Other than that... well, if we're going to have recruitment criteria (quality not quantity type) then maybe have them in a sticky? Could even make it flattering

"People invited to the guild are those who show x and x and x. As well as being x and x"

It's especially not helpful since I've been very busy of late (being lazy and enjoying the British "summer" so the last two weeks of sunshine for the whole year). Come back everyone crying
