Zaraki has been immobolized several times and powered his way out of it! Remember, you yourself said that the reason all the other captains always lsot was because they tried to contain him. Immobilization is no different. If Byakuya tries to stop his movements using several blades, Zaraki will blow them away with his massive reserves of Spirit energy.

Yeah, I actually liked him better in that fight better than
his fight against Ishida Uryu.

Tousen was overconfident with his Bankai, all it does is immobilize
and disable your senses. He has to do all the other work of killing
his opponents the same as if he never used it in the first place.

Indeed, it is likely that would be the end result but I'm wondering
how effective that would be against Byakuya's kido expertise,which
the strength depends more on the user rather than the spell itself.
A low ranking spell can be devastating if someone of the caliber of
Byakuya, Rukia, or Hinamori were to execute it.

Also, let us not forget that Byakuya isn't Tousen and sure isn't
Ichinose (who isn't even captain level), whats more Zaraki blowing
away even the petals would hardly be anymore impressive than
Ichigo deflecting them all with his own bankai. As you saw yourself
it's not like Byakuya, while certainly was impressed, thought to
himself: "Oh no, he deflected Senbonzakura Kageyoshi's tens
of millions of cherry blossom petals!! What can I do now!?"

Yeah, in his fight with Uryuu, they made it seem far too much like he's just supposed to be a sadistic villain that uses everybody. When in truth he's just a sadistic scientist that uses everybody.

True, but I'm not saying that Zaraki's blowing away Senbonzakura would give his opponent any traumatic effect. Thats completely redundant information.
In this fight, both fighters are completely confident of their own abilities, and neither is one to back down merely because their opponent shows some kind of impressive feat.

So, after seeing Zaraki Kenpachi take out the #5 member of the Espada with a single swing of his sword (Note that this was after he took off his eye patch, and even when he still had it on, he was still neck and neck with this guy) and still walk off into the sunset with a smile on his face, I think it's safe to conclude that Zaraki Kenpachi could most definitely kick Kuchiki Byakuya's a**.

Given Kenpachi's display of sheer power, it tips the scales greatly in his favor. Yes Byakuya is likely to evade Kenpachi for a vast number of strike, but the one that lands will likely devastate him.
