The idea is that, primarily, the Kage (new ones of the guild) will come together and RP about different scenarios and issues (sort of like an IC RP storyline development). Anyone is free to join in! I should like that somewhere along the line a battle break out (we'll need STRONG future Akatsuki for this).

PM me with any questions or concerns.

Happy RPing.

Sumiteru stopped mid stride his now stationary feet burying themselves in the snow of the land of iron as Sumiteru looked behind him to see his two bodyguards off in the distance trying to catch up with his speed no easy feat made even harder by the fact that he had purposely ran faster than they could just for the heck of it making not just catching up to him harder but doing their job which was to protect him at all costs harder. You would expect for Sumiteru to be more cautious seeing how like all the Old Kages had been assassinated by some unknown foe but Sumiteru was a very rash kind of guy and well he seemed to do things without thinking making it seem he had no plan in mind when it came to fights and politics.

As he waited for his guards to catch up Sumiteru noticed he had company to Shinobi stood just a few feet infront of him both seemingly ready to strike at him at a moments noticed and from the look of them they seemed to be Jounin level.
"Let me guess your here to kill me right."neither of them answered Sumiteru they simply stared at him with cold eyes."Well lets see who will be remembered."Sumiteru said as he drew his blade causing both of the Shinobi to act but by the time they released their Justu one a fireball the other a blast of wind Sumiteru was already behind him them his blade resting on his shoulder."I will be remembered , you will not."As he said those words both Shinobi found themselves to have been cut in half by Sumiteru's blade and the last sight they saw was the white sky and then everything went black for them.

Looking at the blood soaked snow Sumiteru sighed a sigh of annoyance as so far he had to deal with many attempts on his life each on never succeeding and by now it had simply became a mere annoyance and a waste of his time, but he had to deal with the attempts on his life it was a part of his job now that he was the Raikage, which he was still trying to figure out why he had been given the position but it seemed that the previous Raikage and some of the other Officials though he would make a perfect successor though Sumi bet none of them expected for him to be the next Raikage so soon.

The sound of cries could be heard resonating throughout the mountain tops of the Land of Iron. Following the source of the distress, Wisteria, who had travelled here in her lonesome, was surprised to see two dead Shinobi lying in the ankle deep snow and a triad of Kumogakure Nin. Flicking her golden locks out of her face the Tsuchikage, cloaked in her Kage garb, made audible her distaste of the situation that had innevitably played out moments ago. "Tsk, tsk!" Tapping her slender pink tongure to the back of her front teeth the Tsuchikage shook her head in disapproval. "Here I thought the Land of Iron would be peaceful, and quiet. Evidentally I was wrong." Unlike the Land of Swamps, which was turbulant and unpredictable, the Land of Iron was generally quiet and seperate from the hatred and dismay of the other countries. However, Wisteria held back her initial thoughts for this was the second summit to be held in the Land of Iron. "I must say, the Land of Swamps was a bad idea for summit, no doubt why it was so easy for our late Kage to be assassinated. However, I have a feeling that the Land of Iron isn't as safe as it once was either." Tilting her hood just a enough for her eyes to be seen, Wisteria chased the image of the man before her, the one holding the blood soaked blade. Then, with her shockingly red, brown eyes, the Tsuchikage assessed the two men accompaning the one holding the blade. 'He must be the Raikage.'

After asserting all the information presented to her, Wisteria pulled her Kage's uniform tighter around her lithe form, just as a large gust of snow kicked up. Moving her glance away from the group, or more presicely behind the triad of Kumogakure Shinobi, Wisteria eyed a large grouping of buildings. "Shall we move this elsewhere? It's growing a tad cold and the sun is begining to set. I do believe we should settle ourselves in for the night and prepare for the meeting tomorrow, don't you?" With a sway in her hips, Wisteria swooped in beside the Raikage and allowed her hands linger on his left shoulder which then dragged across his upperback to the right shoudler and then his chest. Looking into his eyes with her own Wisteria smiled slyly, "I think we should...warm up to one another." The Tsuchikage's mood today was one of rarety. Generally, the Tsuchikage was quieter, less audacious and sensual and a bit more reserved. However, Wisteria wanted to get a feel for the new Kumogakure leadership and wished to do so by teasing them in her playful manner.

((Tomoya asked me to be one of his escorts))

Trying to be an escort to Sumiteru was far harder than any mission Madoka had formerly been on mainly because it was Sumiteru who they had to escort and from past attempts Madoka knew it was no easy feat to do such a thing even before he was a Kage something she had tried to do constantly as to see what kind of trouble he would get into so she had more of an advantage than the other escort who was a few yards behind him trying hard to keep up, as they ran to catch up with the Kage, Madoka was the first to notice the two shinobi that had appeared in front of Sumiteru cursing under her breath at the sheer idiocy of Sumiteru a regular habit for her she kicked her speed up a notch ready to draw her kodachis at a moments notice, but there was no need as by the time she was half to Sumi the shinobi assassins were dead their blood freezing in the snow.

She sighed in relief but continued running at the same speed her eyes focused completely on her child hood friends now the Raikage. And as she landed beside him Madoka slapped him across the back of his head hard a very angry expression on her face.
"Sumi you idiot why do you have to run ahead of us all the time sooner or later they are going to get lucky!"She yelled at him as she slapped him across the back of the head again to get the point across."Now lets get goin....."She started to say as she walked forwards before the Tsuchikage appeared out of know where.

She listened to what Wisteria said silently her face emotionless but when Wisteria started to flirt with Sumi you could tell she was pissed Sumi was her man and no one else and see hadn't scared off the rest of the competition just to be beaten by this Women but right now she couldn't say anything as she honestly couldn't express her feelings to Sumi openly despite her being a head strong type of girl when it came to love she was extremely shy about it.

"The woman has a point, you should try to be a bit more careful Raikage, it wouldn't do for you to catch cold ya know." the amused voice of the acting Mizukage called from behind, "Well let's see, it's a pleasure to finally meet you Lady Tsuchikage, and you as well Lord Raikage, I am Zaine Tsukioma, acting Mizukage, but feel free to just call me Zaine." he said with a polite bow, "Any clue who these jokers are? I had some of em to deal with also, pretty damn weak if you ask me." he said offhandedly, watching Wisteria play with the Raikage he grinned slightly, finding himself likeing this woman already, sweeping his gold and crimson gaze over the group he appeared to be struck with an idea.

"Follow me, there's an excellent Inn nearby and I'll put you all up, my treat." he said warmly, his only identifying feature as a kage was the robe he wore, though he didn't seem too happy about it, shaking the brown hair from his eyes he turned on his heel waved for them to follow him, he then started an easy stroll to the inn, "Unless that is you two lovebirds back there are comfortable as you are." he called back without turning, his words tinged with laughter.

Rai walked up to where the other leaders of the ninja villages where meeting. If this had been anything like the past kage summit most of the kages would have already been fighting each other right about now. The Kazekage smiled as he stopped ten feet away from the rest of the group. Raikage has one escort in the open, Tsuchikage appears to be alone, and so does the Mizukage. Rai's smile soon went to more of a blank expression. You would honestly think that the leaders of shinobi villages would be more security prone when it comes to meeting outside of their countries. Rai laughed for he knew he was being a hypocrite because he had come alone himself. The truth was he hadn't wanted to come to this summit, but the elders had made him. Apparently diplomatic relations with the other villages where more important than actually tending to the village needs.

Rai caught the last words of what the Mizukage had said, and the invatation made him laugh. "So Mizukage we are just to accept your generosity with open arms. Let's us not forget whos village has a reputation for bloodlust. I think this spot is perfect acceptable for right now." Rai had always been taught never to sincerly trust anyone in this world. He lived in the world of ninja where one was truly loyal only to your village of yourself.

It seemed Sumiteru's action of destroying the two assassins were causing quite the ripple around him starting with the merciless assault on the back of his head by Madoka which only succeeded in making him laugh loudly."Aw come on Madoka I am still alive and its not like they were going to get lucky."He said to Madoka a large toothy smile on his face finding her actions as always to be so amusing, and entertaining which had been so since the day the two of them met way back when they were in the Academy, and not soon after he noticed that they had a visitor to be specific the Tsuchikage, and as Sumiteru turned to look at her he couldn't help but stare but not being a total idiot he knew not to stare to long so to reach a safe median his kept his eyes fixed on her eyes."This place is probably safer than the Land of the Swamp I would say only the most skilled assassins could get into the actual summit, but if they do manage to get in they have a lot more security to get through than at the last summit."He replied in remark to Wisteria's first comment as he started vibrating his blade with raiton and with a swift swing sent the blood on the blade flying into a straight line in the snow before placing it back in its sheath.

As he finished this he also felt the large gust of cold wind and his Kage uniform shook in the wind from its position on his back as he was not all that used to wearing and also didn't really like it so he only wore in when he absolutely had to and right now wasn't one of those times, shivering a just a tiny bit he kept his eyes on Wisteria as she moved in closer and closer till they were almost touching and when she actually touched him where she did touch him and drag her hand across is skin tingled in the most pleasure able way and from the corner of his eye he also noticed Madoka getting angry at this display and he couldn't help but smile at both facts.
"Well I wouldn't be opposed to the idea, but I always like to get to know people first before I go to that stage of play if you know what I mean."He knew what game Wisteria was playing and Sumiteru was going to use the game to his advantage in more ways than one.

As the minutes past more and more Kages appeared first after Wisteria was the Acting Mizukage Zaine, and then the Kazekage Rai, and as he listened to their conversation he decided to intervene .
"Well Kazekage seeing how you are opposed to that idea why don't we all head to the Summit which isn't all that far away and seeing how the summit is not going to be starting yet so you can treat us there as they are sure to have what we need."Like Wisteria, Sumiteru was being totally different then he normally acted though truth be told no one really knew how he really acted so who knew this could be the real Sumiteru or just him being extra nice for once."So do we all agree."

The crunch of snow could be heard nearby as Kuroiame approached, followed by a lone Amegakure Jounin who accompanied her, simply because the Village had stuck him on her. She would rather have come alone, though this Jounin was not troublesome, and even took care of the earlier assassins without her having to raise a finger. This whole situation was new to her, she only recently became the Leader of the Rain Village, though Kuroiame knew this was an important meeting. A slight frown was on her face, thinking of her new position always had her think of the last Kage...From the distance, the group of Village Leaders could be heard with their discussions, she pushed the annoying thoughts aside. She straightened, and pulled her Kage uniform tigher around her usual wear underneath, she preferred the rain, though she enjoyed the company of snow also. As they neared, Kuroiame glanced at each Kage, quietly taking in the situation, indeed a majority had seemingly arrived without company, though everyone was prepared for anything that might arrive. Maybe. Kuroiame whispered something to the Jounin in a cold gust of wind before arriving in the presence of the others. Having heard the proposal of the Raikage, Kuroiame responded with an even tone and look, "I agree, the Summit is perhaps one of the more safe and trustworthy options. Pardon my late arrival, there were... obstacles. Kuroiame Takahashi, newly appointed leader of Amegakure, at your service." A small smile appeared on her lips, though it was as cold as the snow they all stood in.

Wisteria took multiple steps away from the group, turning her back to the rest of the Kage and eyeing the large building that would house the Kage summit this year. "Are you all just going to stand there or are we going to get started with all this Kage stuff?" In a light jog Wisteria moved to the two dead bodies in the snow. Unrolling two scrolls the length of either body the Tsuchikage peculiarly sealed the corpses within the scrolls and then rolled them back and slipped them into their holsters. "Future studies." Giving the group a reassuring smile the Tsuchikage rose to her feet and once again flicked her gold locks from her face. Turning her back to the rest of the Kage and their bodyguards, falling into another light jog towards the historical meeting building that once housed the most legendary of Kage the Ninja World had ever seen. 'I hope we can live up to their potential.'

Naturally, all Ninja seeked to become greater, or at least as great, as their idols. Wisteria, a medical ninja, was already doing this. The Tsuchikage's idol had always been the Godaime Hokage, Tsunade. Tsunade has been the Ninja World's greatest medical ninja to ever live and she was regarded as one of the greatest Kunoici in her day. While Wisteria still had a long way to go in achieving the title of the greatest Kunoichi of her time, she had already managed to become the most skilled medical ninja across the various countries. Such a feat made her legendary in her field of work and frequently saught after for her revolutionary medical techniques. Humbly enough, Wisteria turned down most everyone that saught after her as a teacher and master. Wisteria had gone down that road once before and was betrayed by her closest adversary. Nevertheless, the thought of being a teacher and rolemodel to someone was never too far from her pressing thoughts.

Well it seemed it was time to head to the summit this little meeting of theirs over for now motioning for Madoka to follow he started making his way towards the Large Building that was going to house the Kage Summit nodding at Wisteria as she explained her reason for sealing the assassins bodies who wore no articles of clothing that told them what village they were from but each village had certain jutsus attach to them only they knew so if Wisteria was as good of a Medical Ninja as Sumiteru had heard of she would be able to tell what village they were from, Sumiteru had really no skill as a medical ninja it wasn't his specialty though he did know enough regular first aid that he wasn't useless but most ninjas new basic first aid. Sumiteru's main specialty was tailjustu, kenjustu, and ninjutsu.

As he made his way towards the Building it started to jog lightly his breath even and strong despite the chilly air his strength, speed, and reflection seemingly unaffected by the cold weather only a constant shivering could be seen coming from him and that wasn't even from the cold it was because Sumiteru was using raiton to keep his body vibrating and was using so little chakra he could do it for a couple of days with out decreasing the amount of he had by a large amount making it a very easy way to stay warm in such climates such as this.

And if the Kages and their body guards were paying attention to the constant shivers they would probably be able to figure out what he was doing though that was if they were paying close attention.
"Well this should be an interesting Summit don't you agree."Sumiteru said to Wisteria as he jogged beside her hoping Madoka was right behind him as knowing her she would try to find her own way and end up lost.

Rai followed the party up to the summit. He could just imagine the village elders in his office laughing as they enjoyed the best drink of the village. Rai came from a desert enviroment, so this cold weather annoyed him. However annoyance couldn't stop the kazekage from being cautious due to the history of the position he now carried. Rai couldn't help but notice Wisteria collecting the two dead ninja. It was a well known fact that if a dead ninja body was captured by a enemy a skilled medical ninja could unlock the secrets of an enitre ninja village. Allowing the Tsuchikage to acquire both corpses might have been a mistake in the long run, but Rai wasn't worried about that now. His focus was on just getting through this summit, so he could go back to his village.

Rai eyes caught on the Raikage shivering. It was an clever use of chakra manipulation to say the least. Unfortunatly Rai could not reproduce the technique as he did not have the right type of nature affliation. "So where is the elusive Hokage." Rai had noticed that the leader of the leaf village had not made an apperance, also there were some other key players missing.

[Akatsuki will be notified when to come in]
PostPosted: Sun May 23, 2010 1:45 pm
"Very well then, to the Summit." Zaine said pleasantly, "Oh but Lord Kazekage, if we were judging based on the reputation of our villages, you yourself are from a village that was once allied with Orochimaru." raising a hand to stay any indignant replies he continued smoothly, "I grant you that your people were decieved into the actions and your village cannot possibly be held fully accountable for the tragic events caused by such a ruthless and cruel deception, but I digress, you should not judge someone based on the village they come from, afterall didn't the Akatsuki of old come from every village? Should we judge those villages based on the crimes of a few insane individuals?" he posed the question carefully, knowing that he held each kage at swordpoint, metaphorically speaking.

"Besides if any of you know of my clan, you would know that we are honorable, and would not offer friendship only to kill someone afterwords." He said cooly, looking to the Amekage and nodding polietly to her, "Looks like almost all of us are here then eh?" he said with a chuckle, his dual colored eyes sparkling merrily as he turned to follow the group, hearing the Kazekage's inquiry he smiled, "Well I wonder if he is out drinking with the Otokage, since we seem to be missing him as well." he said simply.

With a nod to the Jounin, Kuroiame also set off towards the Summit, no use in standing idly in the snow. She could honestly care less of the actions of the Tsuchikage, it proved to be of no interest to Kuroiame, nor did it seem like something to fret over. Keeping pace with the others, though hanging towards the back of the moving mass, Kuroiame's thoughts wondered away from the Land of Iron, and back to the Rain Village. No doubt that her absence was just another day for the Village citizens. Everything should be going smoothly... The Kazekage's observation caught her attention, but she wasn't concerned really, unless it would prove... troublesome. Looking over to the Mizukage, she replied, "Indeed, though I am somewhat curious as to the reason for their current absence." The thought of the two Kage's in question drinking together brought a slight smile, they may sooner poison the other's drink than actually get along. Kuroiame would rather that everyone be present at this meeting, afterall, it would prove more beneficial to meet every Kage all at once. She watched the group draw closer to the Summit, closer to whatever awaited them.
