Coruscant - Former Jedi Temple
Standing in the center of the circular training room, the Emperor allowed the total darkness to envelope him. Seeing only through the use of the Force, he sensed the four Imperial Knights circling around him tensing to strike. Without warning, the tell-tale snap-hiss and flash of red screamed to life directly behind him. In the blink of an eye, the Master had already side-stepped and spun, allowing the red plasma beam to crash harmlessly into the durasteel floor next to him. Using the momentum of his turn, the Dark Lord completed his spin with his fist buried into the back of the Knight's skull. Crumpling to the floor, he would not be getting back up.
Anger and fear blared like sirens from the remaining combatants at the loss of their comrade. The Emperor smiled as he wiped gore and brain matter off his cortosis gauntlet. Their anger would make them more of a challenge. "b*****d!" cried a female knight as her lightsaber roared to life. "This one must be the other's mate," Lord Rahl mused. With a primal scream, the woman lunged recklessly at him. Instantly the room lit with an eerie blue glow as the Master threw dark side lightning at the girl. Hitting her directly in the midsection, her body flew across the room, hitting the wall with a sickening thud. Turning to face the remaining two knights, he thought, "If only they had attacked together, they might have stood a chance." As if reading his mind, the pair ignited their sabers almost in unison. With evil grins, the two knights spun their weapons in a useless show of skill as they circled to opposite ends of the room. Closing his eyes, Master Rahl allowed the Force to flow through him, bathing in the power. Moving together in a coordinated attack, the knight in front raised his saber high over his head and surged forward, his counterpart swinging low from behind, trying to cut the master at the knees. Force-leaping away, the Emperor roared with evil laughter as the rear knight was forced to quickly cross-block his comrade to keep from being split in two. Using their momentary confusion to his advantage, the Dark Lord gripped both men and threw them towards each other causing the lightsaber from the knight in front to slam in through the jaw of his cross-blocking teammate. The young man's eyes shot wide as a foot of red plasma jutted out of the back of his head instantly cauterizing the fatal wound. Disengaging his lightsaber, the remaining knight fell to his knees at the feet of his master. "I yield my lord," he said, bowing low. Walking up to the beaten man, Lord Rahl placed his hand on the young Knight's head. "Pitiful. I didn't even need a lightsaber to destroy you all," he said as a bolt of lightning shot from his palm through the knight's skull, killing him instantly.
As the lights to the training room brightened, a tall, slender woman entered and quickly blanched at the carnage she beheld. Composing herself rather quickly, the woman stated flatly, "Must you kill all my knights, my lord?" Anger flashed into the eyes of the Emperor as he force-choked the woman until her feet dangled in the air. "Your knights High Lord Ren?" Gasping for breath, High Lord and leader of the Imperial Knights, Atana Ren realized her mistake. "M-Many apologies my Lord," Atana stuttered, "Your knights of course. We live only to serve." Releasing her, she crashed to the floor gasping for air. "Begging forgiveness, I only meant that if you keep training this way, we won't have any knights left, master." The imposing figure of the Emperor towered over the much smaller woman. "Then maybe you should find some Jedi for me to train with before I decide to start using High Lords," Lord Rahl stated. "Y-Yes master," Atana stammered as she quickly found her feet and excused herself.
Pulling his cloak on over his phrik reinforced chest armor, Aiden clipped his lightsaber to his belt and stormed out of the room and down the hallways of the Temple once inhabited by the hated Jedi.

Stav Kesh - Temple of Martial Arts
Master Endar walked the cold stone hallways of the temple in silence. So much had happened in the past few years with the Jedi Purge and subsequent fleeing of the survivors to the ancestral homeworld of Tython.
In a time long forgotten, giant ships called Thor Yor had collected force sensitives from all over the galaxy and brought them to Tython. It was believed that the planet itself was alive with the force and actually responded against inbalances with horrible force storms. During the Force Wars, the splitting of the Je'daii into the Jedi Order and Sith caused great harm to the planet. With the return of balanced force sensitives to Tython, the planet had begun to heal itself.
Ka'all Endar was one of the four surviving members of the Jedi council to make the trip to their ancestral home. Rebuilding four of the nine original temples, the Jedi decided to adopt the old name of Je'daii and since Master Endar was the greastest of the martial artists, it was inevitable that he be in charge of Stav Kesh.
The Je'daii Temple Master strode past a few of the training rooms, pausing to watch his students to make sure their forms were precise and without error. An error would prove fatal. Ka'all's long, dark robes swished around his legs as he stopped in the doorway of one of the outdoor training circles, watching two Journeyers spar. A light snow covered the unadorned grounds of the mountain-side temple. It was believed the thin air up in the mountains was a perfect environment to hone the warriors that would take back the galaxy from the Sith plague. The female Bothan Journeyer had the upper hand against her male Noghri opponent. The Noghri's attacks were sloppy, he was letting his anger get the better of him and it was costing him dearly.
With a beautiful leg sweep followed quickly into a force push as she spun into him, the Noghri was sent flying, sliding across the snow. The Bothan's fur rippled in satisfaction as she stood over him, offering a hand up. "Anger can help you in a fight so long as you control it and it does not control you," the Master said calmly. Both the Journeyers snapped up in surprise not realizing they had such an auspicious audience. With a smile, Ka'all added, "You would both do well to mind your surroundings as well." "Yes, Master, thank you for your insight," they said in unison while bowing. With a wink, Master Endar continued down the stone hallways.

Coruscant - Orbit
Lord Esuritio loathed the stench of transport shuttles, just as much he did his entourage. ::If they fail me, they die. I will not tolerate young, hapless fools:: His thoughts were about the small group of Sith Acolytes that had requested to come with him to be trained in the Dark Arts. As he glanced around him, he could see the bright, eager faces of each and every one of them. They were excited... Perhaps too excited. Becoming a Sith was no game of Dejarik. Lord Esuritio himself could tell them the first 30 seconds of his initiation into the brotherhood that would scare them senseless. They disgusted him, but he would not pass up the chance to torment these young souls. "M'lord, we're approaching the former Jedi Temple." Stated the pilot. ::Excellent:: He thought to himself. ::We'll see if they can be put to the test they're so readily requesting:: With a small chuckle, he confirmed with the pilot "Good, begin your approach to landing pad 4-C as soon as possible."
The shuttle broke atmosphere, the dense clouds of Coruscant breezing underneath its belly as it decended towards its destination.
::Hnh. I have no doubt they won't last an hour. Lord Raven may even kill them for standing a millimeter off-step::

Coruscant - Former Jedi Temple Entrance Hall
Lord Esuritio's footsteps echoed throughout the empty halls of the Temple, the screams of the dead Jedi echoing in his skull. He savoured every moment of the torture he felt happened here. Detaching himself from the frivolous pleasures he derived from the Temple, his target had come into sight.
He stood firmly and detached his Lightsaber from his belt, removing his cloak as it would only serve to hinder him in the ensuing bloodshed and boomed across the hall "High Lord Atana Ren! You were charged with the capture of Jedi for our Emperor, Lord Raven. You have had little to no success in your task. Therefore, our Master has charged me with your execution for your failure. Here and now, you shall be stripped of your rank of High Lord of the Imperial Knights."
The slender High Lord turned to face Esuritio, which, to his satisfaction, was filled with anger and rage. She removed her Lightsaber from her belt in acceptance of Esuritio's apparent challenge to her title.
"I will not roll over and die so easily, Darth Esuritio. I may have failed in finding the Jedi, but I will bring the Emperor your head! You will not kill me and I will prove my worth to our Master!"
Not even allowing Esuritio to offer a rebuttal, the snap-hiss of her crimson blade echoed throughout what is now their battleground. She let out an incoherent scream and launched herself at him, bringing her weapon down towards his head.
With an amused huff, he stepped to the side and placed his boot firmly into her stomach and launched her back to where she was stood. He had no words left to say to her. He was glad that she accepted his challenge and activated his own Lightsaber.
Esuritio paced towards her, waving his saber intricately around himself, and, in a flash, he was in the air, launching down at an incredible speed. He landed next to her and a Force Wave emanated from where he landed, launching her into the wall behind her.
"Stand up. Prove to me you aren't going to roll over and die." He huffed amusedly.
With that taunt, she stood, her frame weakened and she coughed. "Don't underestimate me, Sith. I WILL HAVE YOUR HEAD!" She launched lightning at him, which met his blade as she charged forward, their blades interlocking.
"I'm a little disappointed. I was expecting a little more than this from someone of your standing in the Brotherhood." He said softly, before erupting into laughter.
Esuritio threw her blade away from his and spun, slicing her leg with his blade and swiftly kicked the freshly seared wound, forcing her to fall to her knees.
Screaming in agony, she used the force to throw her saber at him, with little effect. She had no time to recover and Esuritio destroyed her weapon.
"Is that it? Is that all the mighty High Lord has to offer? Pathetic..."
She screamed "YOU BASTA..." and that was all she could utter. She was in the air, her legs dangling and her hands clasped around her neck.
"Child, you've let the power get to your head. You haven't trained since you received your promotion. That is why you've failed. You're a power hungry maniac and you betrayed the faith our Master had in you. This is why you can't stand against me. Because you do not value what has been bestowed upon you."
Her eyes were watering, instilled with fear as she gasped for breath. Then all that was heard was a crunch of bones as Esuritio crushed her skeleton and let her body collapse into a heap on the floor.
Darth Esuritio chuckled to himself and took the time to savour what he had just accomplished...
