Name: Tulip Gender: Female Race: Poison dart frog Age: 19 Height: 5'0" Weight: 150lbs Appearance: Tulip is a young adult anthropomorphic poison dart frog. She is five feet tall and of a pudgier body type. She dresses in teal robes and a teal witch's hat. Always situated on said hat is her familiar, Flower, an undying sunflower head who provides her guidance in her magical quest. She travels shoeless with nothing but a pack, belt, a small black wand with obsidian charms, and a pouch of poison powder. History: Tulip was once a young froglet without many prospects. Always overlooked, never wanted or special, she turned to books for comfort and to escape her own oddnesses and insecurities. Through this, she discovered magic. Laughed at by her family and her entire pond, she ventured out on her own. Wandering aimlessly, destitute and alone, she happened upon a field of sunflowers. Without thinking, she removed her spellbound and began to read, then sing, a happy health charm. Simply to try to boost her own spirits. Little did she know, her magic was blossoming right along with the sunflowers she was enchanting. They began to grow rapidly, then sprout arms and legs, and one by one they walked away. Amazed, she watched, and noticed a fallen bloom. This is how she met her familiar, Flower. Tulip and Flower traveled together awhile, doing odd side quests and jobs here and there and taking care of each other. Things were not easy but they were fun, and good, and Tulip was learning a lot. However, with more experience came harder jobs and... stranger encounters. One such encounter was with a being known only as AAUGH who requested to come along... A strange old forgotten god, left on earth to think of old, better times, and crave that lost ancient power it once had. That it could easily, with simple tricksiness, convince a little froglet to part with... Equipment: A small black wand with obsidian charms dangling from the bottom. Poison powder. Hailing from the noble Perlicue family, a name that is synonymous with mediumship and spiritualism, one could say she was practically destined for greatness. She has been a teacher, a soldier, an adventurer, a relic hunter, an entreprenuer and even a politician. Her devotion to her craft is so deep that she even tattooed moon runes onto her skin, essentially turning her entire body into a constitution of magic! Hearing all this, one might assume that Prunelle is perfect. But where perfection lives, improvement ceases to exist. And thus, over time, The Dazzling Witch became a victim to victory, never managing to advance her craft further than the gun magic she came to rely on. You see, Prunelle suffered a fate worse than death! Prunelle...became stagnat! ENTER PRUNELLE P. PERLICUE! Younger, and around 100lbs smaller, P. Perlicue is an alternate version of Prunelle from a timeline where the gun mage has yet to experience the events that led Prunelle to ever brandish a gun! Her fresh perspective gives way to a different style of combat - one that leans further into Prunelle's psychic abilities than her spells and quick casting. With guidance from her elder self, P. Perlicue enters Gaia's 2nd Budokai Tenkaichi in order to demonstrate that the only tool a Perlicue ever needs is her own wit. Personality: Prunelle can be a lot of things. At her best, she is steadfast, brave, creative and wise. At her worst she can be stubborn, selfish, calculating and egotistical. Regardless of what role she’s playing at the time though, there are certain aspects of her personality that always remain true. She craves knowledge and, while that means she can be very diligent in her studies, she is also prone to bouts of boredom. She is very much a perfectionist, constantly tweaking her magics to make herself a better psylocke and applying acute attention to details. She loves to hear herself talk, quick to socialize and gossip whenever given the chance. A fledling hero, she generally has good intentions and is often allied with likeminded individuals. Combat Information Prunelle is a witch by profession by a psion by nature. Born with an extra set of psychic senses and latent telekinetic abilities, Prunelle is capable of feats such as seeing auras, communicating with the dead and moving things with the sheer, concentrated will of her mind. As if being psychic wasn't enough, Prunelle is also capable of commanding magic. She is particualrly proficient in rune magic, allowing her to use the ancient script to "program" spells into mere gestures instead of wasting time with wands and incantations. Fighting StyleSleight of Hand By employing multiple methods of deception, Pru aims to confuse her opponents with psychic abilities and finish them off with powerful magic spells. Her weaponry and accessories tend to have multiple spells cast onto them that are auto-activated during certain situations, allowing her to ensnare or harm her opponent instantly with little effort on her part. WeaponsApplause: A set of press on nails used to evoke magical elements by creating a simple command out of runes. The setup of these runes is as follows: Thumb: "Shoot/Propel" Index Finger: Element of Choice Middle Finger: "Amplify" With these runes applied to her nails, Pru is able to quick-cast spells by creating an imaginary gun with her fingers - creating a formation where the thumb represents the hammer of the gun and the index and middle fingers compose the barrel. Using only the thumb and index fingers to form the gun, Prunelle can "shoot" an “element”. If she adds the middle finger to the formation, then the spell is "amplified" - allowing her to cast a more powerful variant of the same spell she fired with only her thumb and index finger. ShowBiz: An overized and inferior replica of Elder Prunelle's classic revolver. It is a six-shot hand-cannon reinforced to handle the power of Pru's magic spells. While the real thing is fitted with high-velocity .22 LR ammunition, ShowBiz fires off non-lethal bean bag ammunition. These bullets are imbued with Pru's magic, allowing her to cast spells onto the field rapidly and without the use of spoken incantations or gestures. Unnamed Dagger: A P. Perlicue original, this stiletto dagger is approximately a foot long from the tip of the blade to the butt of the handle. A pink gem that allows her to channel her telekinesis resides at the base of the dagger, allowing her to amplify the capabilities of the dagger in a myriad of ways. OtherMagical Transformation: Once per battle, Prunelle can use her magic to summon an entirely new set of equipment onto her person. Using runes as a catalyst, Prunelle performs a powerful as a time-space magic spell that brings her attire / new equipment onto the field in a dazzling light. Although the "transformation" in itself does not boost Pru's stats in any way, the equipment that she summons through the transformation potentially can. Very useful when she finds herself in an unexpected bind or fray.

Shitpost this character up for a 5v5 event that has slowed down to a dog's pace earlier this year. So need an opportunity to test it out some. Sheet covers all the bio parameters necessary. Extremely sturdy and sharp, can cut through metal, trees and rocks. Power Laser Pulse Rifle- Black automatic laser gun with buttstock, electronic sights and internal mini reactor installed to charge itself. He's got a build one would expect from long travels and carries a pack with a tattered meditation book and some other supplies inside. Always has his deerskin canteen, as he is mainly a water mage. History: After fleeing his village to get away from the persecution of mages, he wandered the land having adventures and now finds himself here. Equipment: deerskin canteen full of water, hooded cloak and broach, blanket, needle and thread, fire-making kit that includes flint, knife and sharpener Skills: can manipulate water most effectively, but has basic knowledge on how to move the other elements too, can meditate for long periods of time, meaning mental fortitude, and is a survivalist Art (optional):

Skills: Survival: Imporvisation, imvprovised weaponry. Weapon: A battered cane, that he also uses for walking. --there's a sword inside of it.
Side Weapon: Bag of Rubbish. Contents thrown as projectile weapons and distractions; full of suprises.
Powers: Smells badly:...very badly. Hard to get close to; befouls the air around him. Deadly in cramped quarters. Hobo Nose: Nose-blind to his own reeking stench and other foul odors Hobo Stomach: Can eat strange things. Hobo instincts: Accustomed to being on their toes; good at survivial, acute passive perception. Strange Fortune: Sometimes very good, sometimes very bad - luck is either on his side or agaisnt him without much of an inbetween.
Apearance: Hob is a tall hobo in ragged and tatred clothing. His entire wardrobe is faded, crudely cobbled together and looks like it's been through the ringer. He slouches and that makes him look both shorter and more frail than he is. Under his haggard appearance is a physique hardened by the elements and by life.
Purpose: To survive. Every day is a challange with out a roof. Hob works hard just to stay alive.
Extra Traits: Living on the streets for as long as he has --- however long that is; nobody knows.--- He's teritorial over his scavenging grounds and over his few belongingings. He's also just a *little* unhinged. Buddy's got issues. Some days better; some days worse.
