I know we all are here because we like Utena but it would be nice to see why other people like it and what their favorite parts where.
Personally I love the conversation between Anthy and Utena that they are talking about where they will be ten year in the future and Anthy asks Utena if she liked her tea and then starts talking about the posion canterella.

The scene where all of the student council members are reciting the chick metaphor as they each place the rose of their color inside of a vase is my favorite. I don't know why, but I love it.
Other than that, any scene with Shiori. More specifically, from the point when she finds Juri's locket to the end of the episode. (The elevator scene is just amazing, I feel oddly amused when I watch the sword scene, and her duel has awesome symbolism.)

I liked on how the series little by little got more about Utena and Anthy. I also liked on how the way the end happened.

Personally I loved almost all of it. SPOILERS FOR THOSE WHO HAVEN'T SEEN IT ALL!
Least favorite part: Akio incesting Anthy. I understand how it went and all, but my friend and I are watching the series through again and we just got to the Black Rose saga and she's all "holy crap is he doing what I think he....AAAAGH!!" So yeah.
MOST favorite part: "The only time I was ever really happy...was when I was...with you..." Oh yeah. I cried. I cried like a BABY. That and when Anthy just up and leaves the school, and after the credits where you see the picture of them together and the fact that they cut Akio out... And the fact that they're holding hands. *sigh* Sorry. I'm..yeah I am a freak.

Favorite part? Anything with Mikage's elevator. We have one at school and when i'm in it I'm like, "Deeper. Go. Deeper." And my friends are like, "STFU!"

Hmm, I love the series for all of the symbolism they crammed into it and how so much of the series can be analyzed. I also love how everytime I watch it I pick up something new from it.
However, as for my favorite parts. I have to say I love the two episodes that Ruka appeared in. I still haven't figured out why yet. I also like Mikage/Nemuro appearances in the Black Rose Saga.
