According to the Smash dojo you can use a number of setups including the Wii-mote without the Nunchuk! Although I personally feel most comfortable with the cube controller as well 3nodding

And on a newer note: ONLINE CONFIRMED BABY! Oh friggin YEAH. Just yesterday they announces on the dojo Wifi support for both friends and strangers (in an almost identical style to Jump Ultimate Stars). There's also a ton of other updates like new modes, single player has been customized for each character (and has an actual point), and a few new characters (Pokemon trainer for one) but the online was the juiciest announcement since the dojo opened. Now I won't have to kidnap people off the street to play with heart

Just because it directly involves the title: Smash hath been delayed 'til around February 2008. That's a good sign though! delays + Nintendo = higher quality game.

Yargh, really sorry for the TRIPLE post, but I needed to get a mods attention, and edits don't do that... The Super Smash Brothers Brawl release date is actually February now if you keep up with the smash dojo sweatdrop (It says the 10th but you never know...)
The delay is good and bad. Bad in that we must wait even longer, good because god knows what kind of spices are being added to an already AAA title!

Part of me wants to cancel my preorder so that I can buy it from Nintendo World and not support the devil that is gamestop (plus Nintendo World will more than likely have an awesome launch event for it!) domokun

Still got my preorder, but the release date for Smash Brothers Brawl is now March! Delayed again. Which ain't bad cause today is the last day of Feb razz

BWAHAHAHAA!!! I have had my copy of SSBB since launch... Been so obsessed playing it I haven't come online until now sweatdrop
