I'm finishing up my Slytherin scarf for a friend--finally got past the halfway point on it. Only seven more stripes to go, then the fringe.

I finished sewing myself a dress, but have yet to take pictures. That will happen later this afternoon, probably.

I'm getting ready to start a roll-brim hat out of Lion Suede for my mom. She had a store bought hat that she loved, but it fell apart, so I'm making her a replacement.

And that's it. I'm getting ready to go to Europe (I leave Jan. 1), so I can't start anything major (not that that stopped me. I made the dress in about 10-15 hours, spread over three days. This is absolutely shocking since it's all hand sewn).

Oooh cool, I have some Lion Suede that I am about to make a harmonica case with. Can't wait to see some pictures! I can't imagine hand sewing a whole dress!

Holy crap! In the last week I finished about 15 projects! *passes out*
I think my WIP list is... blank? Could it be that I have no projects? LOL
Now I have to give my hands a break until January when the next KAL/CAL begins.

I'm working on a tank top in sparkly white...again (I expanded the pattern just a little too far); a wave scarf; and an afgan in old shale.

I felt too strange not having any WIPs at all so I have begun a little amigurumi tree frog for my friend who collects frogs. Her birthday is Jan 26. Now I have to come up with what to do for the CAL/KAL - dark and twisted... hmmmm...

Pictures of the dress are up on my blog (points to sig) I would post them here, but I'm using someone elses computer. It's too much of a hassle to sort out where all of my pictures are stored. I have to many accounts....

The hat didn't turn out the way I wanted because my mother didn't specify a few things...She's going to have to alter it later. I had to frog it soooo many times...It shouldn't have been so difficult to make a hat!

I'm doing the last stripe and half on the slytherin scarf; pictures of that should be up sometime next week, probably modeled by the recipient.

My only project right now is a scrapghan that I could call "finished" at any time, but I'm bored and have packed up all my knitting needles, so I'm going to keep going with it. I need to get a picture of it later today.

I'm full of sugarplums...

I just started a sweater...pour moi. It's my first one and it's fitted. Why fitted for the first one, you ask? I was going to make the cabled sweater that was on the Lion Brand site. It called for Fisherman's Wool. Alas, I could not find it in the store. So then I decided I didn't need a cabled sweater (I hate making cables), so I opted for one that had just one going down the front. I know once I start the cable it won't be so bad...I hope...

Thanks. It's actually kind of easy since it's just in the pattern. Knit 5, purl 5 knit 5 purl 5, then after ten rows of that purl 5, knit 5, etc. It's a simple pattern from the back of Crazy Aunt Purl's Drunk, Divorced, and covered in Cat Hair.

Yup, A pig hat. biggrin I'm going to knit on ears on the top and a little pig nose for it. then I'm going to make a little curly tail to attach to the back. Maybe embroider a darker color pink on the inside of the ears and some buttons for the eyes.

I need to find a pattern for a puppy, a sheep, and piglet from Pooh Bear so I can make them for my boyfriend's little siblings. As soon as I find a pattern for those, they will be current projects.

I'm working on a big fuzzy scarf and a pig for the friend who wanted the pig hat. I should be getting some pictures of that thing soon. I'm also working on a kitty hat for me.
