The creepiest Dr. Who episode ever

As to the creepiness of Blink...The first time I watched it was with my best friend and housemate who was too scared to sleep that night. It is now her favorite episode. Later I watched with a group of friends and it made my boyfriend scream like a little girl. He will never live that down.

Goodness, it was so funny to hear him scream like that.

Blink.... cause i sure as hell jumped out of my skin when I saw that episode.... couldn't blink around my teddies for weeks chucked them all out my room

My teddy bear was one of the only things that let me sleep that night. I remember staring at the TV and being half out of my seat I was so tense.

You know, I think that may have been the first episode of Doctor Who that I saw. Which might explain why none of the other episodes have had any real effect on me. Some of them are a little creepy, but none have ever been as tense as Blink.

I finally got my mom and her friend to watch Blink (when I told them I'm going to be a weeping angel for Halloween), she never sits down to watch something, always folding laundry or cleaning or something. But when she watched the episode, she sat there the entire time and even started yelling at the tv... "don't look away! don't look away! NO!... he looked away."

That night, she had a dream about the angel statues in the front yard... sweatdrop

I have this wild idea that when i am rich (WHEN WHEN) i will get all the blink statues made up so I can sneak into my friends house nad put htem round her bed when she is sleeping. MWA HA HA

The Empty Child/Doctor Dances scared me more than Blink. XP
especially when they're in that kids room and the tape stops playing.
I've always been scared of creepy kids though, haha.

Actually I have to go with Silence in the Library/Forest of the Dead. The Vastha Nerada creeped me out because they could get you so easily. I wanted to sleep withe the lights on that night but got over it after my boyfriend and I made a big joke out of it.

The Waters of Mars has definatly made it high on my list of creepy episodes. Water always wins.

I also thought midnight was pretty creepy and tense. And any time a little kid wants to try copying everything I say, I'm making them watch that episode.

Personally, "The Empty Child" weirds me out. I can't handle gas masks now. "Silence In The Library" gets to me as well, but I was watching it in my grandmother's house, which is old and creepy.
"Blink" seems like an easy fix, keep switching from one eyelid to another. Of cours, if you were blind in one eye, or were a cyclops, you would be screwed. It might not be a bad life in your new timeline....
