Assassination Complications

*cant even glare at my captor, not even trying to sit up i look over at him* What more do you want to know? And why should I tell you anyways?

"Because... either you prove to me that you were set up, or I carry out my orders and kill you here and now...." I say with a sick grin on my face

She glares at him again before sighing and pushing some hair out of her face. "Look, I told you everything, if I had any proof I probably would've gone out on a public suicide mission and announced my families sorty to the whole town, waving the proof int eh people's faces and starting a rally against the king's ways. BUT, I didnt do any of that and therefore, I got nothin'." She explained, her eyes looking down at her knee as her expression became quiet sad. "I'm not lying..I'm a terrible liar when I'm under pressure. And if this situation doesnt have me under pressure, nothing will."

Sigh... "Alright... point taken..." I say quietly. "I'd have no reason to believe you save for the fact that I've seen the King have people killed for his own gain before..`

I look at my feet for a moment, then back up at you with a look of slight confusion

`But... what am I supposed to do here? I can't exactly go back to the King after having found you and NOT killed you....' I now talk a little more quetly, as if to myself. "Ahhh damnit..... why do I have to be the only assassin with a friggin conscience...."

She couldn't help but smile a bit, only then making the effort to sit up, wincing slightly before looking over at him. "Well.. two is always better than one. You could accompany me to Gaulodia. I'm trying there for any luck of making a living.." She suggests, taking a huge risk but understanding all too well what it was like to not be able to turn back and just go home.

"Gaulodia... but, what can I do to make a living. Killing is my only skill that I'm aware of. Still... I can't really go back to the capital...."

I look around a little, scratching my head a bit in slight confusion.

"Okay... I'll go with you, but we need to get message to the king that I've been killed, along with new identities for the both of us.... and don't think I have given up on finding out this whole situation..."

"Well, about sending that message..you have a messenger boy or something to update the king, right? well how bout you notify him telling him you killed me, and ask him to send you a ride or somethin to help bring back the body as proof..then we wait for them to get here, and leave them 2 burnt-beyond-recognition bodies...As for our identities, you can just get a makeover i guess and get us new names....I dont know, I'm just improvising here.."

"I think we can get word to the King WITHOUT burning innocent people until they are unrecognizable.... and as for identity, change of looks and name would be perfect....."

I look out the window of the room, east towards Gaulodia.

"How far is it, would you say?"

"I was just gonna burn up a meat-maniquin or sumthin.." she mumbled quietly..

"Uhm...I dont know...maybe..a week or so.." she said, looking out herself before getting up, almost falling back down fromt e dizzyness before revcovering and taking a deep breath, then walking over to him and holding out a hand. "I know you must atleast know my name, but I'll reintroduce myself anyways since I can't remember your name..I'm Rubeara, Rubi for short."

"Alright, Rubi, I'm Daemien... though we will not be known by these names for much longer I suspect...."

I look around the room, checking that the windows closed so no one outside hears us, and the door for shadows at the base indicating people close to the room. Once I am satisfied, I look back towards you.

"Alright, here's what I perpose. We figure out our Alias' here, right now, and be specific as possible. After that, we change our looks as best we can in this town, and then I tell a Messenger to deliver a message to the King saying that I was found dead and you were no where to be seen. Then we head East to Gaulodia with all haste. Clear?"

"Clear. Now what do you wanna call ourselves from here on out?" She said, walking to the wall on his left and leaning against it, passing a hand through her hair, wincinge when it tries to get through the knots created by the dried blood.

"My namer is Baryl Caeril, I was born in Obasta 23 years ago, on the 16th of November. My Mother and Father were both killed in the Rebellion Uprising 4 years ago, do you remember that war? I am an only child, so its just me left in my family, and.... I think that will suffice for now. What about you?"

"wow..details..erm......alright, I'm Aneeka Romana, 21 years old. I'm not exactly sure where I was born as I was left with the circus due to my sleep-shifting from the age of..3..My self proclaimed bithday is March 20th. The circus was burned down during the same war. And that's how we know each other i guess..but how did we meet then?"

"..... ummm. I was at the circus when the war hit? We managed to escape and have decided to stick together?"

She shrugs, "Meh, it'll do. So you wanna be gay or what, 'cause im sure others will be asking why we aren't a couple after all this time.." She said, smiling playfully.
