I dunno. Anyone remember it saying anything about what Tro's hacking skills were like? Don't always have to rely on the Doc's for their money when you have the skill sets that the pilots do. ^_^

My personal favorite started off as Duo and as I grew older it morphed over to Quatre.

Duo I liked because personality wise he's allot like me. Friendly and always seems to be cheerful but there's so much junk going on under the surface that no one truly knows what the hades is actually going on. I also loved his sense of humor.... and the braid. You HAVE to love Shinigami's braid. 3nodding

Quatre is more like how I'd idly be, or how my idle guy would be. Well spoken, refined, backbone made out of gundamium....I mean, Quatre really is the heart and soul of the pilots. Yeah he's not the strongest and there's not a cold, ruthless bone in his body but isn't that what makes him so strong? It's his determination to protect people and such that I find admirable. (That and he's just so kawaii!!! heart ))

And to carry on about Q being a wussy and that he didn't master the Zero system... Yes he did. Sure it messed with his mind initially but that didn't mean he didn't have it mastered! Nlot to mention, doesn't he have to use the system when they went up against Libra base? He didn't have any problems then.

Also, if you're saying he didn't master Zero because it messed with his mind and that Hiiro and Milliardo did because it didn't. I seem to recall a few times Hiiro had issues becuase of the fact that Zero WAS messing with his mind. So there. razz

I feel better now.

Oh yeah... and the second Perfect Soldier, Hiiro/Heero Yuy, is my second favorite pilot. He's well... amazing really. He's strong and dedicated wholeheartedly to his missions. You have to respect a guy who's THAT driven really. That and he's just.... gorgeous. I mean look at him!

I have to put in my vote with Duo Maxwell. I strongly dislike Wufei he always bugged me. Heero and Zechs were just lost in their own revenge worlds to me so I never liked eather of them much. I didnt mind Quatre or Trowa just didnt call to me the way Duo did. Infact the whole reason I got into Gundam Wing (and anime in general) was Duo. I was flipping the channels and came across the show when it was still on air, he was on and i was hooked.

The braid is the signature, his eyes are teh best- cobalt blue!!!

Whoa someone finally realized Duo's eyes aren't violet or indigo! Woot! You don't want to know how many times I've gotten into an argument with reviewers of my fanfics saying Duo's eyes aren't cobalt blue! I'd have to pull up the character profiles made by the creator himself to prove my point.

When I first started the series I liked all characters, but the one that stood out to me was Wufei. I'm not sure what really drew me to him, but it did. The more episodes I saw the more he captured my interest. My favorite in a series is usually the bad guy gone good or the bad guy who helps the good guys and looks badass while doing so. Wufei being neither good nor bad had something about him. The way he was in the series made me want to know more about him and after reading the episode zero's I was more and more drawn to Wufei as my favorite character with Duo in close second...

It's the hair I tell you...THE HAIR!!! Wufei's is so shiny and silky looking! It has to be like uber soft! I want to touch it! Same with Duo's though it's more that that braid just looks totally badass.

I suppose what really won me over aside from the obvious is the fact that Wufei's first actual battle was without his gundam whereas the others used their gundams Wufei actually proved quite resourceful and blew up Noin's base by hand rather then with his gundam.
