Making and defending a home - PRP for Taggert and Lav Oki

[Bardess Ookami]

"Wow.." she said, trying and failing to imagine it. She was too busy thinking about that to remember to be skeptical.  

[youngshorty]

"Surprised?" He asked.  

[Bardess Ookami]

"Just.. trying to picture it is all."  

[youngshorty]

"Aye it is hard to picture it at first. But you easily get used to them." He shrugged. "If you want, I can see about setting up a labyrinth for around your house so that anyone near it will get lost."  

[Bardess Ookami]

She blinked rapidly. "we...could?" the idea appealed but... "What if they starve to death in there? won't it smell?"  

[youngshorty]

He shrugged. "It's up to them to survive in a labyrinth...or rather up to you. It can be an extra defense along with the fog you call."  

[Bardess Ookami]

"It could...couldn't it.... but... what if they knock that down too?" yep she had forgotten to be suspicious for the moment. Of course, he was the first pony to spark at her imagination since she was a foal, which might have something to do with it.  

[youngshorty]

"Knock the labyrinth down?" He arched a brow. THAT would be something he'd pay to see.  

[Bardess Ookami]

She nodded. "Or fly over it, or something."  

[youngshorty]

"Bah...The labyrinth my grandfather built's sturdy."  

[Bardess Ookami]

"Sounds nice..." she smiled a bit wistfully. Must be nice, she thought, living some place that wasn't in danger of falling down... "Wish I could live there," the murmured, under her breath, unaware she had even spoken the words out loud.

In the silence that followed her statement came a shaking of the ground. A loud sound, like that of a wounded animal shattered the peace, sending birds flying. What looked almost like a Rhino, maybe, if you accepted that it's horn was more outline then existent, crashed through the forest. It slammed into the house, so huge that the bottom of it's chin hit first. Narrowing it's eyes it backed up...and ran at it again, shaking the new foundation, destroying a wall. A pony was riding on it's back. He jumped down before it made it's third ramming run. He lifted a megaphone from his coat. "Soh Cah Toa," he said, seeming pleased. Then he put the megaphone to his mouth and used it to address the two ponies who stood mere feet away. "LISTEN UP, YOCTOGRAMS! This area is a new noise refinery! Leave, or prepare to be iterated! I'll give you to the count of the square root of nine!"

"Have-"

being cut off wasn't to Taggert's liking as he glared at the noisemaker.

"We're not deaf and you just rudely interrupted what I was about to say to the lady."  

[Bardess Ookami]

"It's destroying the house!" Lav cried out, in shock.

The big dumb rhino looking thing kept ramming at the wall.

"You zeros have to leave. 3.... 2....."

Taggert grinned as he pulled forth a crystal and twisted it this way then that way. the crystal transported them to the labryinth, closest to the bog. He pushed Lavender farthest from the bog.

"Really? enjoy this little slice then."
