It was bright outside; almost painfully so. There was a shout as the first of the students appeared through the door, followed by the excited babble of many people. When their eyes adjusted, students were met with a flurry of color: green, brown, blue, orange. There were even cloaks of red.
The Boogeymen had finally arrived, and by the looks of things they had been there awhile.
Another shout went up from the Boogeymen, this time from a group surrounding the pumpkin patch next to the house. Any student who looked in their direction would notice that the bright orange pumpkins were now black. Some of them had collapsed in and on themselves, afflicted with a rotting disease.
But that wasn't what caught their attention. One Boogeyman was holding up a small baby pumpkin excitedly. One had survived! One had -- the babble of excitement was cut off as the small pumpkin shuddered, a blackness crawling across it slowly before it slumped, turning into mush. The boogeymen surrounding it grew still, their voices dipping into hushed whispers as they discussed what had just happened.
As students began to slowly exit the house, Boogeymen began rushing past them to go in. The officers in cloaks of light blue similar to the boogeyman that was with Red earlier merely took one look at the students before ushering them to a portal, not even bothering to give immediate assistance. Their injuries were too grievous to be healed in the Human World; they needed to be surrounded by Fear ASAP.
The boogeymen escorted the students into the portal, refusing to ask them questions. Either way, the students found themselves back in Halloween in a familiar place...

The inside of the Gym was taken apart – not literally, but the normal bleachers and other such things had been pushed back into the walls to make as much space as possible, the floors had been given a once over by the nurse herself. The room had been segmented into four areas, each with a different colored tented roofs suspended on metal poles and a label to go with it. Green was labeled ‘mild’, blue was ‘medium’, purple was for ‘high’ and then red was for ‘critical’. The nurse’s handwriting was particularly neat for a change – extremely legible for what it was. A few student volunteers had assisted in moving cots into the building for her, several underneath each tented roof. A few had remained to assist with moving anybody if needed, or any extra help. There were a few students inside with copies of the signs on each tent to help direct people who needed to be moved quickly, mostly in the cases of the purple and red tents. The Green TentCricket’s Sign COME TO THIS TENT IF:- You are not requiring assistance from another individual and can walk on your own. If you are light headed or suffering from nausea, please go to the Blue tent. - This is a place to rest. Please use it as such, patch up any wounds you may have and get some water. Do not leave until you’ve spent at least 10 minutes here, just to be safe. Cricket’s Aid Kit for Green Contains bandages, some rubbing alcohol, painkillers and spookies. The spookies are actually quite good and make you feel better to eat them. There is also water in the area to drink. The Blue TentCricket’s Sign COME TO THIS TENT IF:- You feel nauseous or require some assistance walking. Deeper wounds that require the hand of another student – such as stitches, should be attended to here. - This is a place to rest. Please use it as such and do not leave until you have been attended to and have been given the OK to leave in case the nausea is a symptom of some worse damage. Cricket’s Aid Kit for Blue Contains bandages, rubbing alcohol, sutures, eye patches, painkillers, water, and splints (for fractures}. There is also a vial of a strange liquid that smells like cherry. A drink of it tastes of medicine, but is also pleasant and restorative. The Purple TentCricket’s Sign COME TO THIS TENT IF:-If it’s broken, it needs to be here. This means bones. If you have severe wounds that require a finer hand than stitching, also here. Headwounds should also come here in case of brain trauma and if you are burnt, you are to be here. Fever? Here. -YOU MAY NOT LEAVE UNTIL I HAVE SEEN YOU. If you do so and problems arise later, you will not be happy with my methods with handling delay. You have been warned. Other students may attend to some of your more immediate problems that they are capable of. Cricket’s Aid Kit for Purple Bandages, rubbing alcohol, sutures, eyepatches, painkillers of a needle-administration variety (and possible loopiness to follow), scissors, splints, slings, water, ice packs and eyedrops. Another container of liquid medicine here, though this tastes distinctly more peach-esque. Again, it is meant to soothe and if nothing else, it reduces fever and burning. The Red TentCricket’s Sign COME TO THIS TENT IF:- If you can read this sign, go to purple. Unless you're missing a limb. Then you need to be here. If you’re out cold/critically injured/or need to be carried, this is where you go. No questions about it. IF YOU ARE CARING FOR SOMEONE IN THIS CONDITION, THEY NEED TO BE HERE. - Extreme burns are here. - Use your best judgement. If they’re dying, they’re here. Cricket’s Aid Kit for Red Bandages, painkillers, Pumpkin pills, sutures, pretty much everything is in this tent because Jack only knows what will be thrown at the nurse and she’s going to be the one primarily working on this. NOTES ABOUT THE TENTS They are open space, so you can see each other from them. They’re set up in a four-square. Red and Green are kitty corner from each other. Please post the color of the tent you are underneath at the top of your posts so I can get to people in the Red and Purple tentsIf you need me, quote me. Otherwise, assume a student helper helped out.

THE OOC:Less than a day has passed ICly since the event!- Students entered the Haunted House at night. - They spent the entire night going through the house and fighting off Boos and Hunters - The Gauntlet and Red!Boss Battle took place at sunup/morning - Students leave the house early/midmorning, but not quite noon. How was everything prepped so quickly?- The mysterious reaper in the blue-white cloak returned to Halloween and warned them. Preparations just finished when the students started coming in... - This RP takes place after Cricket's class. This RP is open to EVERY student! There will be a lot of RPers in here. It will be chaotic. For this reason, please BOLD the name of the character your character is interacting with, in addition to QUOTING their player. Example Post BLUE TENTMary Stu twisted her pigtails nervously as she waited in the blue tent, clutching a bucket tightly. She felt sick, nauseous. How was she supposed to know that the baked goods... were baked bads? " Merope," she whined, "Why did you try to bake when you don't eat food yourself?!"

Purple Tent
Mitsu's eyes had closed tightly as she had exited through the door. She was afraid of what she would find on the other side. Would there be a room of mirrors? Perhaps a chasm? Maybe even a battlefield like before? For a moment she stood still her ears trying to pick up on the noise of distress but there was none. Slowly she opened her eyes relief flooding them as she saw the gym where they had exited. Did she dare to hope?
As she stepped a bit further into the room she noted the tents that had been set up and began to look over the signs carefully. She was not seeking a tent for herself, that could wait despite the random amount of lacerations she had gotten from having glass rain down on her in the battlefield. No, she first needed to get Mot and Shun to the area they needed and decided the Purple tent was probably best for them.
Squeezing both reaper's hands she lead them in that direction, careful to maneuver Shun around any obstacles in their path. Please let Ms. Cricket be able to help.

Purple TentMot came in with Mitsu and Shun, the ghoul in the middle with Mot on one side and Shun on the other. The first thing Mot noticed was the light. Bright, burning, and stinging his rather raw eyes. "Nng!" Mot yelped, squeezed his eyes shut, holding a free hand over his face. He shuddered, trying to peek again, but the searing light of morning felt like a fire in his eyes. No good, no good. While in the human world, the canyon and couch room had not been nearly as bright, allowing his burned eyes and skin some form of lenience. Soon, he was led into a portal and back to Halloween. There was fear here. A world of Fear. Their world and home. Mot, while feeling like his face and eyes were sizzling, at least felt his very being seem whole again. He wasn't a fish out of water here. His eyes opened once in the gym, a small sigh escaping him. He could open his eyes here. In his mind, he just needed a day or two of rest. He didn't want to see a doctor. Not at all. Mitsu seemed to be leading them to a purple tent, and Mot fidgeted restlessly. "Um.. I'm fine. I don't need anything, really.." Said the boil with burns and lacerations.

Blue Tent
Malodore had assisted in the set-up, though the size of the operation gave it an odd, almost queasy feeling in its stomach. It looked like they were ready to receive a battalion of fallen soldiers - but these were just their own, coming home from a field trip! Even given what had happened last time... not to mention it hadn't even been a day since their departure.
Surely Cricket was just setting up far in advance, and it was all an exercise in over-preparedness?
Then they started arriving, and all the plague doctor's expectations flew right out the... tent. It had chosen the Blue Tent for its point of assistance, since it was so good with stitchery and had experience getting minor injuries treated and out the... tent... quickly. Efficiency, yes?
It had assumed the purple and red tents would not be needed; that they were there simply to demonstrate a proper triage setup.
How wrong it was.

Purple Tent
There was a pause in her step at Mot's words and slowly the lycan looked over her shoulder at the reaper. Her brows furrowed taking in his form from the burns on his face, his reddened eyes, to the number of cuts he had sustained....and then she politely ignored him tugging him along. Hel had left him in her care and she couldn't heal him, the cuts she could dress but it was possible the people here could do more. Because of that Mot was going to the purple tent whether he wanted to or not.

Green TentBy the time Toby Lockwood finally made it back to Amityville, her head felt ready to split open at any moment.
… Between the shuffle of portals and the hasty 'encouragement' of too many Boogeymen, getting there to start with had been an overwhelming ordeal, and she knew that letting herself go blind prematurely would only complicate the matter further. Thus, she'd only had one option: to forcibly maintain her true sight until she came stumbling into the gym, and oh, oh, how she would pay for it in the end. The pain was nearly disabling in itself, and that wasn't even counting the fatigue or nausea of bloody hind-hooves. Everything was just such a dreadful, wretched mess, and even the comfortable atmosphere of home did little to assuage it.
Somewhere in transit, she'd switched back to her more human-esque form, the pin secured sloppily to the shirt-bow from Mort still hanging around her neck. Out of habit she clutched at Iris's harness handle, though the scareon's own "attire" seemed so burnt and weathered that it could very well fall off him at any second. Still, at least he was alright underneath it… and that was a blessing she couldn't be more thankful for.
If something had happened to him, she didn't know what she'd do.
Her eye could barely focus on the tent signs to make sense of them. Those were… Jack, were they colors? All the letters hazed out dangerously, flickering between white starbursts and gray smears. She was dizzy, and trying so damnably hard not to waver visibly as her legs shook underneath her, tail twitching back and forth in some attempt to stay balanced.
She was… Blue? Green? She really shouldn't have crowded the Blue tent if there were people more in need than herself, right?
Perhaps guilt and physical pain were clouding her judgement for the worse, but regardless, it was towards the Green she first headed. Every step was hard. Iris was so kind to tug her along…
And it was there that she promptly collapsed as soon as she made it to an open patch of floor her hazy mind deemed "out of the way", dropping her bag so carelessly that it spilled half its contents and just remaining where she'd fallen, her horn promptly snapping shut when it could bare the light no longer and giving way to a truer, more frightening blindness still.
All she could do was grapple blindly, desperately, pathetically for Iris because she knew he was there, and thrown her arms around him, hauling the scareon into her lap and clinging to him like some oversized living teddy bear.
... It would be okay if she just stayed like this... surely... surely it would... right?
The sight of her was a sad one, but she could only hope the other students would be as blind to her as she now was to them.

Purple TentSammy only caught a glimps of the chaos near the pumpkin patch, her mind only half registering what she saw as she was guided to the portal, part of her didn't care almost. Her hands remained clasped around a bottle of ash, and a chunk of skull even as she stumbled into the gym she stuffed them in what remained of her pockets.
It only took a moment to figure out which tent she needed, singed hair, patches of skin burned clean off from acid thrown by the Hunter leader, her flesh burned in places from Red, her left arm? Chard black and cracked all over, while her sides still showed half healed wounds from when Cass stabbed her in the side, only half healed by a pumpkin pill.
Even as she ventured in she turned towards the blue tent spotting Mal, "Doc... over here." She said as loud as she dared, Jack forbid she upset Cricket by being to loud after just arriving. She waved towards the plague doctor to join her. If to at least start sealing up the wounds that weren't flat out patches of skin missing or burned to a crisp.

Purple TentMalodore hesitated only a moment before leaving its assigned post; when others arrived to the Blue Tent it would return there, but for now that was Sammy there looking like hell... not to mention a group of students he didn't entirely recognize. Who also looked like hell. What in Jack's name had happened? "Welcome back," it said, quietly, grabbing materials quickly, trying to assess who had the worst damage. "Ah, please, all of you suffering burns, take a drink of this liquid, it will help..." It hurriedly poured out some of the medicine into cups and held one out to Mot (though, without The Hat it did not recognize him). The other reaper was also unfamiliar, but it had no idea what he needed. "Ah, your affliction, please?" it asked, hurriedly. Jack, too much to do! It sidestepped over to Sammy, giving her a cup of the medicine as well. "Drink," it murmured. "What happened?" Its head turned quickly, birdlike, trying to keep an eye on everything at once.

Purple Tent
Mot almost dropped his jaw as Mitsu ignored his plea. She ignored him! It seemed she took Hel's request to heart. Were his injuries that severe? Yes, but Mot was trying to believe otherwise. Soon they had company in the form of Sammy, who he'd seen several times now. He offered a weary smile, if nothing else.
He felt a little better, since it was Maladore and not Cricket at their side now. Mot feared the ghostly woman. She was a student eating and frightening school nurse who exploded pumpkins and spoke of mold.
His heart beat erratically at the sight of a bottle pouring liquid into cups. The reaper took the cup of liquid gingerly. It was.. just medicine, not acid. He'd be fine. Really, he'd be fine... "Th..thanks, Malodore.." Mot breathed a little quicker, shaking as he held the cup of medicine. He managed to calm himself, taking a swig of the liquid. He had expected a bitter taste, but it was sweet, soothing and tasted of peaches. Mot calmed himself some, sitting down on an available space, holding the cup in both hands.
The drink soothed, but Mot's nerves were still set to high.
He'd lost so much. His parent's gift (The Hat), his teacher, his sense of security. So much loss.

Sammy sat quietly while the Doc hustled over, it was quick and quiet. When he arrived she only nodded, "Good to be back. It felt like ages and it's only been a day it seems." She took her cup of medicine and poured it down quickly without a second thought, it actually felt good just to have something to drink even if it was just medicine. Her throat was still dry from yelling; and being incinerated a few times.
After she was done she frowned at Maladore, "Doc, you might wana sit for a moment and start inspecting my stitches if you want that story." Slowly she reached into her pocket pulling out the hand sized piece of bone, and a small pain killer bottle full of ashes.
"Red's dead Maladore. They, it... she's just gone. For good." She whispered as she tapped the bone and ashes with her finger gently to get his attention to them for a moment.

GODDESS OF TENTS - PURPLEIt was a fortunately slow start to things, truly, which in it's own way was a blessing for the nurse. That meant she didn't have to try and do a thousand things at once. Once thing the students probably would not like having to see was her having to replenish her own FEAR.. not a pretty process, and not a very... comforting one either.
But it seemed that at the moment she had her hands full with two reaper boils right off the bat. Though they didn't look too horrible to start off with. Either way, the Nurse was waiting as Mitsu brought them over, crossing her arms and waiting to see how things turned out. A single glowing insect seemed to immediately herd itself onto everybody - perhaps it was how the school's nurse simply knew everything that was going on in the area.
Or was able to organize such an event at all.
However, immediately her entire 'process' was set off of balance. Malodore had moved to the purple tent and begun assisting there, as opposed to its original plan to assist with stitches and other repairs underneath the blue one. Cricket made no face, but the woman's hand touched the plague doctor's shoulder.
"Allow me to handle this tent." she said. It wasn't directly her chastising him, and her tone was not harsh, but...
It did seem the burns, fleshwounds, and other various things were of a very interesting situation.
First, Cricket looked over the werewolf ghoul, pausing when she realized that she seemed relatively uninjured and was instead there to guide the two boils. Her hand immediately went straight onto Mot's face, applying pressure to the boils and burns on his eyes. The pressure was hard, yet... a strangely cool sensation came from her hand.
"Sit. Rest for twenty minutes and.." she paused, looking at the cup that the plague doctor had offered to him. "Drink that. Apply ice as nessecary. You will feel better. Not one hundred percent, but...better." she said. Then her attention turned to Sammy.
"Please do not call my help from their posts. There are others who could use its talented hands and it is not fair to give priority over them when you already have the most practiced hands in the building." she said. She looked again at the cup of medicine, then to Malodore;
"This is a good reaction to have. If they are fussy, the spookies from the green kit might be a good substitute to such people. Less effective, but something is better than nothing." she directed, though with a sort of careful tone, as to not sound like she was disappointed in it.
But with that aside, she brushed a hand over the undead's arms, causing a tingling sensation. Cricket paused, moving away to take up a bottle of water and a length of bandaging, dousing it before she returned to the zombie ghoul to start wrapping up some of the more severe looking things.
"Do drink that medicine Malodore offered you. It will help with the pain." she explained.. then paused.
The nurse had never paused in her actions the way she had right then. Nor had anything resembling an emotion ever come over the Nurse's face. Clearly the words that had just been spoken had hit her in a way no other set of words ever had before. Cricket looked at Sammy, her brows shifting together, an almost accusatory look on her face. In fact, it was accusatory, as though Sammy was trying to play a cruel joke on her fellow students.
"That isn't funny."
Her tone was completely and totally blunt. Perhaps even angry.[[I will reply to Shun's situation when Blade has posted]]

Purple Tent > Blue Tent"Ah..." Malodore flushed under its bandages, caught off-guard. Not that anyone could see its embarrassment, but Nurse Cricket was right. Entirely correct. "My apologies, Infermiera, I will return to my post at once," it said, bobbing its head. It nodded to Sammy too before hurrying back to the Blue Tent. Which was fortunate, because otherwise its empathy would have been slammed by whatever Cricket was feeling... in all the sudden chaos, Malodore itself didn't really have any time to think about, or process, what Sammy had said. What it might mean. Besides, that was insane. Surely its zombie friend was just... not quite right in the head. From her injuries. Clearly. ((Malodore is currently in the Blue Tent to assist incoming students!))

If it wasn't for being half dead again ontop of how dead she already was she might have noticed Cricket floating about and moving in. No more then the words came out her mouth and Cricket was over her.
At once she shut her mouth as Cricket spoke, bandages wrapped around her limbs, damp and thick. She took the medicine cup again putting it down without hesitation. The effect was mild, but it helped, every wrap around her arm caused her to flinch ever so slightly.
What came next though was likely to make Bul being eaten in class seem innocent. She had a clear idea of how he must have felt when Cricket came up to him, or why Shehk feared to be in any of Crickets classes. It was like a brick wall of disapproval.
"P-professor, I... I wouldn't joke about something like that... I would never."
She stumbled over her words under that glare. If today had taken her will to fight at one point, Cricket had just taken her ability to properly speak.
