Borders sells it! It's much more liberal than Barnes and Noble, I think, and it carries more queer-oriented magazines and such, too. Actually, I'm not sure I've ever seen gay stuff in Barnes and Noble? But I'm sure I've found a bunch at Borders, possibly because I'm at Borders more often.

If you can't find it in-store, you can actually order it online from Borders.com. I think also, if your Borders store doesn't carry the book in stock, you can order it to be shipped to your local store for free on the online site. It just comes in with their next shipment of books and doesn't cost a thing, and you can pick it up from behind the counter next time or something. Or, you can ask them in-store to place the order for you.
A lot of yuri doesn't look very explicit from the outside, either, so unless you're buying adult materials (which I don't think they carry much of, if they do), it shouldn't be too much of a problem to be found out, I think?
