Lieutenant Weapon: Small embroidery hoop

Captain Weapon: At this stage, the weapon evolves into something more useful and should be able to do some damage. It should not be immensely powerful or lethal but it can cause significant harm once you are skilled enough to use it effectively. Magical properties are incredibly rare at this stage, and if any are present then the weapon must have significantly reduced lethality.
