Okay, to make this a little easier, here's an outline of how to post a dream:



Date of Dream: It may not seem important, but if you plan on posting more than one dream, this makes it easier to keep track of what order dreams were in and whether they could be connected.

Stand-Outs: Just like it sounds, give a list of any random facts that stand out. Whether the dream was in black and white, if your dead grandmother shows up, anything you can think of that seems to stand out to you.

Emotions: How did you feel during the dream? Sometimes it may seem obvious, sometimes you'll notice that a dream will make you terrified even if you're dreaming about eating a tuna sandwich. Misplaced emotions, or very very strong emotions, can be important.

Details: Give us as much as you can remember. Anything, even stuff that seems stupid or meaningless, can have meaning. Write us a book if you have to.

Life Points: This is the part for real life, waking-day info that may help in dream interpretation. If, for instance, you're hanging out with your ex in the dream, but in real life it was an incredibly nasty breakup, that might be important. Give whatever you can.
