	The face is pretty good but work on the chin The proportion is a little messed up and the hair needs to be more flow-y same with the clothes

	I would say you need to study the human body a lot more. This image is un-proportional and needs a lot of work. I'd look into some tutorials on the human figure and some style tips for clothing and such.
