To those who care, volume 14 of the English manga has the results of the poll released in issues 19 through to 43, 2001. Here are the results:

It's easy to say and predict that Ginji is the most popular character in all of the Get Backers, Ginji is such a likeable character.
Yay! Shido is 6th, he's my personal favorite happy to see him up there. 3nodding

I think the reason Natsuhiko is far below the poll is because of Yukihiko, he gets the vote more on the Miroku brothers..

the poll is just up to volume 14 I think Kagami would be in the top 5 if the poll results was done after volume 30+.

When I first read the results, I found it a bit shocking to see Akabane pull in more votes than Ban (though Akabane is my # 1 favorite character). And the fact that Himiko almost get a higher rank kinda dissapointed me.
