We welcome a new member again! She mentioned she has a child with ADHD. I think most of us have a child or know a child well with ADHD. I am so excited that my youngest is in his senior year in high school - and we are still pushing to get him graduated. A lot of teachers have been supportive and helpful with his ADHD, but others......grrr....

My younger brother has ADHD. I remember his teachers were happiest when he was on that made him sleep all day. He was really bad though. He was in Juvie a few times.
My son was recently put on it last week. So far we can see a slight difference which is nice. I just hope that it won't alter his personality any. He's such a happy fun loving boy.. He just doesn't have that 10 seconds that he needs to pay attention and not go off and do his own thing. We are hoping the meds can help him concentrate more and be more attentive.
my mom is ADHD im ADHD so i dont know about my kids yet

Both of my twins are ADD and I find that a diet of real food makes a difference (they get it from both parents!). We rarely eat any processed food or fast food.
