The sound of cries could be heard resonating throughout the mountain tops of the Land of Iron. Following the source of the distress, Wisteria, who had travelled here in her lonesome, was surprised to see two dead Shinobi lying in the ankle deep snow and a triad of Kumogakure Nin. Flicking her golden locks out of her face the Tsuchikage, cloaked in her Kage garb, made audible her distaste of the situation that had innevitably played out moments ago. "Tsk, tsk!" Tapping her slender pink tongure to the back of her front teeth the Tsuchikage shook her head in disapproval. "Here I thought the Land of Iron would be peaceful, and quiet. Evidentally I was wrong." Unlike the Land of Swamps, which was turbulant and unpredictable, the Land of Iron was generally quiet and seperate from the hatred and dismay of the other countries. However, Wisteria held back her initial thoughts for this was the second summit to be held in the Land of Iron. "I must say, the Land of Swamps was a bad idea for summit, no doubt why it was so easy for our late Kage to be assassinated. However, I have a feeling that the Land of Iron isn't as safe as it once was either." Tilting her hood just a enough for her eyes to be seen, Wisteria chased the image of the man before her, the one holding the blood soaked blade. Then, with her shockingly red, brown eyes, the Tsuchikage assessed the two men accompaning the one holding the blade. 'He must be the Raikage.'
After asserting all the information presented to her, Wisteria pulled her Kage's uniform tighter around her lithe form, just as a large gust of snow kicked up. Moving her glance away from the group, or more presicely behind the triad of Kumogakure Shinobi, Wisteria eyed a large grouping of buildings. "Shall we move this elsewhere? It's growing a tad cold and the sun is begining to set. I do believe we should settle ourselves in for the night and prepare for the meeting tomorrow, don't you?" With a sway in her hips, Wisteria swooped in beside the Raikage and allowed her hands linger on his left shoulder which then dragged across his upperback to the right shoudler and then his chest. Looking into his eyes with her own Wisteria smiled slyly, "I think we should...warm up to one another." The Tsuchikage's mood today was one of rarety. Generally, the Tsuchikage was quieter, less audacious and sensual and a bit more reserved. However, Wisteria wanted to get a feel for the new Kumogakure leadership and wished to do so by teasing them in her playful manner.

"The woman has a point, you should try to be a bit more careful Raikage, it wouldn't do for you to catch cold ya know." the amused voice of the acting Mizukage called from behind, "Well let's see, it's a pleasure to finally meet you Lady Tsuchikage, and you as well Lord Raikage, I am Zaine Tsukioma, acting Mizukage, but feel free to just call me Zaine." he said with a polite bow, "Any clue who these jokers are? I had some of em to deal with also, pretty damn weak if you ask me." he said offhandedly, watching Wisteria play with the Raikage he grinned slightly, finding himself likeing this woman already, sweeping his gold and crimson gaze over the group he appeared to be struck with an idea.
"Follow me, there's an excellent Inn nearby and I'll put you all up, my treat." he said warmly, his only identifying feature as a kage was the robe he wore, though he didn't seem too happy about it, shaking the brown hair from his eyes he turned on his heel waved for them to follow him, he then started an easy stroll to the inn, "Unless that is you two lovebirds back there are comfortable as you are." he called back without turning, his words tinged with laughter.

The crunch of snow could be heard nearby as Kuroiame approached, followed by a lone Amegakure Jounin who accompanied her, simply because the Village had stuck him on her. She would rather have come alone, though this Jounin was not troublesome, and even took care of the earlier assassins without her having to raise a finger. This whole situation was new to her, she only recently became the Leader of the Rain Village, though Kuroiame knew this was an important meeting. A slight frown was on her face, thinking of her new position always had her think of the last Kage...From the distance, the group of Village Leaders could be heard with their discussions, she pushed the annoying thoughts aside. She straightened, and pulled her Kage uniform tigher around her usual wear underneath, she preferred the rain, though she enjoyed the company of snow also. As they neared, Kuroiame glanced at each Kage, quietly taking in the situation, indeed a majority had seemingly arrived without company, though everyone was prepared for anything that might arrive. Maybe. Kuroiame whispered something to the Jounin in a cold gust of wind before arriving in the presence of the others. Having heard the proposal of the Raikage, Kuroiame responded with an even tone and look, "I agree, the Summit is perhaps one of the more safe and trustworthy options. Pardon my late arrival, there were... obstacles. Kuroiame Takahashi, newly appointed leader of Amegakure, at your service." A small smile appeared on her lips, though it was as cold as the snow they all stood in.

Wisteria took multiple steps away from the group, turning her back to the rest of the Kage and eyeing the large building that would house the Kage summit this year. "Are you all just going to stand there or are we going to get started with all this Kage stuff?" In a light jog Wisteria moved to the two dead bodies in the snow. Unrolling two scrolls the length of either body the Tsuchikage peculiarly sealed the corpses within the scrolls and then rolled them back and slipped them into their holsters. "Future studies." Giving the group a reassuring smile the Tsuchikage rose to her feet and once again flicked her gold locks from her face. Turning her back to the rest of the Kage and their bodyguards, falling into another light jog towards the historical meeting building that once housed the most legendary of Kage the Ninja World had ever seen. 'I hope we can live up to their potential.'
Naturally, all Ninja seeked to become greater, or at least as great, as their idols. Wisteria, a medical ninja, was already doing this. The Tsuchikage's idol had always been the Godaime Hokage, Tsunade. Tsunade has been the Ninja World's greatest medical ninja to ever live and she was regarded as one of the greatest Kunoici in her day. While Wisteria still had a long way to go in achieving the title of the greatest Kunoichi of her time, she had already managed to become the most skilled medical ninja across the various countries. Such a feat made her legendary in her field of work and frequently saught after for her revolutionary medical techniques. Humbly enough, Wisteria turned down most everyone that saught after her as a teacher and master. Wisteria had gone down that road once before and was betrayed by her closest adversary. Nevertheless, the thought of being a teacher and rolemodel to someone was never too far from her pressing thoughts.

"Very well then, to the Summit." Zaine said pleasantly, "Oh but Lord Kazekage, if we were judging based on the reputation of our villages, you yourself are from a village that was once allied with Orochimaru." raising a hand to stay any indignant replies he continued smoothly, "I grant you that your people were decieved into the actions and your village cannot possibly be held fully accountable for the tragic events caused by such a ruthless and cruel deception, but I digress, you should not judge someone based on the village they come from, afterall didn't the Akatsuki of old come from every village? Should we judge those villages based on the crimes of a few insane individuals?" he posed the question carefully, knowing that he held each kage at swordpoint, metaphorically speaking.
"Besides if any of you know of my clan, you would know that we are honorable, and would not offer friendship only to kill someone afterwords." He said cooly, looking to the Amekage and nodding polietly to her, "Looks like almost all of us are here then eh?" he said with a chuckle, his dual colored eyes sparkling merrily as he turned to follow the group, hearing the Kazekage's inquiry he smiled, "Well I wonder if he is out drinking with the Otokage, since we seem to be missing him as well." he said simply.

With a nod to the Jounin, Kuroiame also set off towards the Summit, no use in standing idly in the snow. She could honestly care less of the actions of the Tsuchikage, it proved to be of no interest to Kuroiame, nor did it seem like something to fret over. Keeping pace with the others, though hanging towards the back of the moving mass, Kuroiame's thoughts wondered away from the Land of Iron, and back to the Rain Village. No doubt that her absence was just another day for the Village citizens. Everything should be going smoothly... The Kazekage's observation caught her attention, but she wasn't concerned really, unless it would prove... troublesome. Looking over to the Mizukage, she replied, "Indeed, though I am somewhat curious as to the reason for their current absence." The thought of the two Kage's in question drinking together brought a slight smile, they may sooner poison the other's drink than actually get along. Kuroiame would rather that everyone be present at this meeting, afterall, it would prove more beneficial to meet every Kage all at once. She watched the group draw closer to the Summit, closer to whatever awaited them.
