Its been a long day System...
First of all, i am gonna be putting these up every once and awhille to keep you up to speed of just where your captains head is at.
This might pretain to SD or my personal life or my other storylines/rp's.....
Anyway.
Its been a long day, because, i got kicked out of my house today.
For those of you who dont know much about me, my father died when I was 3, and the only major "man" in my life has been my brother, Josh, well, this guy thinks that I needed a "father figure", to avoid from making all the same mistakes he made (coasting on my mother, having a minus credit score, debt, ex-wives, so on and so forth) so, he got this bright idea about giving me two weeks to get a job.
Now, I had a job in may, but, i stopped going, because... well... im a headstrong youth.
It was a dumb decidsion, but, at the beginning of this month, my girlfriend moved in with us and has gotten a new job, whille, i am like arsenic to anyone who comes across me.
I didnt meet that two week deadline, now, i am at my moms in the central kentucky lowlands, on a 26k modem, waiting out, hoping someone will call me, when, the only person who calls me, is my brother (who had already succeeded on kicking me out today, of course he offered me a home once i got a job) and he says that if i dont have a job by wednesday, he is throwing my stuff out on the lawn, and if i dont have a job in one week, he is kicking my (available to support the household) girlfriend out, JUST because I dont have a job.
As far as I am concerned, i have no brother in blood anymore.
I am gonna get a job and go back, but, only for my girlfriend.
My best friends mom offered me a plane ticket and a home... but... they live in New Zealand now, and, that just isnt what I want... even if the oppurtunity is one in a million, i am about to give that up for Kentucky....
which... i know... i'll regret...

on a lighter note i got to catch up on my thinking, and my red vs blue...
"you just got sarge'd!" lol...
anywhoo...
i got on Gaia tonight, and I had 9 announcements... i clicked it... and i ******** got... the god damn week of 7/17/06 site update... lol...
If you want to know anything about the SD storyline... or any other storylines... dont be afraid to post on this thread...
I aint got no problem showing off.

If you don't mind some intrusion (if you do, just delete this then), but your brother can not legally kick your stuff out on the lawn. If any damages happen to the items, he would be responsible.
As for the job part, it took me months to find my first job. Two weeks is a little short. That is expecting a little too much. Also depending upon age, he may not have the legal right to kick you out unless you have another home provided for you. Your legal guardian (whoever that may be) is suppose to provide you with shelter and food untill you are 18. Once your older than 18, then your on your own here. (This said not knowing your age of course. You said your a youth, so I would have to say under 18.)
As far as I know (not sure here) but you can't actually be forced to hold a job when you are under-aged as well. You can work legally when you are over 16 (in most states), and you usually don't have to till 18.
I didn't get my first job till I was 19 and out of high school.
Girlfriend thing there, not sure about that either. If she is paying rent, then they can't kick her out without thirty days notice. She also can't leave without thirty days notice. If you really wanted to get legal, you could stay in the house and force your brother to have to legally evict you. Just an idea, though it probably would only worsen your relation with your brother. Take a few moments and think about what you really want to do. Consider all your options and maybe even try to find out your legal rights over this whole thing.

A - I am gonna be 19 in less than 48 hours.
B - They dont own the house, they are renting.
C - I've had since may, and before that, since november.

Ah. Well then, your girlfriend might not be legal to stay in the apartment then, for that might be considered sub-leasing. I have not read your lease, but most leases state that a non-renting party usually can't be in the apartment overnight for so many days.
As for job suggestions, I would actually recomend you go to a coffee shop. Even though they probably wont treat you extremely well, it is a job and they are usually hiring. That was my first (technically second, but I left my first job after less than a month from harassment) job.
Depending upon how close and how dedicated you and your girlfriend are, you may want to get this job and talk to her about getting your own place. I would image that between the two of you, you should be able to afford a place (renting of course).
I actually ended up having to move back home because I have started school, but I was out on my own at some point. Me and my brother rented a nice small place in town.
