Something to think about xd
Mod Souls have a bad reputation for being weak but with the abilities I've created they would be a good match agianst any spiritual being. (Expecially hollows)
Quincy are very good and have a speedy movement as well as great ranged attacks.
Soul Reapers are usually powerhouses
Hollows are usually powerhouses
Who in all that is Bleach would want to start as a human other than the fact that humans could eventually become Soul Reaper or Hollows?

The question to be thinking is "what do you like in a character?"
If its speed and power then Soul Reaper is a good choice. Thespeed of the Soul Reaper and power of a Hollow when you become a Vaizard if you so choose to become one.
If its Psychotic Rampage power the Hollows a very good choice. Although when becoming an Arrancar you can make it so that you can control that urge.
Ability to do odd yet very effective attacks then you could go with Mod soul. Plus its good that when leveling to a double soul you can create another Mod soul and attack with both with no time limit.
If it is to start out raw and gain the experience to lead up to the actual being you want to be then start human.
