Bio: Raised in a wealthy family, she was trained at a very young age how to fend for herself. She was taught how weak and defenseless other people are, and how it was hers an Mat's responsibility to protect them, because their life depended on everyone elses.

Abilities: Can feel the emotions of people she knows. The better she understands them, the stronger she feels their emotions. If/when she gets a close enough friend, she will learn that the bond can exist even when she is away from them.
Weakness/limits: Mild social anxiety. Can't make close friends, and never has.
Alignment: Good
Bio: Nothing special, really. She's never been close to anyone, including her busy bee parents who care more about her 4 siblings. Often left to her own devices, she became more and more shy. When she did get closer to her mother despite how little she care, she began feeling her mother's emotions. She assumed it was something everyone could do, and never could ask. However, her mother passed to be replaced by an even busier step mother, and she never bonded with anyone again.

Abilities: Expert Marksman, trained assassin, excellent with both quick and slow deaths and a moderate knowledge of anatomy and nursing.
Weakness/limits: Children. Will not kill minors, and will not use fire unless to burn a person. Never a whole building.
alignment: lawful evil... she's a hitman, she can't exactly be considered neutral.
Bio: Shortly after her first year of college, Mrs. Carter found herself suddenly Ms. Williams again, and with twins. She managed her new job as a kindergarten teacher with the help of trusted babysitters as she struggled to succeed as a working single mother. It got easier as they grew, and for five years she was happy and devoted to her children. Then, one day she came home from work to find firetrucks along the street. As she had feared, they were attempted to put out the burning fireball that had engulfed her home completely. Upon seeing two small body bags, along with a larger one, she collapsed. And she never really got back up. Months later, she returned to the burnt shell of a house, brought by a suspicion that had been gnawing at her. Ms. Williams that day found what she had feared, took the pictures she needed to, and began her new life. The bitterness and anger turned her to contract killing, and she reverted to her highschool nickname, Rain. Upon realizing that her childrens death had been committed by someone in her new profession, Rain swore to find him, and make him pay. She finally came to the Ice Kingdom, a place large enough for her to stay and continue, and travel from there to do contracts.

Likes: Children, being alone, a job well done, being distracted from thoughts of her childrens' death
Dislikes: Fire, when children die, remembering her children, killing a good person, people who ignore/neglect/hurt their children.
