Hello all!

Due to Bullene's busy schedule, a Hokage's Assistant has been selected. Essentially, Shinmei-Jigoku, will speak in the name of the Hokage and assist the Hidden Leaf, leading it an such, in Bullene's stead. Bullene still has ultimate jurisdiction here but please go to Shinmei-Jigoku before Bullene.
