Puzzler (gets P of earnings): Does puzzles to raise money for the guild
Gambler(gets P of earnings): Gambles for guild money
Agent (gets p of earnings): Does odd jobs for customers (NEEDED!)
Commander (gets € of left over group earnings): Controls small group of agents and reports to a Sub-Don (NEEDED!)

A sub-don controls a department, they get orders from me, or requests from customers, although urs will be on ur own, and they tell there commanders to do a job, but ur job requires you to go out and get us more agents and commanders, we need 3 commanders per department and 5 agents per commander before we can start racking in some money
