Hi!! <3 If anyone looks on this forum even tho its really old for themselves I have some answers: I've had this issue a lot in the past too and it can be connected to a variety of things, and I am not a doctor but I think if you find the source you'll know how to treat it. Eye bags can be caused by a bunch of different things like lack of sleep, hyperpigmentation, lack of vitamins/minerals, naturally deep set eyes/larger brow causing a natural shadow, dehydration, and even eating too much sugar! There isnt really a "fix all" solution besides make up, its really a matter of finding the cause and a natural solution. If you want to try a concealer good for oily skin I personally use the Nyx drop foundation in "porcelain" and I find it works really well for my oily/acne prone skin especially when its only used under the eyes and not in more common areas for acne Anyways I hope this all helps <33 drink water, eat multivitamins, get 8 hours of sleep, limit processed sugar, use cold green tea bags, and if it doesn't go away on its own in a few weeks see a dermatologist u.u
