I seriously think that Dororo would win.

Cause he was an assasin and I'm not wrong on that ( in one of the episodes it said that he was an assasin)

Dororo would probably be too fast for Giroro (I think)
Though his Trauma switch would be a disadvantage, but Giroro really didn't do anything bad to him so it probably won't be triggered.

So yeah I think Dororo!
