heart I just thought I would let everyone know that Anna might be called off to do disaster recovery stuff in Florida. She told me it would be short notice and I haven't been able to get in touch with her, so she might be gone for a few days and cranky when she gets back.
sweatdrop nah, false alarm, cherie, it wasn't no damn disaster. -_- did you even watch cnn? the whole thing is totally blown out of proportion. i saw this one scene where they're filimg this dude walking across across the street, and the cnn guy's like "you can see this man here, just struggling against the raging waters, trying to assess the devastation done to his property". now, yes, the dude was in the water up to his man-boobs, but he's just strolling across the street through water that looks calmer than most ponds. hell, the cnn people were on a boat, and the dude walks over to the boat, leans against it and starts chatting with the boat pilot. they offer him a lift and he's like "nah, i'm good, yo." struggling? my a**. ^_^ raging waters? pshaw.
hell, when i stopped watching the cnn people still had power in their hotels. disaster? pfft. they'll call me up when there's a real disaster. what's happening in florida is a rainy day.
