aura shook her head. "You can't..."
A long, pale finger ran down one side of her face. "You seem different to me." He placed a hand flat on her chest, "It's not your powers..." he moved his hand lower. "Well, well...my child is with child."
Aura recoiled, "Get your hand off of me."

Spine-chilling laughter filled Aura's ears, "Sweetheart, I'm going to give you an option here. Either you and your unborn child comes with me or I come back tonight and kill your lover." he twirled a lock of her hair around his fingers. "Think about it, but don't take too long." he disapeared.

Several Hours Later.

"Dante." Aura threw her arms around him as soon as he got home.
He touched her face, "My love, your shaking, is everything alright?"
"He can't kill you if you don't remember who I am."
"Aura...what?"
Aura stepped back, "I'm sorry." she placed a hand to Dante's head and began to take all the memories of their life together from his mind. His eyes began to slowly close and he sunk to the floor. Aura slid a ring from her finger and laid it on the table before leaving the house.
She ran up the street, wiping the tears from her eyes. The sky overhead began to darken. "Oh no." Fear flooded through her. "Michael, help me." she screamed.
There was a flash of bright white light and everything went blank.


A tear rolled down Aura's cheek and landed on Dante's shoulder, running down his back.  

[Cerberos Bellator]

Dante holds Aura and says "I will never leave you and no one will take you from me. Not even death himself." Dante spread his wings and wrapped them around Aura and he kissed her.  

[Aura Wintergreen]

Aura closed her eyes, her heart skipped a beat at Dante's words as her love for him deepened. "We were going to be married." she gently stroked the edge of his wing. "Oh and I wouldn't worry about Death; I've met him, he's not so scary."  

[Cerberos Bellator]

Dante smiled and he saw a book about Titans and he got up and picked it up and sat back down on the bed and opened it. Dante said "This book lies Aura." Dante flipped to a page of one of the original 10 and he stared at the page with Cerberos' picture on it.  

[Aura Wintergreen]

Aura smiled softly, "I don't even know why I got that book...something about it called to me." she leant against Dante, "I think I know why now." she smiled again. "Cerberos...I know him from another time, don't I?"  

[Cerberos Bellator]

Dante says "Me and Delta are the 2 halves of Cerberos and we are bonded as one and we hear each others thoughts." Dante exhales a white mist and a book appears in his hands titled "The Legends of the Frost" Dante opens it to a marked page with the caption "The Son of the Snow" it has a picture of red eyes peering out from a snow bank/

Aura said, "I know what its like to have another half, in some sense. There was a Light Angel and we were the balance to each other. I could always just sort of feel him but I haven't been able to sense him for awhile...She shook her head, staring at the picture. "I've seen that before." she tapped the picture. "If only I could remember."  

[Cerberos Bellator]

Dante layed his fingers on a page with Cerberos' true form and the picture starts to move and it shows Cerberos descimating entire armies with extreme brutality and no mercy for anyone. Dante looked as Cerberos began to turn the land into ash and fire and monsters rose from the soil to corrupt and extinguish all life. Dante says "The Son of Snow destined to destroy the world but with a choice to do so." The page continued to move and Cerberos split in two. A Guardian and a Pariah to chose the fate of the world with a final clash. Captions at the bottom read "When the last titan falls the fate of the world will be chosen."
