The Capital Wasteland. [OVER 3000 POSTS!]

jakk was known for his marksman and his luck and all he needed was a lucky shot...wait for it...wait for it...NOW!!
he shot a slug at a sentry bot just as it was launching its missle, he barely clipped it but that was enough to take out the bot and a few enclave next to it in the resulting explosion
"yippie kia ye ki yo!!"

Rico stumbles from the shockwave of the nearby exploson. His barrer is sorta complete. He grabbed the microwave emmiter and aimed it at the nearest sentry bot and pulled the funky-feeling trigger. The emmiter had no recoil, nor did it actualy shoot something....but the sentry bot stopped moving....

He shot at the other three and then hucked the few pulse grenades to officaly destroy them....

jakk was counting how many enclave he could headshot without missing
"one...two..damn! one...two...three...four...damn!!one..."

Rico points to at the last Enclave advancing...a big....black.....lead-covered deathclaw....with chainguns mounted on its shoulders....

"Jakk!" Rico whispered ducking behind the cover he made

"That THING is totaly going to tear us to shreads! The mines won't do anything! ...And i don't see any faultring in it's armor! I think you could get the chainguns...but other than that....we're screwed!"

He thought of what he could do....the ants? could they provide a distraction?

jakk saw it, his heart rate skyrocketed
deathclaw house
jakk was paralyzed
come on jakk, you know you want to play...
jakk was trying to resist the flashback
come on jakk, remember how you killed me last time? it wasn't rocket science
jakk snapped out of it he thought about it;fire
of course! lead is a soft metal so if it gets hot enough it will melt trapping the deathclaw and making it easier to kill!!
jakk got out his crossbow and shot it again and again with magnesium bolts, magnesium burned hotter than the armor could bear...
the deathclaw screamed in rage and pain
just like before...

As Rico watched the Deathclaw shreak in pain and burn to death, he walked up to it, aimed his Glock at it's melting helmet and unloaded the clip.

He watched the Deathclaw fall to the ground....burning....the smell of flesh filled the building...Rico was covered in blood, his Glock was clogged up from the gore from shooting at point-blank range....

"wanna roast some sasuilsbary steak over this b***h?" He said pointing at it with his thumb...

jakk was in a cold sweat and too tired to be snide, cynical, pessimistic, or almost anything

Rico stared at Jakk, then walked towards him, stared at him, then snapped his fingers in his face saying,

"Hey...Jakk....Jaaaaakk!!!!.....Whoa....it was just a deathclaw...."

"i know but it was a deathclaw nonetheless"  

[Ensin42]

"Ahh, welcome back to the Wastelang my friend...we need to scav this building tomorrow....it's like..."

Rico looked at his PB3kB and saw the time, 4:19 a.m., a whole 17 hours of walking and killing...

"wadda say we at least sleep for an hour or five?" He said, streatching and laying down on a nearby matress on the ground...

jakk goes into the building and decides to play with the ants, they amused him

Rico rolled around in his sleep...the nightmares of the vault would never stop haunting him...

jakk was finding the little ants to be more and more amusing the more "games" they played

Rico leaned up groaning, then used the dead bots to spark up a decent fire near the entrance. He found rations of coffee on the Enclave and used their rations of water to boil up a pot of coffee.....

"Have a fun night with those ants playing with you Jakk?"
he said with a smile...

jakk looks over at rico,
"are you really going to trust enclave rations?"
jakk asks taking out a pip-bar to munch on and share with the ants
