If these images are found anywhere besides gaia you will be reported. These lines belong to Vincent and can only be used by Mystix Soda Shoppe Staff. Feel free to use these as examples for other colorist apps though.
Hiring 1-3 full times colorists , 1-2 part times colorists
RULES:
Colorist must be able to open .PSD files.
Certing is not required -- Certs are very complicating so Vincent will just cert everything
Colorist must all be ACTIVE in shop thread. We don't want people who are just here for money. We want you to be loyal to the thread.
If colorist is gone for one month without word, the colorist will be pmed. If no answer, colorist will be removed from staff.
Full time colorists are paid 90% of sales and 100% of customs and breedings
Part time colorists are paid 80% of sales and 100% of customs and breedings
Full time colorists are required to color 2 pets monthly. (More if you want)
Part time colorists are required to color 1 pet monthly. (More if you want)
You will not be required to edit, but all edits must be clean and match shading.
Mystix will be a fun environment. We all just wanna have fun, be nice and respectful to everyone. I will listen to what each and everyone of you has to say.
Please don't use brushes too much. We and customers can tell what is a brush and what is not. Using it is okay as long as it's not on every pet or is the pet. Using it is also okay if you can totally make it yours. Sometimes brushed pets look amazing while sometimes they...just...e.e..
To apply, you are required to color at least 2 pets. QUALITY OVER QUANTITY.
