"That would be cute." Isabella said.
It was the next morning, after another day of suffering thought the symptoms, Claude seemed to be well on his way to recovery but sadly was still too unwell to to go back on duty.
Aden was nervous, he paced back and forth in front of the gate to the Phantomhive manor. He was nervous because it was the first time since he'd gotten in trouble since he'd been back, but he did have a letter to deliver to Grell.
"Hello there child." and old man with a pack on his back was passing by. "You ready for Halloween?"
The young reaper turned around. "Halloween? Ahh, no I'm not allowed to dress up and have candy."
"That's a shame, a boy like you should have some candy on Halloween, it's not natural......I'll tell you what, I'll give you some of the candy that I'm going to be handing out." The old smiled and opened his bag. Unbeknownst to Aden, the Old man was actually Satan in disguise. "Here you go." He placed three wrapped chocolates and peanuts in Aden's hand. "Th-thank you sir." Aden said, unsure of how to tell him that he was allergic to peanuts.
The old man gave him a smile and went on his way.
Aden shrugged and pocketed the chocolates, heading towards the manor to deliver his letter.

Grell had went into town but he couldn't find a single costume to wear. Nothing stood out to him. He sighed before returning home and looked at the chocolate in his pocket. It turned out that only Sebastian and Isabella had taken one and had eaten it on the spot, so that just left one, and he hated to waste good food. He took it out of his wrapping, and after he had done his chores he realized that it was soon time for bed. He got down to his boxers and went to sleep before he started to dream something he had never dreampt before.
---flash back begins---
It was a Halloween night a long time ago down in Hell, and King Lucifer and Queen Rose had a huge ball planned for all of the demons of Hell to celebrate their holiday. Rose was getting ready in her room wearing the most beautiful red dress in any dimension and a silver and ruby tiara on her head with matching jewels, and her hair was up in curls and beautiful waves. When she was dressed she made sure that no one was around before opening up an extra room attached to her own where she hid her baby boy with short red hair and emerald green eyes. Baby Grell Sutcliffe had only been a year old at the time and just learning how to say a few words. He laid down in his crib and smiled when he saw his mother looming over him.
"Hello little one. I don't know how much I can hide my sins away from my husband seeing as you're going to keep getting older. He's going to know that your not his. Grell one day you might have to leave my side, but when that happens I want you to be my strong little man, and make Mamma proud." She smiled before she bent down to kiss his forehead before leaving the room, closing the door behind her.
She walked down to the ballroom in the castle of Hell where the ball was being held and she smiled and waved as she saw Lucifer and the other twelve Dragon Demons standing off in a corner. Lucifer had figured out from one of his personal spies what his so-called-wife had been up to in the Human Realm, and he knew about her affair. He was planning on making her pay for it in front of everyone during the ball. He placed a fake smile on his face before waving back at her to join them.
"Rose my dear, you're looking lovely this evening like the fires of Hell itself. Do you like the gown I had specially made for you this evening?" Rose smiled and nodded. "Yes very much so. Thank you Dear."
"I'm glad. Now excuse me my Dear, I've got business to attend to." He then walked off and met with his spy in private. It was his First In Command demon. "Go get her son and take him to my room. By the end of the night that b***h will regret ******** that damn Death God behind my back." The demon nodded and left to take Grell and placed him in Satan's bedroom before Satan went to the front of the room to his grand gold and red throne.
"Excuse me all my valued guests may I have your attention please?" He waited for everyone's silence before he continued. "As you know today is Halloween, the holiday that us creatures of darkness have created to spark fear in mortal hearts. I have something special I'd like to tell everyone about, but in order to do so I need my beautiful wife up here by my side." Rose smiled before she took her spot on the throne next to him, and the moment that she sat down black sharp vines cut into her wrists and legs, tying her down so she couldn't get up. The other members of the Dragon Clan were trying to get to her, but they were stopped and tied down as well by Satan's guards.
Satan smirked as he looked her in her beautiful red eyes. "This little traitor right here disobeyed my orders not to leave this castle. Not only that but she went to the Human Realm and fraternized with a Death God, our enemies. She fancied one of those do-gooders who are always trying to steal our souls and take them to Heaven when those souls could be feeding our hungers. Not only did she ******** one of these death gods, but she had a child with him, a son, mixing our blood and created an abomination! Some good may come out of this however...." He smirked, thinking that when that boy was all grown up he could be the strongest demon on the front lines of his army to overthrow Hell and rule both of their dimensions. "Before I get to that who wants to see Rose punished for her crimes against our kind!"
The demons in the room roared with cries of bloodshed and revenge for mixing their bloodlines with the enemy. Satan smirked at their cries. "Very well. Rose my dear my punishment to you is mortality and loss of your demon blood and powers. As for the rest of your little clan they're are to be executed right here in front of your very eyes. Kill them!" On his orders the dragon demons were slain for the vines negated their powers and strength, and with that he placed a hand on Rose's forehead and turned her into a mortal. Her red hair and eyes turned black, and the moment she was made powerless he took the vines from off of her before she turned to glare at him.
"My son...what are you going to do with Grell?"
"Grell is going to be raised by the death gods you trusted. He's going to be given to his father, and when his father gets found out he'll be banished from his own realm as well and that's my payback to your lover. Grell will most likely then be handed to someone he can trust, so Grell is going to remain what he is, living in the Shinigami Realm. You don't stand a chance living in the mortal world right now because it's the time of the plague. Now before you go....I'll have that dress of yours back."
He smirked at her seductively as well as the other male demons in the room who had always wanted to see the Dragon Queen naked. She glared at all of them before she took the dress off in front of them along with everything else she had been given by him. Satan took the crown and jewels away from her as well before he made a portal and sent her to die as a human in the Human Realm.
Many years had passed since then and after the banishment of Grell's father from the Shinigami Realm, and Grell Sutcliffe was now a young teenager, a freshman in the Death God Academy thanks to his legal guardian, William T. Spears. People in the school made fun of him for being different. Not only did he have pretty short red hair, but he had extremely sharp teeth that people didn't understand. His mother had once had those teeth before him as well. Grell was currently 13 years old and he had just hit puberty, meaning that his demon powers had just kicked in as well. He went to his first class and like usual people were talking about him behind his back like he was some kind of a freak show. Soon it was break time and Grell went out to get a drink of water from the water fountain and he he rudely pushed by a boy named Alan, who was the big shot of the freshmen.
"Oops! Sorry Freak!" He laughed along with his friends who got in front of him to take a drink of water from the fountain first. Grell felt his anger rising up and he was suddenly surrounded by a red aura. He made one of his dragon summons hit the spout on the fountain, causing it to break and completely soak Alan and his gang. Grell started to laugh his a** off to run off only to run into Xander, the Head Death God himself. He glared at Grell and his handiwork.
"Grell come with me. There's something that we need to talk about." Grell glared back at him before following him to his main office and took a seat in front of his desk as Xander took a seat behind his own. "Grell what happened, and I want the truth before I tell you what you need to be told?"
Grell sighed before he decided to tell him. "Alan and his gang has been picking on me for being different since day one of my time in the Academy. He pushed me and I felt this power when I got angry...I shot it out and it paid them all back big time. I don't like being called or considered a freak."
"Well get used to it because you are. Grell you were born a half-breed, and it looks like your demon blood has kicked in with it's powers. Here are the rules and how things are going to go around here, and if you don't like it then you can forget about pretending to be one of us. Don't you ever use those powers of your again, and don't tell anyone about your demon lineage. If you can promise me that then I'll tell you more about your parents."
Grell huffed. It did make a lot of sense him being half demon. Would explain why he always got singled out and made fun of. "Can I tell William?"
"No, not unless you want him to hate you..."
"Fine. Tell me about my parents and who they were. I promise that I'll keep the secret, and never use my demon powers in the realm ever again."
--end of flashback.--
Grell bolted awake just as he got to the part where Xander was going to tell him about his mixed parents and the moment that he was sitting up in bed he realized two things. One that the same exact dress that his mother had worn to the ball that night was on a mannequin in his room along with the tiara and jewels, and two he realized that he...had become a she in the middle of the night and female Grell sensed that someone was there in his room with him. Grell had heard that on Halloween demons granted wishes for the whole say of Halloween only for quick contracts and soul devourments, but he wasn't human to begin with, but somehow his wish to be female had been granted for All Hallow's Eve. "Who's there? And why did you make a girl?"
