[Joseph: HT: Sewers(left tunnel)]

"Noelle, you don't have to *gurgle* BLECH!" In trying to convince Noelle that she didn't have to let go, Joe's open mouth went under for a second, and he spat out the nasty water, wishing he had mouthwash with him...of course, that thought left as soon as the pull in the water started affecting everyone. Especially Noelle, and Louis, who went after her.

"Hey, don't-s**t, NOELLE!! LOUIS!!" Forgetting about resisting the pull, he dove after Noelle. At least, till he got into the tunnel.

Blind, turning, spinning, the male cried out. He was NOT happy with the water slide effect. Didn't help, either, that he was spinning, trying to get his bearings, and failing miserably.

Getting spit out of the pipe was not a plesant feeling, and worried about landing on Noelle or Louis, he shifted his trajectory using a blast of wind, and actually managed to land on his feet because of it. Of course, he bounced and kept going, his feet going out from under him as he kept going, flipping around and bouncing along the ground before he came to a halt in a tangle of limbs.

"...Ow...just...ow..." Oh, he was hurting, and hurting BAD. Sitting there, trying to gather himself, he thought about what was actually happening to him.

So...trying to go after a bag of bugs, went into a sewer, almost might've drowned, then spit out into nowhere. Greeeeeeeeeat.

"YEAAAAOW!"

Joseph was up, cringing at the soreness of his body. His protective instincts were flaring at Noelle's cry of pain. "What's wrong? What happened, Noelle?!"

[Sylph: Sewers]

She could hear the water, it sounding like it was roaring after her. Sylph actually panicked, flying faster and faster till she cleared the tunnel, making a large circle to turn and stop, looking around the room. It was fairly large, and seemed safe enough, but...she could already feel Joe moving. Hopefully, though, he was safe...

With a small hope, she de-summoned herself, sending herself back to her place in her summoner's heart and mind.

((Sorry if I wasn't more clear on this stuff guys, I've just been REALLY distracted; funlifefuntimes. ANYWHO. I'll give you all more info. If anyone has any more questions just ask, I'm apparently not very good at transferring my visions into writing. And I'm a little impatient.))

[HT~ Sewers ~ Labyrinth of Nightmares]

The semicircle of mirrors was broken up by seven doorways. Only one of these doorways contained the electric spiderweb wires and all the others were clear. If one entered any of the free doorways they would be introduced to the labyrinth. Everyone was placed at the beginning of the maze (of the garden or funhouse variety, except the walls are made of not-easily-seen glass, mirrors, and shocking wires). Each person will take their own pathway and attempt the navigate their way through the maze to get to the end.

Noelle looked back over her shoulder distractedly and came into more focus once she realized that others had followed. Louis was asking if she was alright and Jo followed quickly after. She rubbed her tingling arm and looked down past her already-dried clothing at the source of pain on her elbows and knees.

"Yeah, I'm fine, it's just that--" Noelle looked up at the doorway that looked clear and changed her train of thought a little, "I didn't see the little wires in the doorway. They shocked me."

The agromancer bent down and swiped at the blood oozing from the scrapes on her knees down her legs. She only managed to effectively smear it and make her knees sting. Blood. She hated blood. It needed to stay in the body. Large quantities were pretty bothersome, and the small cut always made her squeamish in a strange way. Noelle looked at the blood on her hand in disgusted pallor before she closed her eyes to stop seeing the red.

"Now I'm going to get infected with something gross." She murmured with a frown.

[Dawn : HT : Sewers -> Labyrinth of Nightmares]

Dawn looked over hearing the response from one of the others. She didn't know for sure who he was. She pouted as she was about to defend her idea, her lips were stopped in mid sound when she heard Noelle.

"Noel-!?" she yelled out, her voice cut off as she was forced to close her mouth, but not soon enough to avoid taking a small amount of it into her mouth.

Her eyes and head were both spinning as she rode through the crazy ride, even though her eyes were closed. It seemed forever, before she landed knees than chest on the hard ground.

Dawn laid there for a few moments before she went onto her knees and elbows. She coughed madly, spitting the disgusting water out of her mouth. After she finished she rested her head in her arms, breathing deep, but shaky breathes trying to get herself together.

"Ugh, I'm going to be sick..." she said just above a whisper several moments after hearing Sora's voice, though she hardly trusted herself to sit up without puking, she did it anyway, with her hand on her head, in attempt to calm the dizzy spell, "Where are we...?"

Joe hobbled over to Noelle, his legs somewhat stiff, and looked at her arm, then her cuts. It wasn't pretty...then again, neither was he, at the moment.

"I'm glad you're okay, but I doubt you'll get infected...here." Bending down, he placed his hands over her knees, calling on a gentle breeze to heal the cuts. "Just give me a sec, and you'll be okay...if you want, you can rip off a piece of my shirt to wipe your hands, or something. The shirt will restitch itself." He had noticed her disgusted look at her hands, and offered, in case she wanted a rag. It's not like he could supply water to wash, but he could at least supply a rag.

"...Wires that you can barely see that shock you...this place won't be easy."

[[Louis : HT : Labyrinth of Nightmares]]

Louis sighed, looking around for a clue, something to indicate the RIGHT way. As he listened in on Jo, he turned and gave a quick smirk, "Restitch itself huh?" Louis looked down at the clothes that despite their magical properties, had become tattered by his recent encounter with the replicas, as well as still dripping wet thanks to the water, "I have to get me some of those." As he turned back to look at the maze before him, he listened to the next part shrugging, "Wires... which door were they in- never mind, I'll take care of it." Louis drew his Rapier and flashed his weapon several times, throwing a small slash in the air of darkness into each door. Any wires in the doors would be cut down, "There, that should do it I think. I'll do the same for any pathway we have to pass through in the future.

Joseph looked to Louis, watching him work his rapier, shaking his head. It couldn't be that easy. Otherwise, Sora could have done stuff like that in the games...then again, what did he know.

"Hm...first you got to find them, second that's if that tactic works, and third...nevermind, there isn't a third, I guess." Pausing for a bit, the male bit his bottom lip, then added, "Sorry, just trying to be a realist, not a downer."

[Kyle : Labyrinth of Nightmares]

"Gerbla-!" Kyle shouted, throwing his arms up in an effort to catch Zeba before she caused too much damage, though her momentum sent him flying back a few feet. Doing so pushed him into one of the openings- and onto a set of the electric wires, quite literally causing a loud -SNAP- as the electricity reacted with his body, which sent him forward in response.

"Hijo de puta basca ma goula baise toi piece of..." Kyle muttered, cursing in a number of different languages (though half of them didn't make sense with the situation). He set Zeba down lightly before going to rub his now-sore back.

"Electric wires, huh...?" he muttered, summoning yet another Starlight Sphere, hoping to shed some light (literally)... only to find that even then, the wires were unable to be seen. "Tricky..."

His curiosity got the better of him, and he extended his free hand slowly, index finger stretched out, so as to test the metaphorical waters. There was another zap, and he immediately pulled back, muttering another obscenity. Not really harmful, but a nuisance nonetheless.

"Well, we'll simply have to tread carefully," he muttered again, though this time loud enough for those nearby to hear. He seemed somewhat oblivious now that he was trying to think of the possibilities...


[Sora : Labyrinth of Nightmares]

"That... is a good question," Sora responded, walking forward with his Keyblade still in hand. The pathways beyond were hardly illuminated, leaving much to the imagination. But there were so many of them...

"We could stick together... but that would take so much longer," he thought, turning around and looking at Dawn. "What do you think?"

Louis turned back giving Jo a sharp glare, "Well, sorry for trying to be productive. I doubt we have the much time to dawdle. I'm just trying to come up with a solution as fast as possible, even if it's a crude solution." Louis shifted his gaze away from Joseph and back to the maze. He finally acknowledged the fighter's apology with a sigh, "Look, you don't like me, fine, but at least try to work with me? Like it or not, we're stuck here together, and we have a lady with us, that would make it our job as gentleman to watch out for her well being. So," Louis knelt down next to him and extended a hand, "let's try and get along, ok? I wouldn't be able to do this alone. After all, those healing abilities of yours will be sure to come in handy." Louis smiled, trying to appear friendly.

[Jenny :: HT :: Labyrinth of Nightmares]

Jenny's eyes widened in surprise as Zeba flew at them... did I launch like that through the air too? The teen subconciously ducked her head and braced for impact as Kyle opened his arms. She didn't get hit with the full force, but instead smacked by Kyle's outstretched arms as he caught Zeba. In response, the flutist was also pushed back and landed on her stomach next the Knight and the Ninja.

She shook her head free of the dizzy demons beating on her brain and looked at Kyle with a quizzical yet amused glance at his choice of words. Jenny turned her gaze towards the labyrinth and stared forward into the unending maze that they had yet to begin and sighed. "This... is going to stink."

Joseph stared at the hand that was extended to him, biting the inside of his mouth. He wanted to say something along the lines of 'well, if you need me so much, why are you biting my head off,' but cut that off before it came out of his mouth. Also cut off 'I already am, what are you doing to be a gentleman?'

God, apparently he was a b***h...then again, he was still sore.

"Fine, sure, hands are a bit busy, though, so the shake will come later." And with that, he refocused on the girl's knees, making sure he used the wind to heal and clean out the cuts as best he could.

Louis retracted his hand and plopped down next to him, allot of thoughts were suddenly flowing through his head, specifically, his helplessness in this situation. Looking at Noelle, and the smeared blood he felt a cringe well up in him, not at the blood, but the situation, he knew he'd have to admit defeat in this situation, "That's ok." He finally said, "A handshake is only a gesture after all. You just keep concentrating on those wounds." His eyes focused on the wounds, burrowing into them for a moment before looking away, "You're doing well. I'm glad you ended up here... otherwise... I wouldn't have been able to help her. I don't know any magics that heal. Sorry..."

ღ Halloween Town | Waterway | Labyrinth of Nightmares :.

The ninja exclaimed apology after apology as she lifted her (sore) behind off the ground and reached towards the Knight as he clutched his back. Afraid that she might brush against a bruised area, she brought back her hand and clamped both of them over her mouth and nose, feeling guilty as hell, only to jerk them off suddenly as she ended up smudging slime over her mouth.
Ick.

"Electric wires?" she repeated skeptically, wiping the grit off her knees, arms, and mouth. Instead she succeeded in smearing it everywhere, and catching all the expletives Kyle spat out.

"Electric wires, huh?..." she muttered as the proof was right before her eyes. 'Thanks, Oogie Boogie, you b***h.'
"We can tread as carefully as we want, hunnybun, but the wires are still going to be there..." she replied, chuckling dryly as she tried to come up with a solution to this, mild, annoying hindrance."Hmmm....." she pondered, loud enough for all to hear as her weapon materialized in her hands.

Stepping away from Kyle, she walked slowly towards another doorway, swinging her weapon once her companions were out of harm's way. Taking small steps, she entered one of the seven doorways, and much to her surprise, discovered that there weren't any trapwires blocking the path; at least not for the first ten or so meters.

"This path seems clear," she informed them, running back to the semi-circle of mirrors. "Should I check some more?"

[Dawn : HT : Labyrinth of Nightmares]

Dawn's eyes quickly looked over in the direction of the keyblade wielder. Her heart grim at the suggestion of spliting up.

"I..." she said in a distant voice, trying to keep fear from her voice.

What was she really to say? That she would rather stay in a group. They were already cut off from the others. What if something happened to one of them while in the maze?

'What about me?'

Dawn wasn't as experienced fighter as Sora or even the other Earthlings. If there was a fight waiting for them in those tunnels, she was not sure she could handle it. The last two battles she was in, her only two battles, she was unable to do anything.

Plus what bothered her the most was her summon. Dawn was still unable to call on its powers....

With heavy movements, Dawn slowly stood up, brushing off her scrapped knees. Barely noting they were damp from blood though the rest of her harpy outfit was already dry. She sadly looked down the doorways. There were so many paths to take. The others were somewhere in there, she hoped. Along with the Sorceress who was in need of saving.

"I don't like it," she said her voice as unstable as it was before, "But I am not sure if there is much of a choice... It would be faster if we took different doors, hopefully it will take us to the Sorceress, or even someone else."

'I can't be a burden,' Dawn told herself as she continued to stare down the doorway, 'I have done that enough...'

{James : Halloween town : Labyrinth of Nightmares}

James had held his breath and closed his eyes for fear of being taken under as the water level continued to rise at an alarming rate. When the water finally reached the tunnels he felt the suction as he was drawn into one of them, not caring which. He went on what could only be called a crazy ride, his light weight body easily be swept down by the current. He felt his back and arm scrape up against the walls a few times and tried hard not to gasp in pain. He knew if he opened his outh it would fill with the water. He had never experienced anything like this, like an underwater water slide in pitch darkness. He was not unfamiliar with the feeling of water slides though. Heck he and his fiancee Michelle were engaged at the Coco Keys Water resort which had a few water slides, one of which was a dark style one and the dark only made the slides twists and turns that much more intense.

James opened his mouth in a gasp of pain that would have come out as "gah!" if he had not been under the surface as he took one final hit on the side of a wall before he was spat out of the tunnel into a semi-circle chamber. His light weight frame getting blown out into one of the mirrors. He laid on his side for a minute and coughed, trying to clear the water that had gotten into his throat. When he finally sat up he winced as he felt the pain in his body from the points that had hit the walls. He looked around the dark semi-circle and noted clearly the people within it, thankful he was not alone. He saw Sora and Dawn in there with him. He shivered slightly as his magical clothes were drying but it soon went away as he slowly got to his feet. He was glad he hadn't ended up on his own, and he was friends, two of them from real life.

"A little banged up... but I'm OK. You guys alright?"

He said in reply to Sora's question. It wasn't until now that he noted he could see everything better then he should have been able to. His night vision had never been this good and he could hear something... a very faint sound in the backdrop of this scene the very faint humming sound of electricity flowing through nearly invisible wires.

'When was my vision and hearing this good...?'

'My presence within you... has apparently amplified your senses. Though in this scenario I am not sure how useful they will be. Tread lightly.'

"Seven openings..."

James said as he looked closer at the surroundings. He could count the openings in between the mirrors just fine, even the nearly invisible wires that spanned across one of them. But the fact that they were mirrors made it hard to tell.

"It is evident we are supposed to split up it will be the fastest way. Be careful though. I can hear electricity flowing through the wires. Touch them and you'll get zapped."

This was great... basically a fun house maze of mirrors and electric wires... Which he was sure was going to hurt a lot. Regardless though they had to start somewhere. He slowly moved toward one of the openings. His hands extended ahead of him as he swiped his hand through it, checking for the wires. But he was hesitant to go down the tunnel.

((Yay, danke for GMing us along, guys! Now I just have to disgust myself enough with mental images of sewage to get this post seemingly realistic. n_~
BTW, I'm writing this at 4am, that's probably why it's so long. Seriously. 4AM. Long. Mizu + lack of sleep = long posts. In my defense, I kept it as short and sweet as my mind was capable of!))

{Bobbi Nanaki .:. HT .:. Sewers --> Labyrinth}

Bobbi walked silently somewhere near the back of the group. For some reason her mind was having a hard time keeping up with the goings-on of the group. Probably one of those times where she needed to get one of those meditation sessions in she did back on Captain Silver's ship, the Whatsit-Hawk. Sad that she couldn't remember a ship name from three or four days ago... Well, she'd get time enough to defrag and disc-cleanup later. Maybe somewhere along this adventure her mental processes will upgrade to Mac OS X and she could kick Windows Vista to the curb.

She only really came back to reality when the door slammed shut behind her. Reality, of course, meant she was trapped underground in a slimy, disgusting sewer that she had apparently been touching the walls of to keep her occasionally shaky balance and/or keep from slipping in the muck. She realized it to late, and grimaced at the disgusting filth covering her hands. Still she stayed silent, mostly because even though she had been jolted back to reality, it seemed her thoughts were in Japanese and everyone else was speaking Russian. Which of course meant she couldn't even speak the same language as her synapses. Yay.

As the water rose she found her stomach clenching in that way that for some reason seemed to make her more buoyant. Was she the only one who had to do that? She had no problem treading water; her parents didn't used to call her a water baby for nothing, after all. She was trying to wrap her mind around the situation, but by the time her brain had caught up with life she was fighting to keep her head above the goo, and had to keep her mouth shut lest she get any of the stuff in her mouth. She had a record of not throwing up since she was nine, and kind of wanted to keep it that way.

Of course, Life and Luck decided to turn against her, and she found herself caught in a current she couldn't fight against. She used to be a great swimmer in the twelve-foot deep section of the swimming pool at her old middle school, but she had never learned how to swim in a current and in the years since eighth grade had lost the talent somewhere, probably under her bed. So, naturally, she found herself drifting away from the rest of the group, and all the doggy-paddling she did just seemed to make her go backwards.

Then, she found herself falling, and it was all she could to to keep from screaming. She didn't realize until then just how bad her fear of falling was, until she was actually doing it. And even though she was on a perfectly safe slide and there wouldn't be a splat at the end of the ride resulting in the Pearly Gates, she was still in fear for her life, and all she could do was curl up into a little ball of terror and ricochet her way down into the same chamber as Noelle, Joe, and the new guy, Louis. Once there, she rolled a little ways and smacked up against a wall. Normally she'd get away as fast as possible, because the slime was dripping down her hip and leaking under her shirts, but she was too busy shaking in terror from the severe lack of solid land under her for however long it was. It took her forever to just blink, and even then she was still scared out of her mind and shaking in fear.

Falling sucked.

Nanaki kept quiet vigil over the children on their way down the tunnel, but unfortunately, as soon as the water came pouring in, him being on all fours was the first one to get in over his head--literally. He couldn't speak with any of the children for fear of drowning in the sewage, and even if he could have spoken, the children were being so loud arguing with each other about what to do that he wouldn't have been heard anyway.

Being somewhat cat-like in nature, Nanaki was not a good swimmer, not by any stretch of the imagination, so it was all he could do to keep his head above water. By the time he noticed himself being dragged into the far right tunnel along with Kyle, Jenny, and Zeba, it was too late. He attempted to dig his claws into the walls to slow his descent, but only managed to get them coated with muck within less than a foot, which made the rest of his efforts naught, and actually seemed to speed the process. He zipped out of the opening with a yelp of pain and surprise, tumbling head-over-tail several feet before he found purchase in the floor to stop his rapid skid.

After he was on solid footing, he braced himself and shook as vigorously as possible, spattering the walls, mirrors, and yes, even the children, with the goop and grime he had accumulated on his journey down.

"Disgusting!" he exclaimed, sneezing some of the slime out of his nose and sitting to scratch a few more blobs of it out of his ear. "It shall be weeks before I get this filth cleaned from my fur! You two-legs are lucky you have those self-cleaning clothes. Are there any injuries?"
