Kiena looked from his hand to him then back at his hand. After a few moments of looking at his hand, she hit it. "I don't see how this gauges my strength."

He clenched his right hand and cracked his knuckles. "Now, I can't help but ask, tell me why you chose me? I know there are other Espada still searching for Fraccions."

Malachi shook his head. "It's not the best to have a private agenda. I could easily destroy you if it came to that. But I see you're smarter than you lead me to believe, so I hope you won't make that mistake." He wrote another strange mark on the circular piece of concrete, this one resembling a broken sword with blood coming out from inside the blade.

Kiena just stood ther watching Malachi, she wasn't in the mood to keep talking. She unstrung her zanpakto from her back and sat down.
