His Butler: Punishment

Grell smiled at him before she kissed him on his cheek. "Thank you Sammy. This means so much to me." She then left and went to go to the Reaper Realm and went into William's office. Even though he was doing his paperwork she stood there and told him the same things she told Sammy.

Ciel was still asleep in his bed, not knowing about his harmed butler.

Sammael walked into the kitchen to get breakfast started. With Sebastian out of commission and Claude imprisoned it would add his work load for today, Isabella and Alois had wanted to come over and share some news with Ciel, later that morning. Something important that Isabella didn't want him to know. This had puzzled the demon, it was very odd the way his young mistress nervously fidget, He supposed that he'd be told eventually.

Once breakfast was done he made the morning tea and put it all on the tea cart, opening the door, he pushed the cart in and went to open the blinds, bright sunlight flooded the room. "Good morning, Lord Phantomhive. Lady Isabella will be returning from her visit from Lord Trancy's later this morning. Ms.Spears had also paid a visit early this morning with some important news that concerns your Head butler."

Ciel slowly started to wake up and when he heard that Isabella was coming back he started to smile, but then gave a worried look when his butler was mentioned. "Is there something wrong with Sebastian? Is he okay?" He sat up, wanting to hear everything.  

[Claude Faustus]

Sammael truned around and stood at the foot of bed. "Sebastian is gravely injured my lord. As Grell had explained, Lilith had stolen Claude's heart causing him to revert back to a heartless demon. Claude tried to set an ambush for both Grell and Lilith. He had killed Lilith but caused bodily harm to Sebastian in the process. Grell has Claude imprisoned in hell for the time being." He said as thoroughly as he could watching the young man's face for any reaction. "He is alive...He simply needs time to heal under watchful eyes." he bowed low to Ciel.

Ciel didn't even look at Sammael as he told him what had happened to the man that he had looked up to as a father-figure. He didn't know how he'd live on if he had died because of that b***h demon, Lilith. "I see....Well he'd better get better soon. He's the only one that makes my sweets the way that I like them." There was a tone of sadness in his voice as he talked before he got up to get dressed. "I'm assuming he's down in the apartment?"  

[Claude Faustus]

"Yes, But it would be inadvisable for you to pay him a visit until he's conscious. You see....Sebastian is in his demon form and no human should see us in our natural forms. He will be able to heal faster in his natural form." Sammael assured him. but privetly he was more worried about the tender human heart that was in his chest. Was Sebastian really going to be alright? Would he end up the same as Claude is something happened to it?

Ciel really didn't care about the demon rules. "I don't care if he's in his demon form or not. If I want to see him just once then I will. He's no longer a servant of Hell, so they don't apply to him." He then turned around to show how worried he was. "Please Sam? Just this once?"

Sammael sighed, it was really hard to refuse him, but for his safety..."I'm sorry My Lord...it is much too dangerous as severely injured as he is he would be craving the soul of the nearest human and May attack you."

"Sebastian wouldn't ever do anything to harm me Sam, and I wholly entrust in that. I'm just asking for once, for at least five minutes. That's all I need, and then I promise not to go in there until he's fully healed."  

[Claude Faustus]

"Alright.....just a brief visit." Sam agreed after a few minutes of deep thought.

Down in Sebastian's apartment, Sammael saw that the crow demons was still sleeping in his demon form. he pulled the bedsheet over his head leaving one clawed hand out from under the covers. He hoped that Ciel would simply look and then leave.

Ciel could clearly see how badly hurt his idol had been in his bed, and it really did pain him to see him in that bad of a shape. Despite Sams' warning his legs went forward and closer to him on the bed, and the next thing he knew he was right in front of him. In his demon form he somehow looked even more perfect. He took off his blanket to see him close up and slipped a piece of hair out of his face. "Sebastian...don't die on me. That's an order..."

As though Sebastian could hear him he smiled and talked in his sleep. "Yes...My Lord..." Hearing that made Ciel smile before putting the blanket over him again and made his way out of the room. "I'll keep my promise and won't see him again until he heals. Let's go back upstairs Sam."

Sammeal had been tense waiting to move in at any barest sign of an attack, but it never came. He still kept his eyes on Sebastian in the bed pitying him for being such a state. The cat-demon nodded and followed Ciel back upstairs.

Later that day, Isabella climbed out of the carriage. She and Alois where looking up at the Phantomhive manor. The Spanish girl took a deep breath she was nervous, scared that Ciel might become anger with her for doing such a foolish thing. Getting Alois pregnant, he might not be so forgiving this time.
But she had promised Alois....She would not let her beloved Trancy be alone in this.

Ciel was in his study, drinking tea and going over some books that were educational, because he was still technically deep within his studies. He still didn't know that Isabella had gotten Alois pregnant, and he would indeed be upset about it.

Alois stepped out of the carriage after she did and sighed before giving her a reassuring look before taking her by the hand. "It's now or never Isabella. We need to do this for us...Hopefully Ciel won't be too upset with us."  

[Claude Faustus]

Isabella nodded and still holding her hand walked up the steps.

She already knew what she was going to say if he objected or got upset none the less.
A few minutes later, She walked into Ciel's study, a warm smile on her face. She let go of Alois' hand and stopped in front of his desk. "I'm sorry that I was away for so long Ciel...I had....I had run into a problem and....and..." She trailed off trying to keep the smile on her face despite the severity of what she was going to tell him. "There is something that I have to tell you...."

Ciel didn't have a smile on his face, and knew that he wouldn't until his head butler was feeling better. He looked up at Isabella, and a female Alois Trancy, wondering what was going on between them. "It's okay to spend time away from the manor to get some fresh air if you want to, but why is Alois she a female? Didn't you let her use the amulet? And what is it that you need to tell me?"
