Regent's lipped parted in a smile as Risk spoke with her rich, black magic woman accent sounded. That Mojo sent a vodo of shiver's up his spine, m'on. Chuckling to himself, his hand shifted up to his twin braids as he touched lightly with his finger tips. It had been insisted that braids were more well kept then stray stands of a beard.

"What, can I say?" The barterer smiled as the gesture of a drunken saunter caught in the corner of his yellow gaze. "I enjoy keeping things interesting..." He then answered, and started to raise from his seat.

"Now, how about those drinks..." R
egent added as he rested a hand on Risk's right and opposite shoulder as he rose from his chair. Keeping his eye on her, his smile widened as his firm hand tightened lightly on it's grip as felt the bump by the wobbly male. Turning his body slightly, his right hand and arm shifted to catch the male slightly-so he didn't fall completely if he had been heading that way.

"Whoa," Left the Merchant as he smiled, amused. "The 'head' is down, the hall my friend, as well as the back door if you are looking for a out." Regent spoke, his left ringed hand remained firmly on Risk's right shoulder, just as his right hand gestured to the hallway just a few paces from the corner were they sat.

Glancing down to Risk, his spectacle gaze looked passed the glasses up to notice another familiar woman's approach. Well, if it wasn't one of his customers.

He gave Marcia a greeted smile before his head turned back to the poor drunk man. Out of the corner of his gaze, he then let his eye settle on the dark chocolate beside him. He had never forgotten a face-it made it easy to make sure you know who to find if some of your wares went suddenly 'missing'.

Risk continued to tense more and more as the drunkard approached the table. What delicate muscles she had were made apparent behind her dark skin. Nostrils flared in almost an animal-like fashion. Her right hand tightened into a tight ball as her left hand gripped mercilessly at the table. A fire burned from behind her eyes as she watched the man approach the table, lips curled upward revealing her pearly white teeth. Risk didn't like anyone approaching her, much less her appointed 'task', in such a manner. The man smelled of more than just rum and Risk was not willing to risk the chance he may be dangerous. Everyone was dangerous, especially this man.

"M'sir, I shall remove 'dis man's neck clean from 'dose shoulders... A reward f'er a fool." She snarled before looking to Marcia. "An' 'dats close as you get."

A stern finger pointed dangerously toward the Marcia as she made her approach. Her left hand had lifted from the table to give the other rogue the harsh gesture. The golden ring decorating her ring finger stubbornly glistened even in the poor light as if declaring its presence at the left hand's movement. She was far less threatening than the drunkard, but Risk still did not like her...

The only thing keeping her in her chair and from the throats of the 'threats' was Regent's firm hand on on her shoulder. All she could do was exchange a look of daggers upon the two undesired presences.

Marcia was used to seeing the brutish, this woman reminded her of a barbarian from some fantasy story she would read her younger sister, needless to say she was hardly impressed, she'd been intimidated and terrified before, this woman fell short compared to what she'd been through. No nothing would compare, not to that monster. She stopped her approach, she still didn't trust the man fully "Quite the interesting companion gracing your presence this time Regent." Still with Lola the perfect companion for Agumo when she was in town like currently Marcia certainly couldn't doubt some of his wares at least.

"May I join you two?" she asked still un phased by Risk's intimidation tactics "Might want to let that one go," she motioned to Rhett "I'd wager it wouldn't be worth your effort." she hoped it might help the poor guy get out of here faster, all things considered if he got hurt she could only assume Arrow the bladed cat would come flying in here in his defense that barbarian woman most likely didn't take that into account. Rhett seemed in a hurry, who knew what he was after now, still amazed her he had trekked across the desert on foot carrying so many weapons taking directions from that cat of his.

Regent didn’t seem to have forgotten her either which would pull things in her favour, though she didn't really care what the Risk thought of her. “I have a few inquiries to make about an individual.”

As Talon watched the poor soul get up and excuse himself from the fun party they appeared to be happening, he couldn't help but feel a pang of pity for Rhett. Something about him reminded Talon of someone he knew. Names were escaping him. Now who was it that had acted that desperately?

No mater. More faces had entered and he waved a hand at Marcia. Yeah, that girl was lucky to have such a loving monster from hell. That wasn't his concern right now. What was his concern was politely picking the poor republic solider's brain, and getting whatever the hell the organoid was thinking out of the way.

Ordering a glass of water, he took the drink over and leaned on a back of a chair nearby. He wasn't going to be as bold as the smelly one and sit down at the table. " I'm sure if I fell further down the rabbit's hole I would have found ball pits and a strip club. Then a talking Marsh Hare and a Hatter would have offered me a cup of tea while a mouse spoons sugar into my Darjeeling. " With his glass outstretched, as he had been talking with his hands again, Talon frowned, "On second thought, I'd rather not. The Queen and her Knave would surely take my head off, or stick a stiff collar around my neck and demand a ditty of oysterbeds. " A small smile flickered for a moment. He was in no mood to talk of that fun stuff. Though these allusions were fun to contrive, Talon wasn't quite in the mood to continue much further lest he give away some very fun stuff...not like he hadn't already.

"I do appologize for wandering over here uninvited, but your dapper dino was making me incredibly uncomfortable. No, not threatening... I just feel like he is going to tackle me for some strange reason. I thought you'd aught to know, is all. "

The spider clicked a few times but was mostly silent. It didn't really have much to say now that the disgusting looking one was gone. But it did click and flail a few limbs at the lady person it knew.

Rhett swayed unsteadily as he was suddenly caught by Regent. His hand swept forward to try to balance himself, more than likely clapping the barbarian woman on her back. The compass-like gold pendant fell forward from being hidden beneath his shirt. Curious object, that. Looked extremely old if anyone took a second to glance at it. Knowing that he was amazingly good at getting himself in trouble, apparently someone sent him a guardian angel this fine day.

"S-sorry." He muttered, trying to make a smile and laugh out of it but failing rather miserably. The whole concept of removing his head from his shoulders seemed to not phase him. Was he stupid? He wasn't nearly drunk enough to be devoid entirely of reason, just tipsy enough to lose balance and slur some words. But he did withdraw from the pair he'd run into, returning to his feet with a hand behind his head, rubbing at his longish black hair sheepishly. "Back door, yeah... hic." His hiccup made him laugh quietly to shake it off. Serious lack of social skills...

The voice of Marcia surprised him, and his attention turned rather quickly to her- or as quickly as his slowed reflexes allowed. The name escaped him at first- it'd been quite some time since.. Granola bar, yes yes. And giant terrifying Zoid that couldn't go near towns lest it give tiny children nightmares for years to come. An appreciative- though goofy- grin was given to the bio-Zoid's pilot. Yes, let him go remedy the situation before it joined them inside. Good plan, good plan. Thank every ancient zoidian god for sending Marcia to this bar today.

Watching Rhett and how his question was left unanswered, and drunken eyes widened. Hmm, that was curious. so he was outside...it was plausible that his 'curious friend' had seen them coming inside. A hand moved to his chin once more as he musingly pulled at the fine strands of his beard. His brow then raised as the male moved and coughed, and was suddenly really wanting that shower....

Man, was serious about his showers....

Seeing the other male approach more closely, a breath released Blitz and his head turned to see him and his closer stand. "Sounds like your trip down the rabbit hole has been still a interesting one, regardless of the unfortunate lack of a find-that contained ball pits, and fair-ladies..." Mischief answered and shrugged a shoulder to the apology, it was notable that it was given and he was rather polite and had a funny way with words. He could appreciate that.

At 'dapper dino', Blitz released a little chuckle. "And I wouldn't put it past him." Blitz answered and nodded to the given information. "Well taken then, I must say I enjoy your turn of words, friend." Blitz answer with a raise of his wine glass to the male.

As the dazed and drunk man moved to blance himself, Regent raised his hand from Risk-conveniently blocking the sweeping hand from clipping her on the back. Was it intentional, perhaps not. Orange and gold eyes glanced down to notice the pendent, as it cause a brow to quark. How curious.

"Haha, she is playful that one."
Regent smiled looking back down to Risk as she threatened the man with a lack of his head. "Now, now my dear-a lack of a head means a lack of a costumer." He spoke replacing his hand kindly back on her shoulder. Turning to Marcia, his right hand carefully joined to rest on her right shoulder.

"I don't see why not..." Regent spoke and moved his left hand to gesture to a chair across from them. He gave a glance down to his body guard, giving her a reassuring smile.

"Heh, and we will see." The Male then gave a wink to Marcia and the warning to let Rhett go, though he already had. His lips parted with a alive smile.

"Oh? Do you now?" The Barter asked his right hand shifter up to the bridge of his nose where he pushed the glasses farther up to his eyes.

"Well, do tell..." Lips parted to show surprisingly well kept teeth as he leaned his head closer and to hover over Risk's own.

Kreig tilted his head to the side at his new 'title'. Dapper Dino? He arched his head back and laughed in a strange raptor-mechanical chime. This guy was alright in the organoid's books. And with attention from the smelly man away, Kreig was able to relax considerably.

"Apologies... You are an interesting fellow. And I admit, your head does look like a comfortable seat. If I had been a great deal smaller I would have been tempted to jump on it. Tackling did come to mind...." He snorted. Had he had a glass to toast he would have. Instead he raised his claw to his chin and nodded to Blitz. "Likewise. Apologies though, I lost my cool a bit. I did want to bite him..."

Risk tensed as the hand came toward her. Her right balled hand quivered as she readied to give the man a fist to the face, however Regent was quick to act and she paused at his touch before her hand left the underside of the table. Her left hand moved from almost grabbing at the man's neck to regent's right hand as her head turned so lips and nose rest on his left. Her right hand rest carefully on the table.

She drew in a long slow breath through her nostrils before releasing it just as slow through her parted lips. Golden eyes closed for just a moment before they re-opened to Marcia. Her glare bore daggers for the rogue, especially after Regent gave her a wink, which earned the salesman a pinching bite on his finger. All the while her focus remained set upon Marcia as a silent warning if she should try anything funny, she would feel the islander wrath. Intimidated or not, the woman's gaze bore the likeness to the former bandit-king's in that there were no such things as empty threats. She meant what she said and seemed crazy enough to do it.

"Even still, I think the ball pits and women are trying to find me. " Did that make any sense? Probably not, but Talon was chuckling softly despite the reproachful 'Tchk' from tacker. How dare he speak that way about the...wait what was Talon talking about anyways? Tacker had lost track of the conversation and was getting incredibly bored and depressed. "I'd rather not find out what would happen then, be it for the good or ill. "

Talon truly was quite enjoying himself. So this was why everyone was here while he was off to visit family. Really, it was like they planned things like this. Horrible people. Awful people. No fruit baskets for them.

His own glass was slightly tipped in return, "I enjoy good company. Been far too long since civilization wandered my path--and even longer that any company would play word games. " His gazed wandered from the one-eyed poet to the companion. What an amusing but fitting pair, he thought to himself. It truly made him miss his walking doomsday dino. " I'd rather you would not, even if you were fun-sized. I have enough mechanical animals crawling all over me to satiate me for several life times. "

So many questions about how people he knew over in the republic were fairing right now swirled in Talons mind. He gave a small sigh and took a sip of his drink. "I've bothered you enough for one time. Perhaps we'll run into one another again, and hopefully on as enjoyable terms as this?"

"Pull yourself together Rhett," Marcia almost rolled her eyes at rhett's drunken grin but didn't that would be a very childish action, the pendant wasn't lost on her eithr but she kept silent about it, regardless she sill acknowledged his presence before giving a little wave over to Talon. Risk didn't seem to want to let the kid go, unfortunately Marcia had seen Rhett companion however not in action still there would be some consequences for her keeping the guy here "Let the kid keep his head, he's not a threat," no not when comparing him to the bladed cat Arrow that would probably come flying in to get the drunk guy out.

Marica didn't care to much either for the look she got from Risk, not like she would try anything anyway. though she did find her reaction amusing to Regent's hand. Though she did well to contain that amusement didn't want the barbarian flying into a frenzy that would really set all the organoids and men off. she didn't want Catastophe coming and ripping the roof off the building either to get her out.

"So it would seem Regent," she smiled charmingly at the wink, "Thank you," she said at his allowance to join them feeling Regents hand on her shoulder she spoke to Risk once more as she had daggers glared at her. She knew however she wasn't lying but, still couldn't find it in herself to be intimidated anymore by pretty much anyone. "I have nothing up my sleeve," Marcia assured "I am the least of your worries there are other things worth worrying over," she hinted, though with the comment being so vague it was any ones guess.

her voice hushed so only he would hear she spoke to Regent "I'm looking for Ander, know anything about his whereabouts?" she knew he was alive at least but not where he was or if he needed help, the guy tended to be one to take on everything by himself.

Rhett found his balance and nodded sheepishly at Marcia, grinning apologetically all around. "S-sorry.." He repeated, and pushed himself out of range of both Regent and Risk. Standing there for a moment, a hand deftly swept the compass-pendant back beneath his vest, though the movement appeared to be an 'accident' to anyone not really paying attention to him.

And that's what he was counting on.

He didn't reply to quite a number of things, he knew, but it was intentional. There were no accidents. There couldn't be.

The 'drunken' man lifted a hand in farewell, most directly to Marcia as he half-stepped-stumbled towards the back door. He caught himself on the windowsill nearest the door, but if one was watching- if one was truly observing his behavior- as soon as he opened the door to exit, he was in perfect non-drunken stride. And the door swung shut behind him.

Feeling Risk's hand untop of the one that had reached out to touch Marica, Regent let her take the hand back as the other woman sat with them. His carefree brow flickered as he was given a little warning-yet, -as he called it-a almost affectionate bite from the islander. It caused him to breath a little laugh, smiling he let her keep his hands as Marcia leaned closer to share her wanted information. On a particular Bandit.

"Ah, the old Chimera..." Regent muse as his right hand slipped from Risk's only to play and carefully pull at this twin braided Goatee. His eyes looked up to the dim ceiling as if to recolate. He had last ran in to Marcia finding about Ander himself-and had to do some more 'digging'

"I might perhaps have heard something about him...." The merchant let his lips part in a Cheshire smile, as his eyes feel back to the woman at his side. His playing with the brides stopped. If she knew what he meant-His voice at normal volume, he didn't care to keep the information privy-that was extra coin. That, it was.

His left hand he let Risk keep as she took solace in breathing it in just for a bit more. He knew his safety was well kept with her, and Marcia was no threat...but perhaps a becoming friend. Though as it were..he had been stab quite literary by 'friends' before....

So, all business the mistrust was well placed.

He didn't play The Unkept (Rhett) anymore mind as he left the bar, but he kept the strange token and face locked away instead...

"Then, I would call you a lucky man." Blitz gave a grin to the 'Alice' before him. "unless you are talking of the more 'off-with-your-head', then I would question such 'luck'." Masters then added.

"Aw." He frowned, as his brow fallowed suit-as if it was disappointing to miss out on finding what was in store 'ill or good'. "but, the curiosity is oh, so tempting..." Blitz spoke as he pulled his glass to his lips, and paused to speak over it before taking a drink.

"Well, you are welcomed to stay..." Mischief spoke as he let his eyes momentary letting the glass rest on the table once more, before his eye slipped over to Krieg and his words...not to mention pose.

Damn, he loved that dino....

His partner's words caused him to chuckle at his desire to hop on his head, being rather kin on the idea.

"Aw," Blitz hummed sadly again, as talon refused the offer of a raptor hat. Just think it would be his own proper dapper.

"Well, damn." His hand moved to his glass once more. what a pitty....

"and I felt like being entertained..."
Master mumbled before taking in the last of his dark wine.

Letting his eye close with a parting nod to Talon, his hand rested the glass in it's finally on the old wooden table.

"If it be fate..."

" 'Off-with-your-head' along with a 'caucus race' kind of luck, I'm afraid. " Talon chuckled and winked, " I'm surprised I'm still here and sane. And believe me, I'm more than curious, but the part about living to tell the tale is more important than satiating that thirst to know. "

The raptor's pose and words made Talon smile and chuckle nervously. It also made him temporarily wonder if a Zoid that big would crush his ribs instantly or would they creak before collapsing. Obviously, he wasn't quite sane anymore if those were the thoughts coming to mind. He shuddered, setting the water glass on the table to brush invisible crumbs from his pantlegs while he reeled in his running thoughts.

Tacker, in the meantime, skittered off the talking podium to explore the table and more importantly this cyclopsian that seemed pretty okay. It was an interesting dance between it and the stemware, for once it saw such a lovely glass it had to see what it was all about. Tacker flared up, puffing itself up as best it could, clicking menacingly at this drinking vessel that this human so fondly held. He clicked a few times then tapped the glass. The sound surprised him, and he fled to hide behind the glass of water Talon had sat down on the table.

Talon sighed and realized that he should probably stay a bit longer. Tacker wanted to play. You don't get in between a mechanical spider and play time. " I can't offer much more than this for entertainment at the moment. I left my deck of cards in my other suit... or they're at the bottom of some godforsaken place of engineering-by-madmen. . . . I'd rather have some time between my exit and the other, if you don't mind me lingering a bit longer. "

Risk twitched at the instinct to grab his hand back, however, she let it slide as it moved to his chin. Her focus than shifted to the evacuating Rhett, a strange case he was. She took careful note that he had exited the building with a lot more sense than he had displaced before. Curious, but not so much as to follow him. Her golden eyes shifted to Kreig and Blitz, then held on Talon before she returned her threatening glare to Marica.

Her head lifted, giving Regent's hand one last soft nuzzle before doing so, before she leaned back in her chair. Copper arms folded across her scarcely covered chest.

The name mentioned caused her upper lip to curl in disgust. Fool of a man that Ander was. Sure, she had her own information to give about that man. Would she? Not at all. Her mouth would remain closed unless the need came for her to speak. which didn't seem likely.

"Well, I believe there is a deck of cards within the Black Wing's cockpit. I could fetch those for you, if you would like them."
Kreig offered as he lowered his claw. His head gestured toward the doorway.

The creepy guy had to have left by now, and the thought of crossing him again hadn't come to mind. Surely a man like that would have vanished by now. Smelly thing. Hopefully he did make use of the showers...
