Once a long time ago, there was a girl who really liked Kitties, and Dragonflys...As a matter of fact she had one of each as a pet..her Kittie was all black and loved to play, and her dragonfly was very unique....you wouldn't believe the things it could do.........One day she............

...discovered that her precious kitty had gone missing. Systematically she searched every room of her house, but could not find any sign of her beloved little kitty. She crumpled into a heap on the nearest couch, covering her face with her hands to hide the tears that began to well up in her eyes. She gave a little start when her cell phone began to ring. Choking back a sob, she answered her cell...

in a beautiful palace room, that was all white. It appeared to be ice! How unusual! There was beautiful music playing in the background, and a wonderfully huge canopy bed in the center of the room! All around the bed, were little white kittens and little black kittens, mewing and crying for her to pick them up! She wandered around the room looking at all the mysterious gems in the walls. There were Amethysts, Emeralds, Rubys, Sapphires encrusted in the high walls and celing. Someone very rich must own this palace! She heard a door open and close behind her and turned to see.........

She decided to go into the door and when she stepped inside she blacked out. when she awoke....she was in a great forest...her kittie was there beside her....and it was looking over her shoulder and mewing softly...with kind of a curious look in its eyes...she turned slowly to see....her pet dragonfly...except....he was gigantic......he was so big she thought she could actually sit on his back and ride him.........as she thought it she suddenly got another surprise......he talked to her........and said "Yes you can ride on my back" he had read her mind!!!!!!! eek Wow you can talk.......yes he said and i'm here to take you on a great adventure........climb aboard.......and so she picked up her kittie and placed her in her backpack..then climbed upon the dragonfly's back and said...where are we going...he answered...to meet a friend of mine...and off they flew sailing high above the trees...........Weeeeeeeee 4laugh It was a beautiful sight with all the trees and valleys and green grass for as far as she could see....then off in the distance she saw something sparkle brightly as the sun reflected off a beatiful castle that looked like it was made of ice or crystal....Hey i remember a place like that....i think i must of dreamed about it....that was no dream...he replied........but thats not where we're going we need to go see my friend first she has a mission for you....you must go and rescue the Great Gonzo.........The Great Gonzo...... eek .Who is that........Look in your pocket you have a picture of him......He and his trusty companion Duke were tricked and then captured by the Evil Queen Ylenia twisted ....she erased his memory ...and yours...thats why you dont remember him ....but i'll let my friend Blue Goddess or one of her many companions tell you more 3nodding ..............

So they flew to the most bluest castle she had ever seen, it was a beautilful sky blue with purple accents! It absolutely shimmered! They flew inside the topmost window, to find the Blue Goddess sitting at her dressing table, putting on her magical blue earrings and necklace made of Sapphires. "Oh, dragonfly, Im sooo happy to see you! I see you've brought a guest, welcome little one! And you have a little friend with you, hello Kittie!"
The Blue Goddess was so awesome to look at, she had an aura of peace about her, she instantly calmed you down and made everything seem ok when you looked at her. It was a very serene atmosphere in her home and the little one wanted to stay there forever! She had a strong sense of urgency though, to find this Great Gonzo, and she didnt know why!
"Oh Blue Goddess, I must find the Great Gonzo, but I dont know why I must! I feel like there is some strong connection between he and I, and I cannot live without him for much longer!"
The Blue Goddess sat her down next to her, and looked thoughtfully into her eyes. "Oh little one, if only you knew the extent of your connection to Great Gonzo! I will tell you the story of which you have been made to forget by the Evil Queen Ylenia! She wasnt always evil, a long long time ago, she fell in love with a prince named Kubali. Kubali was a wonderful prince, a handsome and strong prince and Ylenia instantly fell in love with him upon setting her eyes on his overwhelming beauty. Ylenia didnt know that underneath the gorgeous exterior, lurked an evil man. Ylenia married the prince and soon found out how horrible he was! She accidentally walked into her father in laws bedroon to beckon him to come to dinner, and stumbled upon her new husband Kubali, killing the King! He was suffocating him with his own pillow! Ylenia couldnt get out of the marriage, so she was doomed to stay with this evil man for the rest of her life! This has turned her evil, because when you are around evil enough, you begin to forget the good. It is sad."
The Goddess turned back to dragonfly and motioned for him to finish the story because she was overwhelmed with emotion and could not finish....Ylenia was her sister and she couldnt bear to think of what the evil Kubali had done to her! "Please dragonfly, you must finish the story.".

Because you and Gonzo are soulmates your memory was erased to.......Gonzo is the only one who can reverse the spells and make everyone good again...and once you tw are reunited he will remember that and peace will settle over the land once again......Ylenia and Kubali will no longer be evil and you and Gonzo can marry ......"Yes, Yes!!!!!! "Kevetha, fricaya, Greetings friends. I am Shadow chocobo, the spirit of earth, sky, and everything around you." Shadow Chocobo stepped out of the corner and slowly walked towards them. " I can help you find the answers and everything that you seek. The Great Gonzo lingers in a land of darkness and shadow. His soul is trapped there, and you dragonfly must free it. The path you must take to reach him, is hard and you will face many obsticles on your journey. That is why i will join you on your quest and help you overcome the dangers. I will not be walking beside you but i will follow you in many different ways. You'll know when i am near. I can not be seen in visable human form, for if I am I will weaken and my soul will fade away. " Shadow Chocobo then lifted her hand and gave dragonfly a glowing blue orb, just bigger than her palm. " this is a very powerful weapon, i cannot tell you its power now. You must figure that out on your own. Now, you might want to pack a few helpful things, for our journey will be long and tiring. You're other companions will be of great help to you.

"your cat, and your dragonfly of course" replied SC with a smile. " You may stay here for a while to pack your things and possible talk to Blue some more. I will meet you when your intensions here are over." And with that Shadow Chocobo turned around. "oh.. and no matter how hard this road is, always do what your heart tells you, follow it and it will lead you on the right path." Shadow Chocobo then looked upwards and disappeared in a puff of colourful smoke.

Blue Goddess I do not know if I am ready to undertake this great task you have given me.....but i will try my very best...for i know in the end all will turn out well......Will you help me to prepare........And is there anyone else who will accompany me on my journey...or any other magical items i must take......

"All these objects I am about to give you are enchanted. They all may speak, but only at the times when their speech will help you. The silk pouch I have given you is to be used to protect all these wondrous gifts. This, my dear, is a Pepsi hand grenade. When you come upon an obstacle that you just cannot find a way to get over or around, use her. She is a very very powerful weapon, so use Pepsi very carefully! I am not saying that this weapon will kill or hurt, or even blow up, its use will be aparent to you when it is necessary! If Pepsi doesnt feel it is necessary to go to the length of using her powers, she will let you know!"
With that, little one put the Pepsi hand grenade into the black sack that the goddess had given her along with it. When the goddess brought out the next item, little one gave a shocked gasp! It was alive! The goddess had in her hand a fairy, so tiny she fit in her palm!

As she stepped outside a voice rang in her mind. Dragonfly, set me free.. It was the voice of a man. He sounded very handsome. SC then appeared infront of her. "Are you ready?" She asked.
"yes" said dragonfly as she nodded her head. "But i heard a voice, just now. It was a mans voice, telling me to set him free."
"ah" said SC. "that was The Great Gonzo trying to communicate with you. He is very weak and he cannot use his powers very well. You must find him. follow the road untill you reach a small lake. There is a large stone statue on the far end of it. I will meet you there." SC then lifted a hand and turned into a stream of green light that started to rise and then separate, flowing around until it disappeared. Dragonfly shook the confusion out of her head and then started down the road....

Just around the bend, dragonfly tripped over what she thought to be a toy dragon, so she picked it up. But the toy spoke to her, say ing "What are you doing? Put me down!" As startled as she was, she dropped the dragon and as it was falling it started to grow!

It grew and grew until it towered over her, eek It was the most awesome dragon she had ever seen.....it was also the only dragon she had ever seen , in person/dragon??, that is....... any way it was really awesome It was Black and Red and sort of glowed with a wonderfully bright light....Your in luck little dragonfly....it said to her....for I am a luck dragon...and I am here to tell you of a short cut on your journey.......take this golden coin *and with that the dragon handed her a piece of Gaia Gold*and carry it with you, then follow the red road till you get to the orange bridge . Give the coin to the keepers of the bridge and they will let you pass unharmed.......This bridge will lead you into the village where a mysterious stranger ... ninja ...will guide you to the place you are seeking...and with that the dragon started to fade away.....Wait Wait cried dragonfly don't go...how will I know who this mysterious stranger is.........."You will know dragonfly, you will know"....and with that it disapeared... burning_eyes ..and so she tucked the piece of gold into her black silk pouch and looked around.....there were three paths leading in differant directions....one green one orange and one red........."Now what color did the dragon say... confused ......And as if from far away she heard the voice of Shadow telling her to follow the red road........Thank You Shadow...she whispered, and started off down the red road ... 3nodding ....Not knowing that there was a small hole in the bottom of her pouch..and that the oh so important gold coin had slipped out and rolled onto the side of the road........ eek ........

And meanwhile........Down the red road over the orange bridge through the town where the mysterious stranger dwells and into the dark forest behind the giant boulder was an entrance to a cave.....deep down in the cave was a large cavern with an enormous pit in the middle and huddled there in the darkness of the pit with only a small fire and a stack of wood was a man cool and his faithful companion dramallama ........They had been there for so long it seemed .......and had tried everyway they could think of to get out......but nothing had worked .... cry ...and worst of all they didnt know how they had got there in the first place ....as a matter of fact they couldnt remember anything from before they had awoken in this deep dark pit....Every once in a while a small bucket came from above with a tiny amount of bread and cheese .. cheese_whine ..and meat and a pail of water.......but no one ever spoke to him...and it seeemed as if the food was coming less and less often and the pile of wood was growing smaller and smaller...and the man was begining to wonder what they were going to do if no one came to help them soon........Just then he heard the clatter of the bucket as it was lowered down to them............He took out the food and water .....and tried once again to hollar up to whomever was above ...."Hello, Hello!!!!!...Why won't you answer?????!!!!!.... scream .....But as usual there was no answer...and the bucket was pulled back up quickly and then he heard the scurrying of feet drift off into the distance.......So He sat back down next to his companion and started handing him bits of food "Well Duke...he said betwen bites.......We better figure something out soon or we're history.. wahmbulance .....Duke just looked up at him with happy eyes and wagged his nub... 3nodding ....If only he could speak he would tell the Great Gonzo .... eek ....that help was on the way.......

She finally arrived at the red bridge and as she started over it a troll domokun jumped in front of her! scream "WHERE DO YOU THINK YOUR GOING? This is my bridge!" Dragonfly jumped back and screamed "Wh...wh... what are you?" THIS IS MINE AND YOU CAN'T PASS! Unless you have some gold little one??? Then Dragonfly remembered what the luck dragon told her, and reached into her pouch and found the hole, but no gold!

A powerful sorceress with hollow eyes watched the story unfold. It seemed that the girl and dragonfly were coming close to their goal. But she could not allow that. The man who controlled her would not like that.
She pulled a dark cloak around her shoulders and moved through the forest towards the cave, wind blowing through her lovely dark brown hair. She showed no emotion as she walked. No sign that she enjoyed the beauty of the enchanted forest like she may have once done.
The sorceress found the cave with ease, including the pit inside it. She knew her way through the enchanted forest, and it knew her. It did not try to hinder her or change her course like it would for a normal person.
She lit her mage light as she entered the cave, levitating herself down into the pit. She saw the man she had come to collect. "Sir," she said with a cold and icy voice. "You must come with me."

At that moment she remembered the Pepsi Hand Grenade that the Blue goddess had given her she reached into the black pouch to retrieve her but intead out flew the Ice Hog fairy...........She hoovered in front of her and spoke in a tiny voice.....There is no need to deal with the Ogre dragonfly.....The Great Gonzo is no longer in the place that he was......"Oh No..." cried dragonfly..."Now what will I do"....."Do Not Cry ...For I am Here to help you. Go back to where you met the Luck Dragon and take the Blue Road...It will lead you to the village also...but there is no bridge and no Ogre's...It will take a little longer but it is necessary..*The ice Hog then thought to herself*....{If only I could make her remember who she really is, the trip would be much faster, * But the spell that was upon dragonfly forbid the fairy from telling her to much, But maybe she could give her a hint...!!!}..You must get to the village before the mysterious stranger leaves........and with that the fairy streched and yawned and said "Talking has drained me of my energy I must rest now as you may need me later... so be on your way "princess" . And with that she flew back into the black pouch......Suddenly dragonfly felt a very strange sensation like something fluttering across her back...and she thought *princess*...then she spoke the words "Princess....., Princess Dragonfly....I am Princess Dragonfly and in a poof of Blue smoke and a fluttering of wind Dragonfly felt something rise above and behind her...Her Kittie mewed happily and her pet dragonfly shrunk to normal size right in front of her eyes........."Whats going on....." her pet dragonfly whispered "You have become yourself again my Lady Dragonfly...Part of the spell is broken...You are Princess Dragonfly..and You once again have your wings"..."My Wings?!?".. and she looked over her shoulder..."OMG.... I do have wings" and as she thought about them they opened up behind her and started to flutter gently and as they did she rose above the ground!!!...this startled her so much that the wings suddenly folded and she fell back to the ground landing with a thud...."Ouch!!!!" she cried...She then thought about it again and the wings unfolded and she flew upwards to the top of the trees..her pet dragonfly whizzing along beside her.....She couldn't believe it ...She could really fly!!!!!!.......She looked down at the ground and her Kittie Night Rain was mewing and trying to climb a tree to get to her.....She thought about landing gently this time asnd thats what happened.....her Kittie immediatly jumped into her arms and started licking her face...her pet dragonfly Maeko then said " Since the spell on you is now broken I can tell you the truth , The Blue Goddess cast a spell on me to make me grow so i could be your substitute wings until the spell cast on you had been lifted......Now that you have remembered that you are a princess and the spell has been banished, All your memories should now come back to you and to The Great Gonzo......Our only duty now is to find the Great Gonzo and rescue him and The Duke so the two of you can be wed" "Wed? I am to be wed to The Great Gonzo?" and with those words all of her memories came flooding back to her......."Yes, Yes, I remember..I was sleeping and it was the eve of my wedding that Queen Ylenia and King DeCeryu appeared in my dream except it wasn't really a dream. They told me about their spell and evil plans. That was the last thing I remembered until now!" "Thats correct princess and now we must be on our way....The Sorceress Memory Dragon Has the Great Gonzo and is now taking him to meet with the King and Queen theres not much time. we must reach him before he gets to the castle." And with that Princess Dragonfly scooped up her Kittie Night Rain and flew high above the trees Maeko by her side...she looked around saw the blue path and headed in that direction.
