Ok, this seems like it could be fun, I will give a prize to the first person who gets this right
You have 25 pebbles, all the same size, shape and color. There is one that is lighter than all the others, you have a scale that can hold up to 15 pebbles on each side, find the lighter pebble in as few uses with the scale as possible.

Weigh them in groups of 12 to start. If the first two groups r equal then u found it cuz there is one left over. If one is less than keep it than toss the rest. divide into piles of 6 and weigh them the one that is less keep it than toss the rest then 3 toss and then u way the remaining individually. anywhere from 2 to 7 weighs

Wrong, the way I am thinking does not rely on luck which 2 weighs does, the other one with 12 on each side is a good guess but is not right sorry.
