leaving on May 7th, evening.
A somewhat large note is tacked to the corkboard Mintaka keeps near the backroom door. Your curiosity compells you to read it.
"Dear Plushikats and owners [and prospective owners]:
I, Mintaka, have finished my preliminary scourings of the initial landing spot in the Homeworld of the Plushikats, and enough of the surrounding area. I have concluded that we shall be safe enough making the expedition and forway to discover the truth behind the Plushikats.
I warn you now, it will not be completely safe, as the native creatures in the world are not all friendly, and nor does it seem some people. Still, in order to understand the kats better, and also to satisfy their curiosity, the expedition is formed.
I advise that young charges in your care - children, plushikats or otherwise - not come unless they have excellent defense mechanisms for their age. I cannot in good conscience allow the harm of anyone. Young plushiakts should eb fine... I intend that if any youths sign, I will wait until they grow before wel leave.
I want all able help that wishes to come be given the chance. Good will come of this, perhaps even personal gain of many forms. There are riskes as well, but I do not forsee death being one of them. I would not dream of risking others otherwise.
Please sign below if you are interested, and list anyone coming with you. Plushikats shuld get their owners to sign for them, even if they are not coming.

((Alrighty... You've got Nanda on the list! Kimie can't go, because of the new baby. However, her sister-of-sorts, Rhiannon Catclaw will be going, with her Plushikat Rosaleen.  Rhi: Elf-coon. Smart-alecky, bouncy, wild, hyper, tends to leave a path of destruction-- much to Kimie's chagrin. Altogether trustworthy, however much she may complain about, well, everything. A bit of a b***h, but underneath, a sweet girl. Powers: Minor magics: Illusions, basic healing/protection Rosaleen: Valentine's Day Plushikat (Special). Sweet, loving, a romantic. A bit airheaded. Hey!Rhi: Shush, you know it's true. I'll show you 'air-headed' *sticks out claws* Rhi: Erk o.o Rosaleen is sweet and loving!
Darn tootin' 3nodding Powers: Mostly unknown. The Power of Love? *bricked* Nanda: Earth Special. Very cat-like. Kimie is her pet, not the other way around. Protective. Skittish around loud noises, although she'll deny it. ((Dustbunnies: Boo!)) Wants to go to the homeworld to learn about her kind... with the added bonus of searching for cheesecake. Powers: Earth-related. Growing plants. Dumping mulch (useful for putting out fires ninja ). Acquiring cheesecake (oh, that's more a "skill" than a "power"). Eh-heh. ((Ohh, we can take other pets too? Hmmm .... How about this lil guy?  I figure he'll get along with the others well, since he's also a type of cat whee For some information ... The call of air means he gets his power from the air (also means he can fly) ... His gift of Dream Weaver is basically illusion ^^ Nash is usually friendly and playful, but he can be dangerous when he wants to be. He's still a kitten for now and I'm not sure when he'll grow, but even as a kitten he can use his powers and defend himself. 3nodding ))

Syrius skitters up to the board and qwrites a swift name at the bottom "Syrius & Edwad reporting for duety" she giggles leaving a littlwe note about who she is.

Most defining feature : A lions tail, pure white except for the tuft which is black.
Other stuff : Syrius is a rather mysterious and very bouncy chracter, she loves to play about though can get very serious and moody is approached about her past. She can transform in to a large lioness, pure white with dazzling white wings.

Pandara follows behind Prescott to the board.
"I don't know about this Prescott. It says it's very dangerous." She plays clutches her fox tail close to her. Her ears are twitching nervously.
"Pandara dear, by the time this exbidition ensues I will be fully grown. I am mostly certain that you and I can take any obstacles that may cross our path." He sighs hoping that he is convincing her. "Besides, knowledge of my roots would most definately be beneficial to my upbringing." He looks up with a sad kitty look in his eyes. "Please?"
Pandara smiles at Prescott. "alright little one. Maybe one of my other pets will be grown enough by then to come as well, but we will wait and see." She goes to the board to sign

Terrenity glances over the notice, attention heightening at the mention of danger. Ryll scamper up on the table, peering curiously at the human script. What's it say, Terr? she inquires.
Terr hesitates before picking up the pen. Min's going on an expedition to your Homeworld... do we want to go?
Ryll hesitates. Yes.. let's go. She hops off the table as Terr begins writing.

Skills: Very strong swimmer, basic defense with a staff, minor white and green magic, able to assume the form of an otter
Weapons: Carries a white wooden staff and a knife in her belt
Personality: Quirky, odd sense of humor, masks inner troubles with a happy and helpful front. More of a thinker than a doer.
Appearance: Medium build, shoulder length teal hair pulled back in a ponytail, usually wearing shorts and a tank top, naturally tan

Skills: Seems to have some (very) minor wind-related magic. Capable of utterly destroying fuzz.

Kitty is a kitty who believes she knows everything. She thinks that she is too old for playing and doesn't get enough naps, yet gets curious when she sees something she actually doesn't. Kitty will deny everything, however.

No one is sure what species Achan is. They are perfectly content, however, to call her a demonic elf. While being devious and mischievous, the girl cannot help but pull herself away from all things cute.

She has a deep affinity to all wildlife and can always find the right trail in the woods. In the woods, she is never lost.
