I do art at my own pace. I don't have a priority list---for example, if you gave me the art commission first, someone else who commissioned me after you may have their artwork finished first. It depends on how much motivation I have for doing the art, and there's also the fact that some pictures are more difficult than others and thus take longer to complete.

Sometimes the picture will be completed within several hours, and sometimes several days, depending on how much time I have and also the previous factors stated in the first paragraph.
