Well technically in this RP, Russia was, until recently, apart of the EU still, so European(Russian) at that. And because the RP's background is different from most, just adapt the history over and it'll work. And that, is a "Permission Granted"

And I'm not too strict on character profiles.

Also, for reminder, character limit is 5 per person. This includes Special Sub-Characters, but does not include Sub-Characters(This includes Dolls for Geass) and NPCs.

In short: Play(write/type) out a scene in which your character would use Geass.

Long verison: Sample use is, in short, a example of the Geass in use in a RP situation. More or less a demostration of your character in a situtation that he/she would use Geass.

Since it's a Doll type Geass, 2. One in Knightmare, and one out of knightmare. And note, they do not need to be canon with your character's past if you don't want to use your character's past.

If he/she is a Black Knight, then a Leader or the Strategic General. If he/she is a Chinese Federation member, then General or a Enunch. If he/she is a Britannian then Knight of Rounds/Representative Knight of Rounds/VSD Captain. Or else EF (The EF is runned by me so we'd have to work it out in PMs....), but all EF members are capable pilots.....

A knightmare is more or less a extension of the character. A knightmare has landspinners(normally) and are usually equipable with a float unit/system. Knightmare operation appears quite simple, just that the pilot has to be able to keep up with the knightmare or vice versa (or it'll drop effectiveness). And knightmares are limited by operational time as well, so more experimental and more heavily armed knightmares have shorter operational times. Ones without a integrated float unit/system usually have a cockpit ejection system.

To your question, that's what it would seem. But for the NPC / off-bounds Princes and Princesses, that is a assumption that doesn't have anything to support or go against it. While the ones that can be picked (ie. played as) generally have some sort of proof that they are the emperor's kids.

In short: It's left somewhat of a mystery and because of their position, it's not questioned. If there's something that's not exactly stated as allowed...I might allow those who can prove, beyond doubt, that they can keep that touch/feel to them.

The series never said anything about... adoption... or what happens in the case of a utter upset in the ruling class (ie. royal family)...other than a free-for-all.... to which could prove you wrong.
